Some go to look at girls some to be social and then there are the ones that want to workout, imagine that. The thing is the ones that want to workout don&#39;t always know how. Its not a bad thing but it is counter productive. Here are some quick tips to help those beginner out there get started.&lt;br /&gt;
1) Know your goal. IE (why you are at the gym, to get bigger, cut ,whatever)&lt;br /&gt;
2) Make all exercises you do count. No CHEATING. This is a big one because everybody wants a finished product right away, sorry not gonna happen. You have to start somewhere.&lt;br /&gt;
3) Have a diet plan to meet you goal. Diets are a hard thing but this is for beginners so it makes it easier. If you want to get big, your intake will be higher, to get cut just start with some portion control.&lt;br /&gt;
4) Start a basic workout plan. Most people know what exercises to do in order to workout different parts of their body. IE ( curls for arms, bench for chest, squats for legs, things of that nature)&lt;br /&gt;
5) Work towards your goal. To get bigger it lower reps higher weight and the inverse for definition.&lt;br /&gt;
6) CARDIO. Very important, a must. It will help your entire workout.&lt;br /&gt;
