Starting all over again

Advanced warning - another song contained within.

Well my sessions at the chiropractors have finished and I'm settling with the store and so all seems to be going well on that front.

My back held up for a run (time 15:28) which was good, although I felt so unfit again. I'm really going to make the effort to go at least three times a week and we'll see if it gets any better.

Not many plans for this week really, Helen's nights Friday and Saturday and so that writes of half the weekend. Everyone say aww.........

Okay well I whitter enough on the podcast so I hope you all enjoy..

Hi all, a more regular podcast especially for Simon.

This is me, on my hands and knees, scvrubbing my bathroom floor awaiting the imminent arrival of my parents.

It's something that we all go through, the parents are on their way and all of a sudden everything needs to shine, that door frame you've never bothered about in your life is suddenly the dirtiest thing you've ever seen, you get the spirit level out to make sure the pictures are all straight, you put the white gloves on for the dust test.....and then your parents turn up, throw their cases on the floor, their coats on the chairs, kick their shoes off and collapse on the sofa.

Tonight we're going out for Mike's 60th birthday party. I'll try not to get into any arguments like John did

Andrea wasn't feeling very well this morning and had a fever, so they've rearranged for later in the year, but it means we havcen't got Mike a birthday present.

But I think I might have Shin Splints which will stop me running for a while, at least til I get my new shoes

The weight : 14st 6lb

I was obviously chuffed. But my shins realy hurt. I need to get some proper shoes and soon.

I'm not sure what's going on with the whole ITunes thing.

The feedburner rss uses the rss from this space. It then formats it correctly for ITunes. I think the problem might be that I appear twice in itunes, how can I change that?
