بدأ العرض فاست لين 2016 التمهيدي أحداثه بترحيب المذيعة رينيه يونج بضيوفها في الاستوديو التحليلي الأسطورة بوكر تي وعضو قاعة المشاهير المذيع جيرير لولير والشاب كوري جريفز، وتحدث الجميع عن أبرز الأحداث والمواجهات التي سيشهدها العرض، بالإضافة للحديث بشكل مقتضب عن اعتزال النجم دانيال براين من الحلبات.

استضافت رينيه بعد ذلك مدير الأعمال الأسطوري بول هيمان الذي تحاور معهم حول المواجهة الرئيسية في هذا العرض بين بروك ليسنر ورومان رينز ودين أمبروز، وأكد هيمان خلال حديثه أن موكله الوحش البشري ليسنر سيخرج فائزا من تلك المواجهة مهما كلف الثمن، وأنه سيذهب للرسلمينيا 32 لمواجهة تربل اتش وانتزاع اللقب الكبير، وهو ما توقعه لولير وجريفز وخالفهم به بوكر تي.

أُعيدت لقطات من ظهور النجمان إيدج وكريستيان في عرض الرو سابقا ومواجهتهما لبيج إي وكوفي كينجستون واكزافيير وودز والسخرية منهم خلف الكواليس، وذلك ترويجا لانطلاقة برنامجهما الطريف على شبكة WWE بعد انتهاء عر فاست لين مباشرة، وانتقل فريق الاستوديو التحليلي بعد ذلك للحديث عن مواجهة بطولة القارّات بين دولف زيجلر وكيفين أوينز.

قابلت المذيعة جوجو النجم دولف زيجلر خلف الكواليس لسؤاله عن المواجهة الكبيرة التي سيخوضها أمام غريمه كيفين أوينز من أجل محاولة خطف اللقب، وأكد زيجلر أن خصمه سيجد أشياء لن يتوقعها مطلقا، وانه مخطئ إن كان يظن أن الأمور ستكون سهلة عليه، وأرسل الكثير من التهديدات وقال إنه ينتظر المواجهة ليشاهد كيف ستجري الامور.

Ted DiBiase Jr goes on a journey to learn his father's story of faith, and redemption in the world of professional wrestling.

The Price Of Fame begins.

As fate would have it Peter Ferriero would be sitting at a church in Brooklyn to film Ted DiBiase's sermon. He had never heard the testimony before. In fact, he really had no idea what the story was. After two hours of listening he was moved beyond words. 'I remember after Ted's testimony I had stepped outside to get a moment to myself. I saw a man in tears talking on the phone about how Ted's story had moved his heart. Something lit inside me that said, I need to make this a film.'

A Crossroads.

Years later Ted DiBiase Jr would find himself at a critical crossroads in his own life. After having a new born son, Tate, he was challenged by life on the road. He abandoned his dream job so he could work at being a better husband and father in these critical years. "Stepping out of the ring was frightening and exciting at the same time. We had financial security, but I was giving up time I would never get back."

The final piece of the puzzle.

Ferriero's project had reached an inevitable stale-mate. He was waiting for the right piece of the puzzle to line up. DiBiase Jr and Ferriero would meet up in Wilcox, Arizona the very birth of Ted DiBiase Sr. for some filming. Within minutes, the two had hit it off and decided the film needed to be told by Ted DiBiase Jr. It truly was a destined moment. They immediately started going on the road filming interview after interview. They spent a considerable amount of money on securing locations & situations that the true fans would love to see Ted Sr return to.

We need your help.

We have invested quite a lot of money in this project together. As the film draws closer to post-production we are now looking to secure even more exclusive interviews, archival footage, music licenses, sound engineering, colorists, web site designers, editors, and production people. Everything up until now has fully been done by ourselves, but this part is getting very expense very fast.

We knew it was time to reach out to the fans to secure this extra help to finish this exciting film. This has always been a film by the fans, for the fans, and now we need the fans to step up to make this a reality. We have come up with some incredible pledge packages that we know you will love. Ted DiBiase has traveled all over the world giving his testimony. He has changed thousands of lives. This film spotlights every aspect from Ted's remarkable life and unforgettable wrestling career while also divulging the true depth of his story. Ted DiBiase Jr. pulls no punches as he goes from each location discovering his father's challenging, yet uplifiting road to redemption.
