1 manzana golden grande&lt;/div&gt;

3 dientes de ajo&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
aceite de oliva, sal.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Modo de hacerlo:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Se hierven los membrillos durante 15 minutos, sacar la piel y el corazón y trocearlos.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Se hierve unos 10 minutos la manzana, pelar y sacar el corazón y trocearla.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Pelar los ajos y picarlos.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Triturar estos ingredientes con el minipimer, ir añadiendo el aceite poco a poco hasta que tenga una consistencia finita (al gusto), añadir sal al gusto.&lt;/div&gt;

Guardar en tarros en la nevera,&lt;/div&gt;

Dejar cocer durante una media hora o tres cuartos.&lt;/div&gt;

Retirar la piel y los corazones, y triturar la carne de&amp;nbsp;los membrillo.&lt;br /&gt;
Reservan un poquito de agua de la cocción.&lt;br /&gt;
La piel y los corazones se utiliza para elaborar la jalea.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparar el mismo peso de azúcar que&amp;nbsp;de pulpa de&amp;nbsp;membrillo.&lt;br /&gt;

Dejarlo a fuego lento, ir removiendo hasta que vaya tomando color.&lt;br /&gt;
Puede tardar entre 1 hora&amp;nbsp; horas, depende de la cantidad y el fuego.&lt;br /&gt;
Cuando&amp;nbsp;se vaya espesando y oscureciendo,&amp;nbsp;ya&amp;nbsp;está casi terminado.&lt;br /&gt;

250 g de queso de oveja rallado&lt;br /&gt;
250 ml de nata liquida&lt;br /&gt;
6 huevos&lt;br /&gt;
mantequilla&lt;br /&gt;
aceite ,pimienta y sal&lt;br /&gt;
salsa:&lt;br /&gt;
pimiento escalivado&lt;br /&gt;
250 ml de nata liquida y sal&lt;br /&gt;

Modo de hacerlo:&lt;br /&gt;
Batir los huevos con el queso, la nata,sal y pimienta. &lt;br /&gt;
Volcar la la mezcla en molde untado en mantequilla y&lt;br /&gt;
cocer la baño maría a 170º durante unos 30 minutos aproximadamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Dejar enfriar y sacar del molde.&lt;br /&gt;

Modo de hacerlo:&lt;br /&gt;
Pelar y picar finamente las cebollas y los puerros, y rehogalos en un recipiente con aceite hasta que queden tiernos. 500g de salmon ahumado&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;200 de queso fresco para untar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;2 pepinos &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;eneldo fresco&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;limón &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;pimienta negra molida&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="justify" style="border: currentColor;"&gt;Modo de hacerlo: &lt;br /&gt;
Lo primero que se te tiene que preparar es el molde, engrasándolo ligeramente con mantequilla fundida un molde rectangular y forrar el interior con film de cocina.&lt;br /&gt;
Picar dos lonchas de salmón y mezclarlo con el queso fresco, el zumo de medio limón exprimido, eneldo picado y pimienta negra. Colocar la mitad de la preparación dentro del molde.&lt;br /&gt;
Lavar los pepinos y cortarlos en rodajas muy finas, colocar las rodajas sobre el queso fresco formando una capa, terminar de repartir el resto de queso y cubrir con el salmón restante cerrándolo bien.&lt;br /&gt;
Tapar&amp;nbsp;con el papel film que sobresalga por los lados presionando ligeramente y dejarlo reposar en la nevera durrate 2 horas.&lt;br /&gt;
Una&amp;nbsp;vez pasado el tiempo de reposo en el frigorifico desmoldarlo&amp;nbsp;ydecorarlo&amp;nbsp;con unas rodajas de limón y unas ramitas de eneldo fresco.&lt;br /&gt;

Lavar los higos y cortarlos en cuatro sin llegar a partirlos del todo. &lt;br /&gt;
Abrirlos presionando por los laterales para que parezcan una flor&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar el queso en triangulitos &lt;br /&gt;
Repartir el queso y el jamón dentro de los higos y por su alrededor.&lt;br /&gt;
Mezcla en un cuenco la miel y el vinagre batiendo con un tenedor,&lt;br /&gt;
después agrega una pizca de sal y pimienta y el aceite&lt;br /&gt;
y batir para emulsionar la salsa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rocia los higos con la vinagreta preparada y servir rapidamente,&lt;br /&gt;

anchoas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:130%;"&gt;El aliño: mezclar el aceite de oliva, con un poco de orégano, sal y de jamon ibérico&lt;br /&gt;200 g de patatas&lt;br /&gt;2 ramitas de menta&lt;br /&gt;1 litro de caldo&lt;br /&gt;6 cuchaadas de aceite de oliva&lt;br /&gt;Sal y pimienta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333399;"&gt;Modo de hacerlo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pelar la cebolla y cortarla en juliana con un cuchillo afilado.&lt;br /&gt;Pelar las patatasy cortarlas en tacos.&lt;br /&gt;Verter dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva en una sartén y sofreir la cebolla durante 4 o 5 minutos,  añadir las habas y las patatas.&lt;br /&gt;Cubrir con el caldo y dejar hervir durante 25 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sazonar con
