After finding out why I am not having sex with you, I’m sure it’s imparative for you to find out why I am or will have sex with you. The rationale behind why swingers choose this partner or that partner vary from person to person. For me, the decision of who I am attracted to changes almost daily.

This week I might be into Mr. blond hair, blue eyes and next week I might like Mr. tall, dark, and handsome. I can’t put my finger on one particular trait that will always attract me, but here are a few things that score extra points in my book:

1. Your and your spouse are equally attractive. Finding couples that both are pleasing to the eye is sometimes difficult. When I come across a couple that is great match for Soccer Dad and myself, you have scored really high in my book. A man and woman who is well dressed, well groomed, and overall attractive will catch my eye long before someone not.

2. You smell good. Cologne and perfume is an aphrodisiac. As long as you don’t smell like you just came out of the local whore house, a hint of something yummy will turn my head in a second.

3. You have a foreign accent. Enough. Said.

4. Your personality is witty and fun. I don’t normally use personality as a factor in determing sex partners, but if a group of swingers are on a date and everyone is having a great time, I am more likely to have sex with someone less attractive to me and making me laugh constantly than if that person barely spoke four words to me.

5. You don’t talk about how big your penis. Confidence is very sexy, arrogance is not. Always be confident with who you are, but don’t pretend like you are better than everyone else.

5 reasons I am NOT having sex with you

No Sex

At times it seems that swingers expect sex simply by because we are out together. If I am at a swinger event and socializing, flirting, maybe even kissing you I still may not have sex with you. Here are five reasons why I am not having sex with you.

1. I am not attracted to you. No matter how well we get along I am only going to have sex with someone that sexually attracts me. Nice girls/guys aren’t what I want in this type of situation.

2. You have bad breath. I’m sorry if you don’t realize that the onion on your burger earlier in the day has offended me, but if you can’t take the extra time to brush, floss, and use mouthwash I’m not getting naked with you.

3. You are coming on too strong. I like attention, but I don’t like to feel smothered. Too much attention is a turn off.

4. You are a lousy kisser. If you can’t kiss me, then it’s just not going to happen. Take your time to kiss me, don’t choke me with your tongue and don’t eat my face off.

5. You are high maintenance. If you constantly need to be reassured how hot you are, that you have a big dick, or how great you will be in bed I will not have sex with you. Actually I will avoid you all together.

Swingers: it’s a secret world

Look into my eyes...do you see a swinger?

While some swingers are proud of their lifestyle and wear it on their sleeve like a badge of honor, countless others hide their secret life so well that you would never have guessed what was going on behind closed doors in a million years.

Swingers are bound by a moral agreement that we will not kiss and tell, at least publicly. Beyond the ‘do not tell’ statement you sign when entering a lifestyle club is the trust that swingers have that you won’t out their identity to the world. Why do we have to be so secretive? Besides the effects of prejudice and basic dislike, many swingers are pillars of society. They hold jobs such as politicians, doctors, corporate presidents, and even down to the checkout girl at your neighborhood grocery store.

For many of the same reasons that homosexuals choose to keep their private lives, well private, are the same reasons swingers choose to keep their lives in the closet as well.

Over the years I have met a lot of different people from all walks of life. I have run into people I work with, go to school with, and see at PTA meetings. My latest encounter was Dr. Joe. At first I didn’t realize that I knew Dr. Joe. He quietly followed my blogs through my facebook and twitter commenting only occasionally. Recently he sent me a private message that made me realize his true identity – my eye doctor. On a recent visit to Dr. Joe, I had the usual eye exam and subsequent request for eye dialation. As usual I said I would call later to schedule knowing that I wouldn’t follow through. I must reconsider this follow up visit for the simple reason I will get to spend time with him alone in a dark room.

After exchanging a few emails with Dr. Joe, I let him in on my secret. My secret is that I personnally know him and he has no clue who I really am. This admission seemed to open the door to erotic conversations and thoughts of lust. Dr. Joe isn’t nearly as square as I had once imagined. He lives a life of sex with both men and women, orchestrating events of BDSM, and spends countless hours seducing his next playmate.

I must admit that I find his adventures quite exciting and sometimes fantasize about being part of them. A dark office, sleek chair contoured to fit my body, and the taboo nature of having sex while patients wait on the other side of the door.

Accents are hot!

Plain and simple: accents are sexy

I must admit to the world today that a man with an accent will have me panting at the sound of his voice. Tell me you’d love to see me in Wellies, a thong, holding an umbrella in your Australian accent and I’m yours.

While there are many dictionary definitions of the word accent, my favorite has to be the version I found on the Urban Dictionary.

Accent: One of the features that make an Irishman sexy, among many others. Every time I hear an Irishman’s accent I feel an irresistible urge to to get inside his pants!

The proper definition of an Accent, according to dictionary.com, is a musical tone or pattern of pitch inherent in a particular language either as a feature essential to the identification of a vowel or a syllable or to the general acoustic character of the language.

What is it about these musical tones? The sing song manner a man speaks to me with is native tongue seems to turn me into complete mush. I am surrounded by many Americanized accents on a daily basis – the Southern Twang, the New Englander, the Midwestern Hillbilly, I could go on, but this is not what arouses me. Call me darlin in your Islander accent or speak to me in your Kiwi dialect and I will be putty in your hands. I am not the sole American that melts everytime I hear the sweet sound of a foreign accent. Recently I discussed the affects of a man’s voice and his accent with a friend. She agreed with me that accents are an extremely sexy attribute of a man (or woman). She actually went as far to say he (her boyfriend) had me at hello with his thick British accent. Women are not alone in this verbal obsession. I am positive that if a woman with a British accent flirted with Soccer Dad, he would be at her beckon call. I have participated in the swinging lifestyle for close to 10 years and I have yet to swing with any hot accents. Where are you??? How to talk to your significant other about swinging

Sharing the one you love

I have been asked many times “how do I talk to my partner about swinging?” or “how do I get my partner to swing?”. The most important rule is no one should ever have to talk their partner into swinging. If you and your significant other share open communication and you are comfortable discussing your sexual interests with him or her the transition to a discussion about partner swapping should feel like a realtively natural progression.

My own personal progression into the swinging lifestyle took years and the transition is actually not complete yet. My/our lifestyle is constantly evolving. A relationship is always a work in progress. This means the lifestyle we lead will likely take a different path on different days of the week. Some months we are swingers and other months we lead a fairly normal vanilla life.

Any conversation about swinging needs to be approached gently. If you partner seems very resistant, it’s a good sign that it won’t work in your relationship.

In the beginning you might want to start out with just heavy flirting and voyerism to test the waters. You can’t predict how you will feel seeing the on you love in the arms of someone else. I admit the first time I experienced my husband having sex with another woman was difficult. Swingers: the right to choose who to ‘DO’

Swingers come in all ages, shapes, sizes, and ethnicity. The fun of swinging is the opportunity to live out fantasies with your significant other as well as others outside your relationship. Do you prefer older women? Do you enjoy a younger man? Have you always wanted to fuck and large breasted milf? These things are possible in the swinger lifestyle.

A reader emailed me recently inquiring about my thoughts on a dilemma in his particular swinging community. While I live in the rather large swinging community of Tampa, I have some insight on infultrating a smaller community and feeling looked down upon by my choices (my first swinging experience-more later on that). I will paraphrase the email:

I wanted to write to you about an issue that seems to be dividing some of our groups in my area (we don’t have any on-premise clubs so we get groups together at hotels from time to time).

It seems our groups skew older. Over 50% of the members are over 50 years old, over 70% are over 45 years old. This leaves the 20-30 something swingers in the vast minority. One swinger actually saw her own father at a party, which removed the sexiness of that night for her. (I would be horrified if that happened!)

She decided to start her own group, specifically for people 45 and under. This has upset a lot of people, calling it discrimination, etc.

Since I am quickly approaching the age of seclusion to this group myself I wonder, would you kick someone out when they turn 45? What about those who don’t look their age? Or those that lie about their age? I can see how this may be a very touchy subject for many.

It’s definately a choice whether you join this group or that, but can someone else choose to not allow you to join? Is it fair to bar someone strictly because they are too old? People are attracted to all types. I join different online swinger groups to meet different people. One website may draw an abundance of younger couples and another draws a larger group of the 40+ age group. All of this ok with me. I like variety in my swinging life. I am more attracted to a younger man, but I am also attracted to an older man at times as well. I’m not ready to hook up with someone the same age as my father, but it’s not up to me if you would.

The age restriction would bother me more if I were older and excluded me from the site. I can’t be outraged at this point because it really doesn’t affect me (I guess I am just sitting on the fence so to speak about this). I wish we all could hold on to timeless beauty and age would never be an issue for any, but in reality we just can’t. The age is on those dating profiles for a reason – we want to know how old you are before we form lustful feelings.

Invite who you want to a party. It’s your party. The cougars can have a party and not invite the “younger crowd” or just show they are the bigger people and leave it open to all.

If this stuns you because you thought swingers were open minded people you would be wrong. As I recently read in The Swinger Manual by Just Ask Julie, “The concept of being ‘open minded’ is based only on what they are comfortable with.” If Mr. 20-Something Swinger is not comfortable with Mrs. 50-Something Swinger, is he closed minded or simply exercising his right to choose?

If someone says you are too old to play in their group, are you offended? I might be, but there are plenty of other swingers out there to lose any sleep over this one. You also might not want to play with me because of my flaming hair color, my large breasts or hell…my personality!

Over several years of my swinger life I have found that many in the vanilla world along with some in the swinging lifestyle think that if you are a swinger you must also cheat on your spouse. While this may be the case for many people in and out of the lifestyle it is not true for myself.

I am a pretty girl and rather outgoing. You would probably find me rather nice and borderline flirtatious with many. This personality type is not limited to swingers, cheaters or anyone else in particular so in that sense I’m not special. As the old saying goes you catch more bees with honey than with you do with vinegar.

Do all men think that if they put their stuff out there that you are going to take it? When a man outwardly asks me to have sex with him knowing full well that I am married (and sometimes those who don’t know) it’s a real turn off. Sex, unless in a swingers atmosphere, isn’t something you just ask for off the cuff, repeatedly push for, or even hint about just because I am nice to you. For those who have done this or are planning to do this; this is how I feel.

You may think you have suave moves, but in reality you are less impressive than a peanut butter sandwich on my hungriest day. You think that your pick up lines are so impressive that I will fall head over heels in lust by the sound of your voice. Honestly, I am rather turned off by what you say and the sound of your voice has turned into an ugly shreek in my head. Lastly, the surprise and disppointment you exhibit when I tell you to get lost is quite comical. Afterall, you put yourself out there to be stomped on by assuming that I, swinger girl, would like to have adultress sex with you, cheater man, when I could probably have sex with you anyway if you had only played by the ‘rules’ of swingers.

When the conversation gets awkward, when she is attempting to change the subject please take that as a hint that she is not interested. More to the point you have just shot any chance of getting with her under normal swinger circumstances.

I’m positive that I am not alone in this situation. I suppose its something that I should be accustomed. In reality, it disappoints me. Why ruin a good thing? For years writers have poured over the never ending question of can women and men be just friends? In the swinger world we can. Since sex is basicly a recreational activity, a form of exercise, and an awesome way to get to know people, we view it as just sex. There doesn’t have to be friendship to have sex, but does there have to be sex to have a friendship? I would like to think no. Crossing the line of friendship into the sexual realm potentially leads to the end. So if the line is crossed it leads to no more talking, no more flirting, and no more of my company. Just because I am a swinger doesn’t mean I am a cheater.

How to dress at a swingers club

Over the years I have visited numerous swinger clubs. There are all kinds of people from all walks of life there to enjoy the atmosphere. But with every visit I am shocked at the way people dress in these clubs. I may be overly conscience about my looks, but shouldn’t everyone should be that way in some sense? My wardrobe has progressed as I have gotten older and my body has changed. Yet I still try my best to look hot every time I go out. I’m not going to pick up someone who looks sloppy and I don’t expect anyone else to either.

I have noticed some swingers do not follow this same thought process or subscribe to the theory dress to impress. I see people wearing in all kinds of things in swingers clubs and despite a dress code, many look like they just came from shopping at Walmart rather than preparing for a night out.

Why go to a swingers club? We are all there for the same basic reason. We want to flirt and hook up. Part of that process is to look your best. There are a few do’s and don’ts that ever swinger should abide by.

DON’T

Wear worn out, out of style jeans. If your pants have more holes than swiss cheese or look like the dreaded “mom jeans” just leave them at home.

Tennis shoes, white socks, or flip flops. Shoes are an important part of an outfit whether you are male or female. Everyone should have one pair of nice looking or sexy shoes. I just have a big problem with white socks. They never ever belong in black pair of shoes.

Wear sweat pants or athletic attire of any sort. I just can’t believe this happens, but I have seen it before with my own eyes. Blazer and sweat pants. What are you thinking?

Wear something that is ill fitting. Short dresses are hot, but if you butt cheeks are hanging out it with no effort at all it just doesn’t fit.

Wear sexy dresses, stylish jeans, and dress pants. A nicely dress man or woman will always command more attention.

Accentuate your clevage. Don’t be afraid to try a plunging neck line. Men just love it plain and simple.

Wear those spike heels just this one night or a hot pair of dress shoes. I look at a person from head to toe. The entire package plays a role in attraction for me. I bet it does for you too.

Dress for the theme. Theme parties are always fun. While it’s not manadatory to dress in theme, it can make for a fun night!

Swingers have rules?

Are you allowed to kiss?

Wait, swingers have rules? I thought swingers were just out for free-for-all sex orgies. Swingers have rules!

As a newbie swinger we had an abundance of rules. Over time these rules were changed and some even dropped. We seem to have normal rules as of late; condoms are required, no one takes one for the team, etc.

Other swingers don’t play by the same (normal) rules. Sometimes you must adhere to the other couples rules of play or just not play and sometimes they must play by ours.

The condom rule is surprisingly not consistent with all swingers. I have a theory as to why some couples say they are fine playing bareback. Some men seem to have performance issues while using a condom and have come to the decision that they will play without to prevent any embarrassment. While getting hard dick is pretty necessary for enjoyable sex you might want to come up with a better way to combat that issue than just going at it bareback. Your dick is not going anywhere near me without the condom. You can’t break my rule ever!

Another rule I find rather strange is when couples say they don’t kiss, it’s too intimate. So putting your face on my vagina or your dick in my mouth isn’t intimate? Kissing a great part of foreplay and sex. A lousy kisser most likely means lousy in bed too. I have only encountered a few couples who say they don’t kiss. Guess what happened? When the wife wasn’t looking the husband was kissing me.

Anal is another important rule. I think for the most part this should be an unspoken rule. No anal, well at least without permission. Many of my male partners have attempted to sneak it in there. Guys, I know what you are doing, no sneaking allowed! Ask first and wait for me to say no, then go on about your manly duties in my vagina! I admit I have allowed it before, but that was…….. a totally hot experience so I allowed him to break the rule, but just that once!

Bisexual, homosexual, heterosexual…what am I?

Who is selfish?

After my recent post Bisexuality: is it for you I spoke about my bisexual experiences as well as a few from other people. I received numerous comments and emails regarding the blog so I thought I would discuss some of the issues.

One comment stated: “The article should have been titled How to be homosexually selfish: the art of hit it and quit it“. I think most would agree that when it comes to sex things are almost never 50/50. Sometimes I give more and sometimes the other person gives more. It’s just a fact of life. One reader emailed and said he and his wife call themselves “bisexually friendly”. He told me that they both enjoy the attention of either sex, but are less likely to give in return. Great term and maybe one that best describes me. This doesn’t have to be viewed as selfish. I don’t give to someone expecting the exact same in return. They shouldn’t either.

According to the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary the term bisexual (as a noun) is defined as the tendency to direct sexual desire toward both sexes. Homosexual is defined as the tendency to direct sexual desire toward the same sex. And finally heterosexual is defined as the tendency to direct sexual desire toward the opposite sex.

All of those definitions describe me. But can I actually be labeled all three? I hate labels.

But what about being selfish? Here is the final definition of selfish: concerned excessively or exclusively with oneself: seeking or concentrating on one’s own advantage, pleasure, or well- being without the regard for others. Oops, that describes me too, sometimes, while in bed. But I bet that describes you too, sometimes, while in bed.

Bisexuality: is it for you?

Bisexual or just a kiss?

Bisexuality plays a large role in the swinger lifestyle. Most active female swingers are bisexual. I say again, most, but not all. I have encountered some women who are not into other women what so ever. On the opposite spectrum is men. In my experience there are far less bisexual men than women. It seems that many bisexual men are not outward about their sexuality. The unfortunate truth is bisexual men are still not widely accepted even in the swinger lifestyle.

Bisexuality goes far beyond the swinger lifestyle. The trend has been popular for women for years in the single life. I have seen many women make out with other women just for attention from men in a club or bar. Does this make them bisexual? I don’t think so. Kissing someone of the same sex doesn’t mean any more to me than eating a taco (not that kind of taco people). I like tacos, but I don’t crave them, I don’t cream my panties because I know I going to eat a taco. I simply like tacos and eat them on occasion. I am not a connoisseur of mexican food nor am I a aficionado of any type of food (except maybe chocolate, but that isn’t actually considered a food is it?) So if I simply make out with a woman here and there I don’t think I am bisexual. Likewise if I let a woman perform oral sex on me without reciprocation maybe I am not bisexual. I would consider myself a taker.

My bisexual experiences have been far and few between. I readily admit many women have tasted my pretty pink parts, but I have rarely returned the favor. If a woman has caught my eye and my panties are suddenly damp with desire I will act on those feelings. But still, am I bisexual or just someone open to opportunity?

I have talked to a few men who have had man/man experiences. One told me he let another man give him a blow job in exchange for a well packed blunt. He didn’t give anything in return. He received the blow job and received the weed. Another guy told me about meeting a beautiful tranny and decided this guy/girl was so attractive that he not only kissed but also let the tranny blow him. Does this make either men bisexual? I’m not entirely convinced. This sounds to me that both guys are taking advantage of a situation that benefits them.

In all cases, male and female, the acts are bisexual in nature. Am I bisexual? Are you??

Swingers are couples and occasionally unicorns, but are they ever single males? If you visit a swingers dating website you will find single male after single male. Many couples will block any contact from a single male. Quite honestly single guys really have a difficult time hooking up. Not only are they normally restricted to attending many swinger clubs just one night of the weekend, they also tend to carry a bad wrap.

Just one bad experience with a pushy single male will turn of most swingers. Some will email relentlessly attempting to make a connection or have a profile with bogus information in the attempt to accepted. Others will hover around women at swingers clubs hoping for an opportunity to join the fun. For the most part, single men are not openly accepted in the swinger world.

What part of the swinger world do these men fulfill? Single male swinger Tom Kelly wrote an entire book chronically his decent into swingerdom. He attempted to depict male swingers as a legitimate category in swingerland, but I know not everyone will agree. Many swingers will say that single men have no place in the lifestyle.

Single male Facebook friends have emailed me describing their escapades with other couples. One recently emailed me describing a date - “I met them online, and chatted for a while. He actually wanted me to meet and (to quote him) “give her a test fuck” before he watched us. It was some of the most incredible sex of my life! I will admit it was a weird situation, but he left town on business, she called me over, was waiting in a white cotton robe, and immediately dropped it to the floor. She was a good bit older than me, but she was perfect! She told me to massage her pefect body all over…” He admitted that this was a one time thing and he hasn’t experience anything as such for years, but continues to be on the lookout for the next fantasy to happen.

Does this prove to you that single male swingers should be part of the swinger world? It’s up to you to decide what type of people you want to swing with. And if you are that single male forever searching for a couple, be patient and eventually you will be invited into their world.

As I have mentioned before, swingers tend to be superficial people. We pick others for sex almost purely based on physical attraction. But honestly, we or of course me, makes split second decisions past attraction occasionally.

When meeting for sex, Soccer Dads’ and my experiences have been varied. On some occasions we have met couples online, talked on the phone, and chatted on the computer before actually meeting. Other times we have emailed and just met up at a bar. On these occasions we have spent a small amount of time getting to know the other couple. Likes, dislikes, rules, etc. are normal topics of discussion. Other times, ok only once or twice, we have met a couple at a private club, surpassed the intital small talk and jumped directly into bed.

These separate instances normally build up excitement in one form or another which propels us into a mind blowing sexual experience. Each moment is enveloped with sexual tensions, desire, and just plain hotness. But what happens when it all falls apart. Why do you, me, or the guy/girl at the table next to you decide not to have sex and abandon the situation?

I’ve seen couples meet, talk, and subsequently walk away without a word. What happened? Why did they decide this couple was not for them? Sometimes when we meet a couple, one that we have previously seen pictures of, they just don’t live up to the image that their pictures portrayed. This explains why accurate pictures on a swinger profile are very important. If you are posting old pictures of your skinnier self you are setting yourself up for a reputation of being a liar – a liar who doesn’t get laid!

Maybe you are out with another couple, having a good time and suddenly you realize that you really don’t like the other person. Maybe that person is not paying enough attention to you or maybe he/she is paying too much attention to you. You could possibly realize this person is a total idiot and no beauty can surpass the stupidity before you. Sex just isn’t going to happen.

Drama queens are another group that I tend to stay away from. Drama tends to take away the fun of the evening. Who wants to put themself into a sitation set up to fail or be uncomfortable. It’s better to just cut the ties and walk away.

I know I have said that I don’t care if you are nice or mean, stupid or smart, but it does work its way into sex every now and then. I just can’t fuck drama queens or total and utter idiots. This explains a small part of why I might not have sex.

You shouldn't always speak your mind

Sometimes we all say things that we wish we had not. I would guess that I have said something inappropriate or just wasn’t received as intended. With this I’m not alone. Guys seem to have the same issue and they don’t realize some things should never said. I have come up with a list of eight things (for men and women) to avoid saying just in case you aren’t too sure.

1. Do you like me? (Men and women both are attracted by confidence not insecurity)

2. I like how your perfume smells, but it tastes terrible. (Well then just stick with sniffing me and stop licking my neck)

3. Is it in? (Probably not a good question in any situation)

4. Are those real? (If you really feel the need to ask, you probably don’t have a chance with her)

5. How many sex partners have you had? (There should be an unwritten rule against this question always)

6. Condoms are optional. (Why is safety optional ever? Don’t take chances)

7. I forgot your name. (Find a better way to figure it out)

8. I love your butt. It’s so loose. (Uumm maybe I misunderstood when this was said to me??)

What’s your swinging style?

Have you got style?

Are you a full swap or soft swap couple? Do you both make decisions of how, why, when, and where or does that decision normally default to just one of you? Swingers are finicky people. Each couple you encounter comes with a new set of rules, likes, and dislikes. Sometimes figuring these things out can be tricky. I always try to ask what the rules are, but sometimes in a club atmosphere where drinking is involved I will forget that I should ask. Oops….

My husband and I are a full swap couple. This means we will trade partners for full sex. We also allow each other to kiss and grope in the proper atmosphere without asking permission from each other every time. I take responsibility for starting this trend with us. I tend to push the envelope a bit when we are out to party at a swingers club. I like to make my way around the club to say hello to as many people as possible. Sometimes that includes some dancing and rubbing while other times that might include a quick make-out session. My husband isn’t as forward as I am, but he warms up nicely and before I know it he will be making out with a hottie across the bar. We are a dual led couple which emcompasses some of our swinging style.

I generally ask a man before I kiss him (although not always). Some guys will say that I have to ask the wife. The answer has always been go right ahead or yes you can if I can kiss your husband. I would categorize this type of couple as woman led. She will probably make the decision regarding sex, the partners, and place (one bed, separate beds, same room, separate rooms, etc.).

I haven’t ever seen a couple that was completely led by the male half, but I have met some where the man does make an abundance of the decisions. I will loosely label this as male led couple.

Soft swap, full swap, and girl-girl are some of the popular labels for swingers. Within these labels you can add male/female/female, male/female/male, male/female/male/female; I could go on and on with the combination possibilities. We all have a favorite style within the many opportunities. I prefer all of the above.

Recently I discovered another style at the swingers club. I will label them family swingers. I call them this because on several occasions I have met brother/sister teams at the club (one included their mother as well) . Most have told me that they do not sleep together, but what about same room sex – I don’t really want to know. I have spoke with one couple that actually includes siblings in their sexual experiences – engaging in sex with others as well as together. This type of swinging style is a little far out there for me.

Are you a sexual snob too?

Attention is so important

I have become a sexual snob. I want good sex or no sex at all.

Soccer Dad has complained some women will just lay in bed and expect him to do everything – never getting on top, taking the initiative to blow him one more time, or attempting to make him fulfilled too. Funny thing is, I have experienced the same with men. Albeit probably not as often, but I have been with some men that don’t go down on me at all or expect me to please them and fuck them with little in return. Hey guys, a little warm up and attention is important for all! The snob in me says no more.

You could also say I am a penis snob. If I discover you have a less than adequate penis I honestly don’t want to have sex with you. The Urban Dictionary defines snob as a “small nob aka a small penis that looks like a nob because it isn’t long enough to hang”. Although this is not a textbook definition, the author of this definition hits the nail on the head for me. I don’t want one of those.

Sometimes I do agree with those who say it isn’t always about size. Average men can be great lovers and above average men can be lousy lovers. It does take more than a penis to please a woman. Bedroom skills in general are important. But I do appreciate and prefer a man with some girth as well as skills thus I categorize myself as a penis snob.

Bedroom skills go both ways (and no I am not referring to what you are thinking). It’s important for women to be skillful and fun in bed too. You don’t have to have porn star skills, but a little know-how and effort goes a long way. To be completely honest I love it when a man is in charge in bed, putting me in whatever position he desires and taking care of me exclusively. Who wouldn’t want that kind of attention? But a woman can’t expect that all the time. Both parties need to give and receive.

If you are below average in girth and presentation I’m probably not going to see you again. Does this really mean I am a sexual snob or just that the point of swinging is to have a good time?

New Swingers Club:a review

The first kiss is the most exciting

I discovered a new swingers club in the Tampa Bay area Saturday night. Friendefits is an off-premise swingers club that just opened a week ago. As most Tampa swingers know, the swing clubs around Tampa Bay have been the focus of much attention from law enforcement. The result has some clubs closing and others attempting to open or reopen, but fraught with legal issues. Any type of legal problems will keep me at bay.

Friendefits seems to be following all the rules and I felt totally comfortable. The club is very clean and classy. The spacious club hosts bars, dance floors, game room, and VIP room. The music was contemporary and the atmosphere was welcoming.

For those not familiar with swinger terms; off-premise means no sex or sexual contact is allowed on the property. The club personnel try to keep that in check to avoid any potential legal issues (I was caught going a little too far myself – ooops), but was politely asked to stop.

A list of close by hotels are kept at the front desk for those who choose to move on somewhere else for more entertainment (someone like me) as well as the phone numbers of taxi’s if you have had a little too much to drink.

I would recommend checking out their website and maybe stopping by sometime soon. Maybe you will see me there!

Things that annoy me in bed

Wouldn't you rather please me more than anything else?

Everyone has little idiosyncrasies that seem to bother us. Sex is a time when things just shouldn’t bother us, but it happens. I have compiled a list of annoying things that you shouldn’t do in bed.

1. Blowing in my vagina (who does this???)

2. Randomly shoving your finger in my ass (always ask permission)

3. Squeezing my breasts too hard (these are expensive breasts and if you don’t want to pay for a second set better treat them with care)

4. Over twisting my nipples (they aren’t removable)

5. Not getting totally naked (take off your damn socks)

6. Eating my face (no teeth should ever be involved in kissing)

7. Grinders (I want fucked, in-out-in-out, you get the idea)

8. Being only a taker (this is a two way street here bud, we both give)

9. Constantly asking me if its good (if you have to ask it probably isn’t)

10. Did you cum? (I’m going to be honest, no I didn’t)

When couples break up

Your heart shouldn't be broken if you break up

It’s happened to all of us. Whether its a friend, lover, fuck buddy, or couple; everyone has experienced a break up. And with every break up comes baggage. It’s how you carry that baggage to the next relationship or even next hook up will determine future hook ups.

You don’t have to necessarily have loving feelings for someone to be involved in a relationship. Some couples will see the same couples over and over again yet never be in love or have feelings for the other couple. This is how and why some singles’ relationships begin and odds are eventually end; so how does this factor into a swinging relationship?

Sometimes being with the same couple for a long time starts to feel like a committed relationship - which is probably not the intention of most swingers. This type of relationship seems to me to fit the poly title more than swinger. To me, a poly relationship involves more than just sex, but feelings as well. These types of relationships tend to gather more baggage. If you are a swinger with baggage word will get out and trust me when I say you don’t want to be labeled a swinger with baggage – i.e. drama.

If you live in a smaller swing community or there aren’t many swinger friendly places to go, likely you will see many of the same couples when going out. This sometimes can be awkward if there has been a break up.

Soccer Dad and I have never attempted or desired have sex with any one couple on a regular basis. We have been with a few couples on more than one occasion, but nothing that would constitute any type of relationship or turn into any regularity.

We have had moments where we see a couple we have been out with and have prefered not to date again. It’s easy to say hello to these couples, but discretly moving away from this type of situation is sometimes sticky. This is one such reason I stay away from repeat performances.

When couples break up, does it happen the same as two individuals dating? My theory is no. Since the relationship normally isn’t hinged on emotions I think most of the time the situation just fades away. Although there is no love loss in this type of affair, confusion will still ensue and maybe some hurt feelings as well as a result of the break up. This all seems a bit confusing. Never let swinging turn into heart break!

For me, swinging is about the newness of someone. I enjoy that first kiss, the excitement of a new sexual experience. I married my husband to have a loving and regularl sexual relationship and he is the only one I plan to ever have that with. Swinger sex is just sexual exploration to me and never will be a relationship. I don’t have to deal with the break ups. You?

Rejection: how to give and receive graciously

Yes or no?

Like most dating singles, swingers deal with the possibility of rejection all the time. Sometimes you have to reject someone else and sometimes you are rejected yourself. How do we swingers deal with all this potential rejection?

Swinging is a lifestyle that basicly allows you to propisition other men and women for sex and not be thought of as a freak. Some begin with asking another couple out for drinks or dinner. Others start off with just an email on a swingers website. Either way the door has been opened for potentially more. But what if you are not interested in the other couple?

As a member of many swinger websites I receive tons of emails to chat and/or possibly meet. Some of the emails are just a quick flirt that says someone likes me or and invitation to look at private pictures. If I’m not interested in a couple that initiates contact I typically don’t respond. I would prefer not to email each couple saying that I am not interested although sometimes just those words are necessary. I have encountered couples that will email again and again when no response is given. Eventually this type of couple will ask why I didn’t respond and if or what I found wrong with them. I try to avoid criticizing anyone ever. Even though swingers need to have a little thicker skin (so to speak) than most, I am still sensitive to the feelings of others. If demanded, I will respond to an offer by saying I don’t think we are compatible and best of luck.

Sometimes you don’t realize that you aren’t interested until a date has already begun or you have spent far too much time in a swingers club chatting and flirting. This type of situation can be uncomfortable, but if handled appropriately there will be fewer hard feelings. Let’s face it, when you are attracted to someone and they do not return the sentiment, it can be a tough pill to swallow. Rejection isn’t fun from either side.

I admit that I haven’t always handled rejecting someone graciously. It simply makes me uncomfortable and I clam up. That is normally a sign that someone isn’t interested (me). Luckily I have a husband that will step up to the plate and move the evening along and well without the other couple. I have used the emergency phone call trick to get out of a party that wasn’t what I expected and other times I have just disappeared without saying goodbye, but those are not a nice way to behave. Neither of these things are gracious at all. It would have been better to say thank you and goodbye for the evening (do as I say not as I do applies here).

If you are rejected, whether in a gracious manner or rudely done, always attempt to walk away with your head held up high. Remember that everyone has different tastes. Just because couple XYZ isn’t attracted to you doesn’t mean that you aren’t desirable. Move on graciously!

Bath time: do you want to take a bath with me?

Do you shower with your swinger partner?

I don’t understand it. I have been out with several couples who want to bathe with me. They all seem to have different reasons associated with this request. I have already spent close to an hour in the shower already exfoliating my body and shaving every inch of it to be followed by a slathering of moisturizer. Then after six changes of tops and skirts and spending another 45 minutes blow drying and brushing my hair; taking a bath with you is going to not only blow my hair, make up and clothes, but also might make my skin dry.

Why do swingers like to bathe with other swingers? One couple said that they think everyone should shower and wash before they engage in sex. Of course I would just expect that has already been taken care of before leaving the house, but their theory is that if they see you shower they know you are clean. They attempted to make this a sexy part of the evening, but I found the request quite strange. My thoughts are if you are worried the couple isn’t clean then just end the night right there. (We did not have sex with this couple and yes we were clean before hand).

What about a woman on her period and suggesting shower sex to make a little good clean fun? I agree that when a girl is on her period and wants to go out on a swinger date then some concessions have to be made. The thoughts in this instance are that one person is only getting a blow job from Mrs. Time of the Month, no one is having sex, or its shower sex. Again we fall into the realm of messing up my hair and make up; not to mention the need to moisturize again. What I would worry about with shower sex is, did he use a condom in this wet slippery atmosphere? And would the condom stay on with all the water? Since I am a safe sex only girl I would worry about these things and it may potentially spoil my time. Shower sex is reserved only for Soccer Dad with me.

S0ccer Dad and I once spent an evening with another couple who decided separate rooms were necessary for them to really enjoy themselves. Jacob and I got one room and Connie and Soccer Dad got another room. This request doesn’t bother either of us as long as both of us are comfortable with our new partners. At the end of the evening we compared notes (thats the fun part) and both of us had taken a couples bath at the request of the other person. This is not a request either of us would normally make ourselves. Was this to extend the evening longer? Was it to wash off for a second go round of sex? Neither of us ever asked so it remains a mystery, but we both did enjoyed the baths this time (even with the potential hair and dry skin disasters).

Does swinging make you sick?

Just like anyone else swingers are susceptible to germs. I have found over the years that I get sick quite frenquently after I have been out swinging. Normally this occurs after a date with a group of people. I have likely been kissing multiple people and I’ve probably had sex with more than one person as well.

At the beginning of every new year I can expect to be in bed for a week with a horrible case of strep throat. I believe this happens because I normally go to a swingers New Year’s Party and of course I have to taste everyone’s lips. I am an open highway to germs in this scenario.

I do insist that all my partners wear a condom. Even though it is not 100% effective I find no sense in taking any chances in that arena of illness. But I do leave myself open to other germs such as colds and the like. Maybe this is just par for the course or maybe I am just the unlucky one who seems to catch the cooties.

Other illnesses tend to crop up now and again in women which may or may not be related to multiple partners. UTI’s, yeast infections, and baterial infections are all common issues with women and could be perpetuated by multiple sexual partners. To avoid these issues I take all necessary steps to clean myself up before going home for the night. That seems to alleviate most of the issues, but they do crop up now and again.

What about men? Uncircumcized men are more susceptible to yeast infections than circumcized. Additionally, men too are at risk for strep throat, colds etc. as well when in the midst of kissing and having sex with multiple partners.

Are these things directly related to swinging? Who is to say for sure. It could be purely coincidental. I am interested to hear what others think or have experienced in these matters.

Should you sleep with a newbie?

The first kiss is the best kiss

New to the lifestyle? We’ve all been there. Swinging has many facets that are interesting to all kinds of people. Everyone starts at square one of newbieness and eventually find a staggered path into this lifestyle through desire.

Some newbies fit right into the swinging situation with ease and others, well not so much. My (our) first experience in the swinging lifestyle was a toga party. We had chatted and webcammed with several couples attending the party, but had never experienced anything but online sex. We were newbies for certain. We found ourselves at ease in the sexy scenario of oral sex, kissing, and touching at this party and later selected one couple to lose our swinger virginity.

Since that event we have become seasoned swingers. We have had sex with countless newbies and for the most part all experiences have been positive. It only takes a few bad moments or one bad experience to spoil the fun and turn swingers off from newbies. So what do you do if you are in the midst getting to know a couple and realize they are newbies? Of course you should continue on and get to know them, but remember that any awkwardness may be a sign that they will back out of the situation at any time or the moment may turn sour. It’s a real risk of having sex with a newbie.

Newbies can be just as exciting as seasoned swingers. They bring a bit of exhilaration to the moment because its one of their first experiences. At one time we had a strict no newbies rule, but as of late we have broken that rule and the result has been a great time! I recommend giving those newbies a shot!!

The freaks were out tonight

The legs say it all!

Attending a swingers Halloween party is always an event to remember. The creative costumes, the lack of costumes, and the atmosphere always makes for a good time. I dressed as a french maid. My black silky dress was short enough that for my round bottom to peak out complete with knickers that exclaimed spank me! The rest of the outfit was consisted of fishnet stockings, platform heels, lace choker, and of course a feather duster. My date, Soccer Dad, was dressed as a butler. He was neatly put together in a tuxedo complete with tales, bow tie, white gloves, and carried a small silver tray of condoms. We created an ensemble that everyone salivated for.

The party was at a hotel ballroom. High top tables were decorated with fall leaves and miniature pumkins. Scantily clad people were spread about the room dancing and drinking champagne. We knew no one at this party, but were quick to make friends.

The party offered raffles and prizes. We personally took home two gift certificates for tattoos, but I was bummed we didn’t win the sex swing (update later on what that leads to). Some women were dressed like sexy nurses, little red riding hood, and my favorite was the vampire. One man dressed as a mamogram machine and another called himself Dr. Dildo. I said to him ‘I like your penis’ and he was quick to correct me ‘that’s a dildo mam, Dr. Dildo’ with this deep southern accent. I didn’t have the need for any doctoring at the moment so I decided to move on.

We mingled and chatted with several couples and eventually decided that a little more intimate conversation was in order. About six couples moved to a hotel room and began getting to know each other a little better.

The room was crowded with just two beds, but everyone was very accommodating with the limitations. Swingers don’t mind sharing. Next week party #2 and this time police woman and prisoner. I can’t wait!

Swinger lifestyle: Are you in or out of the closet?

Are you peeking through the door yet?

I like to keep my lifestyle somewhat quiet. I don’t make it common practice to share this part of my life with many. Those who do know I am a swinger probably know me pretty well in life too and are very trusted (although mistakes are made at times).

At work I dress rather conservatively. Typically I wear dresses or skirts. I don’t show clevage and my makeup is minimal. The only daring thing you will catch me wearing is a pair of black patent leather platform peep toe shoes. This is the one indulgence that I take for myself that resembles sexy in the workplace. I do get many remarks on my shoes from ‘I don’t understand why you wear those tall heels’ to ‘those are some damn sexy shoes!’ I am 95% in the closet at work.

At home I am a typical soccer mom with flip flops and tank tops. I suppose I sport a little more clevage than the average mom, but I am a 34DD afterall. It’s rather difficult to hide in a tank top. I am 75% in the closet at home (my husband knows because he is a swinger too).

When going out for an evening I might be a bit more daring, but remembering my kids will probably be awake when I return home I can no longer wear the super short skirts and barely there tops. I am 50% in the closet when I go out. Swinging is only something I do on occasion, it isn’t who I am or my entire life and doesn’t actually envelop 50% of my life. I do have friends who are also swingers that are regular friends as well. This is what emcompasses that number.

Where does that leave me – in or out of the closet? I would have to say that I am 73.333333333% in the lifestyle closet – statistically speaking. I would like to know where everyone else falls on the closet scale. Whether you are a swinger, gay or lesbien, or any live another kind of lifestyle – what are your stats?

What is your type?

So many choices!

Does anyone really have a type? I have always said that my type was a male 20 something with blond hair, blue eyes, skinny, and a bit on the geeky side. This type isn’t quite what I married, but my husband is in the same ballbark of geeky and skinny (sorry honey). With age I have found myself attracted to different types of men. Funny how that happens.

As a seasoned swinger I have been with all types of men so I clearly don’t limit myself to only sleeping with men of my type. I find all types of men to be attractive and worth a second glance so to speak, but naturally certain men will appeal to me more than others. The same is true for women. I find women to be beautiful creatures for the most part, but I don’t want to sleep with all of them. I am less often attracted to them sexually as I am to men. How does this label me? My theory is that I’m not purely defined by anything but just as me (maybe pure isn’t the appropriate word).

Back to the older men attraction – when I say older men I am not talking about someone a couple of years older than me, but maybe 10 years ahead of me. I find men who have salt and pepper hair to be particularly attractive, maybe a few expression lines on their face, and definitely some experience in their nature – say George Clooney.

There is a difference when having sex with older men versus younger men. Each has his own unique qualities and excitement and I would never pick one solely over the other, but there is a difference! Either way I like men who are funny, silly, and passionate. The guy that will get me to come back for more is the guy who can keep my attention while in bed with me. I admit that sometimes sex with a stranger is sometimes boring (yes I did just say that). If the spark isn’t there, then the excitement isn’t either. With a lack of either I won’t want to see the guy again no matter where he fits into my sceme of attraction and types.

Since my husband and I are swingers together, we both must agree on a couple together before a night out. This isn’t always the easiest task to accompolish and usually someone needs to be accepting of a lesser side. No couple is ever 100% equal in looks. Neither of us ever ‘take one for the team’, but I can’t say that we both are totally into the other person at the same time always. Sometimes just ‘ok’ is as good as it gets.

With all that said, what is my type? I guess my type is whatever I like that day!

Do you want to sleep with me?

How do you feel about having sex with me? Essentially when a swinger asks another couple out they are requesting sex. I’m sure not all swingers will agree with my statement, but when I ask another couple out for drinks I really mean do you want to have sex with me.

This decision of sex doesn’t have to be made upon answering yes to the initial request. My decision isn’t completely made at that point either. We have both seen pictures of each other, exchanged a couple of emails, and possibly spoke on the phone. So when do I decide or when do you decide that yes, I want to have sex with you?

After the initial shock of meeting one another, both couples already have a pretty good idea which direction the evening will go. After all, being a swinger is essentially about physical attraction. Many of you are shaking your heads and saying that is simply not true, but I’m not going to email someone I find completely repulsive on the off chance he or she is a great conversationalist and I bet you aren’t either.

Typically when I go out on dates it starts off with drinks and sometimes dinner. This is an easy way to get comfortable with each other. If you are absolutely repulsed by the other couple you have the opportunity to say that you don’t think this is going to work out or have prearranged emergency call to get you out of a situation. I have done both! I must admit that if I need an emergency back up call, I probably should never have asked you out in the first place. This is a lesson learned early on in the swinger lifestyle.

So in the end, a date with a swinger is all about the sex. Big shock there huh!

Do you sleep with strangers too?

I am what some would call a seasoned swinger. I have been around the swinging lifestyle for the better part of eight years. But no matter how many dates I go on there is always something new to experience. People come in all sizes, shapes, and personalites and so do dates. Each new date is an exciting experience for me. I want each one to be the best ever.

My swinging style is meet, talk, fuck. This may not be the same manner everyone in the lifestyle plays, but it’s what works for me. I don’t like to waste time on endless emails, phone calls, and sexless dates. I am in this lifestyle to have sex with strangers. I am a married swinger and my husband does participate along side me. We are in agreement that the newness of another person is the most exciting part of swinging. A regular couple would feel more like a relationship. To us that is entering dangerous waters.

We used to have a rule that we would never have sex with the same couple more than one time. I admit we have broken this rule from time to time and other times we have used it as an excuse to not see a particular couple again. Today we play the whole scenario by ear. Sometimes we will see a couple many times and other times we are out seeking someone new.

Each couple offers something new to explore. That’s why I like this lifestyle so much. I am Rebecca Ammon and I will be contributing my tibits of information, stories, and fun on a regular basis. Feel free to comment to tell me what you think, offer suggestions, or ask questions.

We are very excited to announce our free body painting offer to anyone and everyone who stops by our booth during Swingfest 2009!! Stop by our booth and let us transform you into a walking, talking version of our Rackooza Girl… or any number of other designs.

Come by and check us out! Free body paintings will be available October 23-24, 2009 from 12-8pm in our booth (#35) at Swingfest 2009 – the world’s largest lifestyle and swinger hotel takeover and convention in Miami, Florida.

Body painting will be performed by Carl Flick, body painter extraordinaire. Carl has been in the body painting business for several years. His talent has taken him to over 62 countries and territories. He has worked his magic from events like Fantasy Fest in Key West to the land down under in Melbourne, Australia! Welcome to the newest online community for people in the lifestyle. Our goal is to provide the best adult social network site for swingers that anyone could possibly imagine.

In our experience, every existing adult dating site on the market leaves plenty to be desired. I’m sure you all know the drill:
abundance of spam and fake profiles
old technology
excruciatingly slow performance
nameless/faceless ownership
very few features
poor customer service
lack of real community
etc, etc….

We want to be the first site to truly engage and empower our community. We want to listen to you and give you exactly what you want. We truly hope to become with friends with as many of our members as possible, both online and offline.

We are launching this lifestyle blog/news site for starters in order to start building the Rackooza community.
