Recycling Guidelines for White Goods

What is a White Good you ask, well let me elaborate. A White Good is considered a major appliance or domestic appliance. To recycle White Goods, they must be free of hazardous material and all lab equipment must have a completed Safety Clearance Form attached. Ensuring proper safety of leaking chemicals. However White Goods do not constitute as computer parts but recycling anything that you can is beneficial.

White Good items to be disposed of are then transported to Orange County’s white good recycling facility located at the landfill (no charge, but you must go across the scales for proper weight management.)

The county’s recycling program will accept an unlimited number of units without refrigeration. Any questions please call the landfill manager at 714-932-2989. Thank you everyone for trying to do your best at keeping our planet free of waste.
