This is great for the sellers but frustrating for buyers. If a buyer knows that there are many offers on the house they need to put forth the best offer possible which could be over the asking price.

Judge Michael Kelleher explains why its necessary to have an attorney while buying or selling a home. The attorney is there to protect you to review all the terms and conditions.
