After taking a good few months out to get everyone available, in between all of us being busy somewhere in the world, we are now putting together the new improved version two unleaded 3% fat with added lemon freshness show together for after Christmas, maybe before but probably after.
A lot has happened down at QPR this year so we won't be short of a few subjects to discuss. We also hope to have a couple of new guests involved and the usual stuff from before.

Next show is planned to be recorded on the 1st of December, confirmed guests so far are the return of Marc Bircham & Kevin Gallen. Alex and Caspar will also be joined by QPR supporter and cover designer of A Kick Up the R's fanzine, Dave Clayton. Not the Dave Clayton who wrote Ian Holloway's autobiography and the Little Book of QPR - that's a different fella.
