Say hello to another Playstation 3 title getting Playstation Move support: Sony’s confirmed that the movie tie-in Toy Story 3 will be compatible with their new controller. The game will be compatible with both Move and/or Dualshock 3.

Sony also confirmed that Brunswick Pro Bowling will be getting Playstation Move support too.

Stealth Playstation Home Update Includes... Sweet Tooth. ORLY!?

Final Fight: Double Impact Will Finally Hit The Playstation Store Next Month.

Capcom’s just sent word that Final Fight: Double Impact (which includes Magic Sword) will hit the Playstation Store on April 15th. The game includes various graphical filters, aswell as the all important addition of drop-in, drop-out online co-op. Awesome.

The game’s gonna cost $9.99 in the US.

We're Excited About Finally Getting Some Bizarre Creations Content On The Playstation 3.

CVG are reporting that Liverpool based developer Bizarre Creations are not just working on their upcoming combat racer Blur. Nuh-uh, they’ve got two projects up their sleeve.

Ged Talbot, Blur’s co-lead designer told CVG:

“We do have a couple of other projects on the go and they haven’t been restricted or slowed down [by Blur's development].

“The team that make the shooters are still making their game and we’ve got another team who are busy doing stuff as well.”

If some sources are to be believed, one of the three Bizarre Creations projects is a James Bond title. As we were probably the only publication to enjoy Quantum Of Solace – we say, hurrah.

What’s the point in blending in? Sure, you totally could release another first-person shooter set in a contemporary conflict — or you could be 3D Dot Game Heroes. Apparently the game has the most interesting hero in 3D. Well, that’s according to this trailer, which deserves some kind of award for being straight-up bonkers.

Guerrilla Games Still Reckon There's Plenty They Can Do With The PS3.

Killzone 2 was is one of the best looking games available right now. Sadly, it’s visuals have been somewhat undermined by a slew of other Playstation content. Uncharted 2 took the baton that Killzone set, and now God Of War III has run away with it. But Guerrilla don’t seem phased by the internal battle for Playstation 3 exclusive visual quality. Nuh-uh. They want to do more.

Speaking to EDGE (via TSA), the sharp folks noted:

“We’re satisfied that we demonstrated the potential of the hardware,” he said.

“But we realise that further optimisations are always possible and that we haven’t hit the limit yet.”

Killzone 3 is rumoured to support the Playstation Move aswell as 3D functionality. It’s yet to see formal release though, and will likely get that treatment at E3. Exciting times for the Guerrilla folks.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Can Probably Be Considered A Success.

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: a military, multiplayer shooter has sold a ton of copies in Europe and the US. That’s right: EA’s Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has mustered sales of over 2.3 million over the last couple of weeks.

Interestingly, aswell as the hard sales figures, EA has provided some more light-hearted facts pertaining to the game’s success, such as 81 billion points racked up in multiplayer games, 6 million video views on YouTube and in the past 24 hours, 2.9 million hours have been spent playing online. Impressive stuff.

So, At The Very Least We Know That Versus XIII Will Have A World Map.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII’s director Tetsuya Nomura has alleviated fears regarding the linearity of the next big-budget Final Fantasy release: the game will have a world-map. There’ll also be airships with which you can use to travel around said map.

“Not everything is connected together, so the various areas have different levels of progress. However, you can fly across the world map in an air ship.”

What happens when you fly to a specific location is still totally unknown. The game’s been pretty much under-wraps for a good while now. Whether E3 will bring any new surprises — we’ll have to wait and see, but it’s not looking good.
