This is fantastic news for us! Last weekend we had a new "birth"in the cellar. It's an exclusive sparkling wine which we have made through the "tirage" process and looks pretty good!.We could almost say it's the mother of our much-loved BIEL·LO.&lt;br /&gt;Only produced during harvests under special conditions, we believe modestly that the 2008 harvest was a special one.&lt;br /&gt;The blend, a big mystery: Viognier barrel fermented, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir and our much-loved Parellada. In la Llacuna last saturday the wind reached speeds of over 170 km/hour. We're just about to bottle this year's Biel·lo for it's secondary fermentation in the bottle, and immediately afterwards it'll be time to prepare the final blend of 3 Negres 2006!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's an exciting and very rewarding time for the cellar.
