A few years ago Derek Mills emerged as a compelling voice in the self-improvement public speaking arena. In his younger years he developed a stutter in his speech following the sudden death of his mother, and as a business man with a young family he was personally challenged to grow in his life, on all levels. He is now clearly and boldly demonstrating how the setting of Standards, which is 'now'-based, is more practical and powerful for creating a fulfilling life today, than the familiar (and frustrating) setting of goals which is 'future'-based.

Richard is a prolific writer and passionate proponent of personal and global change through understanding what is being revealed to us in our dreams, to become fully awake!

On Monday April 16th 2012 at 8:30am there will be a group of concerned parents and community members at the corner of Queen's Quay and Bathurst in Toronto, holding up a banner on the green light of the intersection to ensure the safe crossing of their children to Waterfront School. As Airport related traffic continues to increase, this action to ensure safety of the children may well continue in mornings through this week while discussions continue.
