            <title>Prajitura cu mere</title>

&lt;p&gt;- 1.5-2 kg mere&lt;br /&gt;- 5 linguri zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;- 2 plicuri zahar vanilat&lt;br /&gt;- 450 grame biscuiti Petit Beurre&lt;br /&gt;- 200 grame unt&lt;br /&gt;- 8-9 linguri lapte/apa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru bezea:&lt;br /&gt;- 5 albusuri&lt;br /&gt;- 150 grame zahar&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;O prajitura delicioasa, chiar si pentru mine care sunt declarata impotriva oricaror preparate ce contin mere calite (strudel, placinta, s.a.). Insa combinatia dintre textura crocanta a blatului de biscuit cu aroma de unt, merele calite si siropoase si bezeaua spumoasa a topit orice strangere de inima pe care o aveam cand m-am apucat de aceasta prajitura.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Am inceput prin a curata, rade si cali merele cu zaharul pana orice urma de lichid s-a evaporat. Se pun deoparte si se lasa la racit.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pentru blat am macinat fin biscuitii prin masina de tocat.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Untul l-am topit la microunde.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Apoi l-am adaugat peste biscuiti si am inceput sa framant temeinic, adaugand cate putin lapte astfel incat tot praful de biscuit sa se umezeasca (atentie, nu sa fie moale, ci doar umed si sfaramicios).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am uns o tava cu unt si am pus pe fundul acesteia compozitia de biscuit, apasand-o si niveland-o cu mana usor umezita, astfel incat sa rezulte un blat compact. Am dat blatul la cuptorul preincalzit la 180ºC timp de 10 minute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am scos tava si am intins uniform compozitia de mere si am reintrodus tava la cuptor pentru inca 15 minute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Intre timp, am batut albusurile spuma tare cu zaharul. Am scos tava si am intins bezeaua peste prajitura. Cu ajutorul unei furculite se pot trasa modele pe bezea.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am redus temperatura la 150ºC si am mai dat la cuptor inca 15 minute pana bezeaua s-a rumenit frumos (atentie, sa nu o ardeti!)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Prajitura este minunata dupa ce s-a racit si a stat putin la frigider (daca aveti atata rabdare..). Siropul din mere va iesi la suprafata bezelei, dupa cum puteti vedea in poza.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am taiat-o cubulete si...am savurat-o cu maaaare placere! Cu siguranta ramane una dintre preferate.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Tagliatelle cu somon afumat</title>

&lt;p&gt;- 250 grame tagliatelle proaspete (puteti sa folositi si uscate, mie mi se par mai gustoase cele proaspete)&lt;br /&gt;- 400 ml smantana de frisca&lt;br /&gt;- 100 ml smantana fermentata&lt;br /&gt;- 100 grame somon afumat&lt;br /&gt;- 50 ml vin alb sec&lt;br /&gt;- 2 catei usturoi&lt;br /&gt;- 25 grame unt&lt;br /&gt;- 1 legatura patrunjel verde&lt;br /&gt;- sare&lt;br /&gt;- piper&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Niste paste care se prepara foarte rapid, nu necesita pea multe ingrediente, sunt deosebit de gustoase si deloc grele. Noi am facut portie dubla. &lt;img title="Smile" border="0" alt="Smile" src="http://www.raksha.ro/plugins/editors/jce/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-smile.gif" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Somonul afumat se taie fasii. Noi am luat o bucata intreaga si nu felii subtiri, pentru ca mi se pare ca are o consistenta mai buna, e mai putin sarat si se poate taia mult mai bine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Usturoiul se toaca si se caleste in unt topit.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dupa un minut se adauga bucatile de somon si se perpelesc un minut.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se adauga vinul si se lasa sa se evapore la foc rapid. Se adauga smantana dulce, sarea (aveti grija la cat e de sarat somonul) si piperul si se lasa sa fiarba 5 minute la foc mic.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Intre timp, pastele se fierb in apa sarata conform instructiunilor de pe pachet. (ale mele, fiind proaspete, au fost gata in 2 minute).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In sos se adauga smantana fermentata si patrunjelul tocat marunt si apoi pastele bine scurse.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se amesteca bine si se lasa sa fiarba impreuna 2 minute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se servesc imediat, garnisite cu patrunjel. Sunt foarte, foarte bune!&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Supa crema de dovlecei si morcovi</title>

&lt;p&gt;- 3-4 dovlecei medii&lt;br /&gt;- 4 morcovi mai mari&lt;br /&gt;- 5 cartofi&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cepe&lt;br /&gt;- 1 telina mica (radacina si frunze)&lt;br /&gt;- sare&lt;br /&gt;- piper&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pentru ca au venit zilele reci, a inceput si sezonul de supe-crema, pe care noi le facem preponderent din legume combinate in fel si chip. Aceasta supa este una perfect dietetica (nu are nici ulei, nici smantana), insa este foarte gustoasa.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Legumele le-am curatat si le-am tocat mare, apoi le-am pus la fiert in apa cat sa le acopere.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cand au fiert le-am scurs, pastrand zeama.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Le-am pasat cu blenderul pana am obtinut o crema fina.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am pus legumele pasate inapoi in oala si am diluat cu zeama in care au fiert, pana am obtinut consistenta dorita (mie imi plac supele mai groase). Am mai dat intr-un clocot, am potrivit de sare si piper si...gata!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pentru ca mai aveam jumatate din pachetul de scoici pe care le umplusem cu &lt;a href="http://www.raksha.ro/ro/pizza-si-paste/scoici-umplute-pe-sos-de-rosii.html" target="_blank"&gt;ricotta si spanac&lt;/a&gt;, m-am hotarat ca pe restul sa le umplu cu altceva si am improvizat o compozitie de ciuperci. Au iesit delicioase, iar cele doua sosuri combinate in care le-am scaldat mi-au adus aminte de gustul de lasagna.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ceapa si usturoiul tocate marunt se calesc in 50 grame unt topit.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dupa 2-3 minute se adauga ciupercile pleurotus curatate si tocate si se calesc pana se evapora tot lichidul.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se adauga patrunjelul tocat, cimbrul, sarea, piperul si boiaua si se amesteca.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La final se stinge focul, se adauga branza topita si se amesteca bine pana la omogenizare.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se prepara sosul rosu: se fierb impreuna sucul de rosii cu restul ingredientelor 2 minute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se toarna sosul pe fundul unui vas de yena. Intre timp, pastele se pun la fiert in apa clocotita cu sare si ulei de masline, conform instructiunilor de pe pachet. Se umplu apoi cu compozitia de ciuperci si se asaza in tava, peste sosul rosu.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se prepara béchamel-ul: Intr-o tigaie/craticioara de teflon se topeste untul. Faina se dizolva treptat cu lapte rece si se toarna amestecul in tigaie. Se amesteca continuu cu telul pana capata consistenta unei smantani groase apoi se adauga smantana, sarea si nucsoara.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se mai da intr-un clocot si se stinge focul. Se toarna sosul alb peste scoici si se presara parmezanul ras.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se acopera tava cu folie de aluminiu si se da la cuptor la 180ºC 30 de minute. Se scoate folia si se mai lasa 10 minute sa se rumeneasca.&lt;br /&gt;Se servesc calde, sunt foaaarte, foarte bune.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Cocktail de fructe de mare</title>

&lt;p&gt;Toate fructele de mare au fost congelate pentru ca erau destinate unei cine rapide in timpul saptamanii. Le-am oparit pe rand in apa clocotita (aproximativ 3 minute pe fiecare).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Crab sticks-urile au avut regim special, nu au nevoie decat de foarte putin timp de fierbere.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Crevetii i-am curatat de cozi.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Intr-un wok am incins uleiul de masline si cel de susan si am tras rapid fructele de mare (aproximativ 3-4 minute la foc iute).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am adaugat vinul si am lasat sa se evapore.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Paine rustica cu cartofi</title>

&lt;p&gt;- 620 grame cartofi albi fierti si decojiti&lt;br /&gt;- 650 grame faina de paine (tip 550)&lt;br /&gt;- 120 ml apa de la fierberea cartofilor&lt;br /&gt;- 2 lingurite sare&lt;br /&gt;- 2 linguri ulei de masline extravirgin&lt;br /&gt;- 25 grame drojdie proaspata&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingurita zahar&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cautam de mult o reteta de paine cu cartofi asa cum am mancat la un targ de produse traditionale, insa aceasta mi se pare de departe cea mai apropiata reteta de ceea ce cautam eu. Am "cules-o" de pe site-ul &lt;a href="http://www.retetecalamama.ro/2010/10/paine-de-casa-cu-cartofi-reteta.html" target="_blank"&gt;Laurei Laurentiu&lt;/a&gt; careia ii multumesc tare mult.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Drojdia se freaca cu zaharul si se dilueaza cu apa de la cartofi calduta (nu fierbinte). Se presara faina si se lasa sa creasca. Intre timp, cartofii se paseaza fin. Faina se pune intr-un castron impreuna cu sarea si facem in centrul ei o groapa in care adaugam piureul de cartofi. Amestecam pana la obtinerea unui aluat sfaramicios, apoi adaugam drojdia si uleiul.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se framanata aluatul pana cand devine compact si elastic, desi la inceput va fi un pic chinuitor (este destul de lipicios).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;img alt="etapa_2" src="http://www.raksha.ro/images/stories/preparate/paine-rustica-cu-cartofi/etapa_2.jpg" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se lasa la crescut acoperit, intr-un loc cald, ferit de curenti, pana isi dubleaza volumul (aproximativ 45 de minute).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;img alt="etapa_3" src="http://www.raksha.ro/images/stories/preparate/paine-rustica-cu-cartofi/etapa_3.jpg" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dupa ce a crescut se rastoarna pe o suprafata infainata si se imparte in doua. Fiecare jumatate se aplatizeaza sub forma de dreptunghi. Marginile dreptunghiului se pliaza spre interior, se intoarce painica cu "cusatura" in jos si se lasa sa creasca 30 de minute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Aici deja crescute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cuptorul se preincalzeste la 190ºC cu o craticioara de apa in el (umiditatea din cuptor ne ajuta sa obtinem o crusta rumena si crocanta). Cand e incalzit se rastoarna painicile intr-o tava cu hartie de copt si se dau la cuptor. Dupa primele 10 minute se scoate craticioara cu apa (printr-un gest rapid, pentru a nu pierde caldura din cuptor) si se mai lasa 40 de minute. Asa aratau painicile coapte si rumene.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Au iesit foarte bune, cu miezul elastic si un pic umed, pufoase, dar cu o crusta crocanta.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Rulouri cu scortisoara</title>

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ce poate fi mai minunat intr-o dupa-amiaza posomorata de toamna decat o aroma de scortisoara iesind din cuptorul fierbinte? Mai ales cand aceste rulouri minunate preluate de la &lt;a href="http://pokhas.com/retete-culinare/retete-patiserie/89-rulouri-cu-scortisoara" target="_blank"&gt;Poca&lt;/a&gt; se fac atat de usor, cu tot ce ai la indemana prin casa?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Intr-un castron se pun faina, drojdia uscata si sarea.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se adauga oul, uleiul si cate putin din laptele caldut.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se framanta pana la obtinerea unui aluat neted si nelipicios (aproximativ 10-15 minute).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Aluatul se lasa la loc caldut pana isi dubleaza volumul (aproximativ 30-40 de minute).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Intre timp, intr-un castron se amesteca zaharul cu scortisoara.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se imparte aluatul in doua. Fiecare bucata se intinde sub forma de dreptunghi.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se unge foaia cu unt moale si se presara cu zahar si scortisoara.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se ruleaza si se taie cam asa:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Fiecare bucata de rulou se apasa pe mijloc cu un bat subtire de forma cilindrica astfel:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Rulourile se asaza intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se mai lasa 15 minute la crescut. Se ung cu galbenus si se dau la cuptorul preincalzit la 175ºC timp de 20-25 de minute. Sunt foarte bune si aromate.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Supa crema de dovleac cu Gorgonzola</title>

&lt;p&gt;- 1 kg pulpa de dovleac&lt;br /&gt;- 2 pere coapte&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cepe&lt;br /&gt;- 150 grame branza Gorgonzola&lt;br /&gt;- 100 grame unt&lt;br /&gt;- 2 linguri ulei de susan&lt;br /&gt;- 1,5 litri supa de pui/legume&lt;br /&gt;- 100 ml smantana de frisca&lt;br /&gt;- 1 legatura patrunjel&lt;br /&gt;- sare&lt;br /&gt;- piper&lt;br /&gt;- nucsoara&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Desi nu sunt un fan al dovleacului, ba chiar as putea spune ca nu imi place deloc in placinta/strudel sau alte prajituri, m-am gandit sa il folosesc totusi la ceva, asa, in spiritul toamnei si am cautat o reteta de mancare si nu de desert, care sa ii atenueze din gustul usor lesios pe care il simt eu. Cand am gasit reteta &lt;a href="http://mayas-esprit.blogspot.com/2009/10/butternut-soup-gorgonzola.html" target="_blank"&gt;Mayei&lt;/a&gt; de supa cu Gorgonzola, am stiut ca mi se potriveste perfect...&lt;img title="Smile" border="0" alt="Smile" src="http://www.raksha.ro/plugins/editors/jce/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-smile.gif" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Am inceput prin a taia ceapa mare si a o cali in unt topit si ulei de masline cateva minute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Intre timp, am curatat dovleacul (al meu a avut cam 1.5 kg cu totul) si l-am taiat cuburi impreuna cu para. Le-am adaugat in oala peste ceapa impreuna cu legatura de patrunjel.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am turnat supa fierbinte de pui si am lasat sa fiarba totul la foc mic aproximativ 30 de minute, pana cand dovleacul era foarte moale.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Atunci am bagat blenderul in supa si am pasat pana am obtinut o crema fina.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am pus supa inapoi pe foc, am adugat Gorgonzola, sarea, piperul si nucsoara si am lasat pe foc mic pana s-a topit branza. La final am stins focul si am adaugat smantana dulce.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A iesit o supa grozava, cu gust dulceac de dovleac, o aroma subtila de para si un gust usor picant de Gorgonzola. Pentru mine a fost un echilibru perfect de gusturi si cu siguranta o voi mai reface in aceste zile friguroase de toamna.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Tort Hello Kitty</title>

            <description>&lt;p&gt;Acest tort a fost facut pentru ziua nepotelei mele care a implinit 4 anisori. Asadar, am cautat sa fac un tort simplu si agreat de copii, care sa se preteze si la a fi imbracat in pasta de zahar. Am ales reteta &lt;a href="http://dora-s-sweettreasures.blogspot.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Dorei_m &lt;/a&gt;(multumesc, Dora!) de tort nougat, pe care am mai adaptat-o putin preferintelor mele. &lt;h3&gt;Ingrediente&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pentru blat:&lt;br /&gt;- 125 grame faina&lt;br /&gt;- 125 grame unt&lt;br /&gt;- 6 oua&lt;br /&gt;- 200 grame Nutella/Finetti topit&lt;br /&gt;- 100 grame zahar&lt;br /&gt;- esenta de portocale&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingurita praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;- 1 praf de sare&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru crema:&lt;br /&gt;- 250 grame mascarpone&lt;br /&gt;- 1 plic budinca de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;- 500 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;- 3 pliculete zahar vanilat&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingurita zahar&lt;br /&gt;- 3 foite gelatina&lt;br /&gt;- 1 conserva compot de mandarine&lt;br /&gt;- pasta de zahar, frisca pentru ornat, dupa preferinte&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pentru blat se freaca untul cu zaharul. Se separa ouale si se adauga galbenusurile unul cate unul, mixand foarte bine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Albusurile se bat spuma tare si se incorporeaza in compozitia de unt si galbenusuri. Eu de aici deja am folosit telul si am amestecat cu grija.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Faina se cerne cu praful de copt si sarea si se adauga in ploaie.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La final se adauga esenta de portocale si Nutella topita.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se omogenizeaza bine si se toarna compozitia intr-o forma de tort tapetata cu hartie de copt.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;img alt="etapa_5" src="http://www.raksha.ro/images/stories/preparate/tort-hello-kitty/etapa_5.jpg" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se da la cuptorul preincalzit la 175ºC, aproximativ 55 minute sau pana trece testul scobitorii. Se lasa blatul sa se raceasca pe un gratar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;img alt="etapa_6" src="http://www.raksha.ro/images/stories/preparate/tort-hello-kitty/etapa_6.jpg" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Intre timp se prepara crema. Budinca se prepara conform instructiunilor de pe pachet. Gelatina se inmoaie si se pune in budinca preparata cat este calda, dar nu foarte fierbinte. Se lasa sa se raceasca apoi se incorporeaza branza mascarpone.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Blatul racit se taie in doua.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se insiropeaza cu sucul din compot.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se inchide tortul cu un inel si se adauga crema. Se presara mandarinele si se asaza a doua parte a blatului. Se insiropeaza si aceasta si se da la frigider cateva ore.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cand crema e inchegata se indeparteaza inelul din jurul tortului.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Avand in vedere ca eu am imbracat tortul in pasta de zahar, l-am acoperit cu un strat subtire de unt frecat cu zahar pudra si aromat cu coaja de portocala.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Iar aici gata imbracat in pasta de zahar (un pic cam pe fuga). Tortul a fost foarte, foarte bun, blatul este unul dens si umed (nu gen pandispan), destul de greu, astfel in cat a fost rezistent la invelirea in pasta, iar crema este una foarte usoara, deloc gretoasa, potrivita pentru copii. Iar combinatia cu mandarine a fost binevenita. Nu este un tort foarte dulce, de aceea se mai pot adauga 50 grame de zahar in budinca in cazul in care credeti ca este necesar.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Camembert la cuptor cu cartofi wedges</title>

&lt;p&gt;- 1 rotita branza Camembert&lt;br /&gt;- 1 kg cartofi&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingurita condimente pentru shaorma (de la Abido)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingura boia ardei dulce&lt;br /&gt;- ½ lingurita piper&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingurita pudra de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;- ½ lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingura patrunjel proaspat tocat&lt;br /&gt;- ulei de porumb sau floarea-soarelui pentru prajit&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cartofii se curata si se spala. Se taie felii mai groase (wedges) si se usuca bine cu un servet de bucatarie.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se condimenteaza cu boiaua, condimentele pentru shaorma, piperul, sarea si pudra de usturoi si se amesteca bine. Uleiul se pune la incins intr-un ceaun si se adauga cartofii.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se prajesc pana capata o crusta crocanta aurie, iar in interior sunt facuti. Se scot pe un servetel absorbant.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Intre timp, rotita de branza Camemebert se asaza pe o tava in suportul de lemn in care a fost impachetata. Daca nu are acest suport, cum nici a noastra nu a avut, o invelim pe margini si fund in folie de staniol. Se da tava la cuptorul preincalzit la 180ºC timp de 15 minute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se scoate si se cresteaza la suprafata. Se presara patrunjelul si se serveste fierbinte alaturi de cartofii wedges condimentati. Este un pranz perfect pentru toamna.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Pariziene cu Nutella</title>

&lt;p&gt;Am aceasta reteta salvata de ceva vreme de la &lt;a href="http://www.justlovecookin.com" target="_blank"&gt;Ana Maria&lt;/a&gt;, insa abia acum am gasit ceva timp sa o pun in aplicare. Eu am facut portie dubla si trebuie sa marturisesc ca am fost foarte inspirata...&lt;img title="Smile" border="0" alt="Smile" src="http://www.raksha.ro/plugins/editors/jce/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-smile.gif" /&gt; Asadar, am inceput cu drojdia pe care am faramitat-o si am amestecat-o cu putin zahar si lapte caldut. Am pus-o apoi in centrul fainii si am lasat-o pana a inceput sa faca bule.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am adaugat restul ingredientelor in castron (mai putin Nutella).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am inceput amestecarea ajutandu-ma de o lingura de lemn.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Apoi am bagat mana si am inceput sa framant pana la obtinerea unui aluat compact si nelipicios. In timpul framantarii eu am mai adaugat vreo 3 maini de faina.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Am lasat la dospit aproximativ 30 minute pana si-a dublat volumul.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Apoi am impartit aluatul in 8 bile, fara a il mai framanta (in 16 la mine, care am facut portie dubla).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;img alt="etapa_6" src="http://www.raksha.ro/images/stories/preparate/pariziene-cu-nutella/etapa_6.jpg" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fiecare bila se intinde sub forma unui oval mai lunguiet si nu foarte subtire.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Jumatate din oval se franjureaza cu un cutit sau o rola de pizza.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In jumatatea cealalta se pune o lingura de Nutella (care e bine sa fie tinuta inainte la frigider, pentru a o manevra mai usor).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se pliaza prima jumatate, inchizand capetele pentru a evita ca Nutella sa se scurga prin tava.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se ruleaza in continuare.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se asaza in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se procedeaza indentic cu restul bilutelor de aluat.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se lasa la dospit in tava aproximativ 30 de minute, apoi se ung cu galbenus de ou si se presara cu mac.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se introduc la cuptorul preincalzit, la 180ºC, timp de 25 de minute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sunt foarte pufoase si numai bune alaturi de o cana cu lapte sau o ceasca de cafea.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Mancarica de ciuperci</title>

&lt;p&gt;- 1 kg ciuperci proaspete&lt;br /&gt;- 2-3 ardei grasi in mai multe culori&lt;br /&gt;- 1 legatura ceapa verde&lt;br /&gt;- 1 legatura marar&lt;br /&gt;- 1 kg rosii&lt;br /&gt;- 2 felii cascaval Emmentaler sau Gouda&lt;br /&gt;- 100 ml vin alb sec&lt;br /&gt;- 4 linguri ulei masline&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingurita busuioc uscat&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingurita oregano uscat&lt;br /&gt;- ½ lingurita cimbru&lt;br /&gt;- ½ lingurita usturoi pudra&lt;br /&gt;- ½ lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;- ½ lingurita piper&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rosiile se spala si se introduc 1 minut in apa clocotita. Se clatesc in apa rece si se curata de coaja. Se taie jumatati si se pun intr-o cratita in care am incins 2 linguri de ulei de masline.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se acopera cratita cu un capac si se fierb rosiile circa 15-20 minute pana cand sunt zdrobite. Se adauga busuiocul si oregano, se amesteca si se pune sosul deoparte.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Intre timp ardeii se taie cubulete. Noi am folosit pentru culoare verde si galben, dar la fel de bine puteti folosi rosu sau portocaliu.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In craticioara se incinge restul de ulei de masline si se calesc ardeii 2-3 minute. Se adauga ceapa si se mai caleste 2-3 minute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Intre timp, ciupercile se curata de pielita si se taie felii. Se pun peste ardei si ceapa si se calesc pana scade tot lichidul lasat. Se adauga vinul alb si se fierbe la foc mare pana se evapora.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Ciocanele arabesti la cuptor</title>

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ciocanele se parlesc pe alocuri daca este necesar, se curata si se spala. Se usuca cu un servet de bucatarie si se asaza intr-o tava.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se presara uleiul de masline peste ciocanele.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se presara toate condimentele si se maseaza bine ciocanelele. Condimentele sunt destul de sarate, asa ca aveti grija la cantitate! Se acopera cu o folie de plastic si se da la frigider minim 2 ore (recomandat peste noapte). Se baga tava la cuptor la 200ºC 1 ora si 30 minute sau pana cand sunt intrepatrunse si rumenite la exterior.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Couscous israeli cu rucola, feta si masline</title>

&lt;p&gt;Couscous-ul Israeli este o forma de couscous cu granulatia mai mare, perlata. L-am gasit la Mega Image, de origine greaca si arata astfel:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Asadar, am pus o cana de couscous sa fiarba in 3 cani de apa fierbinte sarata la foc mediu. Se amesteca ocazional pana cand se absoarbe toata apa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Couscous-ul fiert se clateste cu apa rece si se scurge bine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se pune intr-un bol si se stropeste cu ulei de masline. Rucola se clateste, se toaca grosier si se pune in bol. Se adauga si restul de ingrediente si se amesteca bine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se lasa sa se raceasca inainte de servire. Se poate prepara cu pana la 8 ore inainte. Reteta este din cartea "Fresh" a Anei Olson si pot spune ca aceasta combinatie de ingrediente ne-a surprins in cel mai placut mod posibil.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Puiul se taie bucati se se marineaza in sos de soia, sos de stridii, sos de soia dulce si amidon.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ciupercile urechi-de-lemn se pun la hidratat in apa calduta cu o lingura sos de soia timp de 30 de minute. Legumele se curata (morcovul, ardeiul, ceapa) si se taie julienne. Se calesc ardeiul si morcovul in ulei de masline si ulei de susan 4 minute.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Cartofi cu ceapa rosie si otet balsamic</title>

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cartofii se curata, se spala bine si se taie in 4 sau 6 felii in functie de marime. Se pun la fiert in apa clocotita pentru 5-8 minute maxim. Intre timp, tava in care vom prepara se baga la cuptor. Cand e fierbinte se scoate si se adauga untul bucati si uleiul de masline.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ceapa rosie se curata si se taie felii, precum cartofii. Se asaza in tava.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se adauga si cartofii prefierti si bine scursi. Eu aici am adaugat si o lingura de miere, puteti sa sariti peste, daca nu va place gustul usor dulceag in mancare.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se presara usturoiul tocat grosier, sarea, piperul si otetul balsamic. Se amesteca totul cu grija.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ceapa se curata si se taie julienne. Intr-o tava unsa cu ulei de masline se asaza un strat uniform de ceapa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pulpele de pui se spala si se taie cubulete. Se sareaza si se pipereaza si se pun in tava peste ceapa. Se presara totul cu busuioc.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Aripioare lipicioase</title>

&lt;p&gt;- 1 tavita aripioare (aproximativ 1,5 kg)&lt;br /&gt;- 300 grame sos dulce-acrisor (eu am luat de la Uncle Bens)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingurita sos de chilli&lt;br /&gt;- ½ capatana usturoi&lt;br /&gt;- 500 ml bere blonda&lt;br /&gt;- sare&lt;br /&gt;- piper&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Aripioarele se curata de varfuri si se parlesc pe unde e nevoie.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se pun intr-un castron mare impreuna cu restul de ingrediente si se amesteca bine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se acopera cu folie de plastic si se dau la frigider peste noapte.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Intr-un wok incapator se incinge uleiul de masline. Se pun aripioarele in wok cu tot cu marinata. Se acopera cu capac si se lasa sa fiarba 10 minute.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se indeparteaza capacul si se lasa la fiert pana scade marinata si devine lipicioasa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se adauga rosiile din conserva si 3 litri de apa. Se lasa sa fiarba circa 2 ore sau pana cand nautul este gata, completand cu apa calda daca este necesar.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dupa ce nautul a fiert se paseaza totul cu ajutorul unui blender (puteti pastra si cateva boabe intregi, daca vreti sa aiba o alta consistenta) si se pune inapoi in oala la fiert.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se adauga zeama de la lamaie si restul de condimente pana la obtinerea gustului dorit.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Supa crema de brocoli si dovlecei</title>

&lt;p&gt;- 3 dovlecei medii&lt;br /&gt;- 500 grame brocoli&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cepe&lt;br /&gt;- 2 ardei verzi&lt;br /&gt;- 3 catei usturoi&lt;br /&gt;- 300 ml smantana&lt;br /&gt;- 50 ml ulei masline&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Brocoli se desface in buchetele. Dovleceii se curata si se taie cuburi. Se pun impreuna la fiert in 2,5 litri de apa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ceapa, usturoiul si ardeii verzi se toaca marunt si se calesc 4-5 minute in ulei de masline.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se pune amestecul de ceapa si ardei in oala cu dovlecei si brocoli cand clocoteste apa. Se lasa sa fiarba impreuna pana cand toate legumele sunt gata.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cand sunt fierte se paseaza cu ajutorul unui blender de mana.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se pun inapoi in oala pe foc mic. Se adauga smantana si se potriveste supa de sare.&lt;/p&gt;
