Launched ten years ago the PI Awards were established to recognise and reward excellence in the pump and related product industry. Presented in association with the BPMA (British Pump Manufacturers Association) the awards programme provides the opportunity to showcase leading companies and individuals.

This years black tie event took place at the St Johns Hotel in Solihull UK, on Thursday 14th March 2013. Guests enjoyed an ABB-sponsored drinks reception, some excellent food, fine wine, an exciting awards ceremony sponsored by leading industry names, World Pumps, Sterling Fluid Systems, WEG Electric Motors, John Crane, KSB, SPP Pumps and Process Industry Informer.

It was another great night and a wonderful opportunity for pump users to celebrate the best of the best in a special ceremony, and do some all important networking.
