Bill Severyn is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and our Broker Consultant leading the HUNT ERA Lancaster Branch.

Together, Linda Mallia leads the discussion on the current housing market. Bill
Severyn explains that the market is very busy right now as many sellers are getting multiple offers. This is great for the sellers but frustrating for buyers. If a buyer knows that there are many offers on the house they need to put forth the best offer possible which could be over the asking price.

Judge Michael Kelleher explains why its necessary to have an attorney while buying or selling a home. The attorney is there to protect you to review all the terms and conditions.
This week, Peter Hunt, welcomes Maureen Prinzbach and John Spaschak to the show.

Maureen Prinzbach and John Spaschak are both leading real estate professionals working out of our Lancaster Office.

Together, Peter Hunt leads the discussion on the current economy and real estate market. With low inventory in the area, many listings are considered an active listing, meaning there may be many showings per day, rather than a couple showings per week due to low inventory. When there is a lower quantity of inventory, this becomes a great time to sell.
