STORY:

This is a simple and complicated love story of a egoistic hero and his lady love.Balu is a topper in n studies who always comes first and he doesn't want to lose his first rank at any cost.Mahalakshmi is his cousin comes from a village to study in the same college where balu studies.She is poor at studies and balu doesn't give her respect at initial stages.Soon mahalakshmi picks up in studies and dominates balu.This irritates balu and leads to ego clash b/w those two.Even though both are in love ,they never express each other .Wat happens to their love is the rest of the story

ANALYSIS:

The film starts off with excellent title credits that u have never seen before.The first half is good to watch and even second half starts good but loses the tempo as the film progresses and results in aboring climax.

It is very funny yet it is interesting.We have so many effects like Raman effect,Photo electric effect in science and telangana effect in politics but what is this Alankar effect?Yes it is true yaar it is in vijayawada in this year 2010.

STORY:
Set on the backdrop of Australia,the film starts with the flashback of ram(ramcharan) .Ram tells his story to the Australian cop(Prakash raj).Ramcharan is a typical guy lives in Australia likes graphitti(cinema chusevaruku adokatundani kooda teledu .It is a street art painting on public places like walls).He is an honest guy who wants to feel huge amount of love and doesn't believe in everlasting love.He believes that love on anyone remains only for sometime and it couldn't remain lifelong.He never likes to sacrifice and yelling lies to his lover for the sake of her happiness.He loves 9 girls from his childhood and doesn't continue a lifelong relationship with them.Genelia is the 10th girl who lives with her family settled in Australia belives in ever lasting love.Ram likes her in first sight and proposes to her for sometime love.So conflict raises between them .There is a reason why ram behaves like this i.e is He had a love affair with Rooba(one of 9 girls) in India that broke-up for some reasons.What happens next who compromises , who changes their attitude and how they got united is the rest of the story

   Coming to the cast Ramcharan should be appreciated first for chosing a genre of love story .He didn't want to set into a particular image. He excelled in his character as a lover boy.He lost weight to look like a 16 yr guy and did sky diving.Ramcharan 's styling and costumes are excellent.His dances are ok and not fullpledged.He carried his role efficiently but not upto the mark.His diction and action should be improved to reach the heights set by his father.
   Genelia is the big minus for the film..Her avatar is not good and her characterization is not properly etched.The charm in her face is totally lost and the innocence in her face is totally fade out.Her performance is not upto her mark except for last half-an-hour of the film.
   Shazan padamsee is simply gorgeous and brought life into the character.Even though her screen presence is very little,she creates an impact with her beauty and performance.
  Brahmanandam as puppy is ok but routine and could n't able to generate enough smiles. .The other worth mentioning characters are friend of ramcharan (not vennela kishore) and the guy who tells lion joke are excellent.They performed very well . Nagababu got a good role .Prabhu and pavitra are ok.Prakash raj is wasted in a small role Manjula,sanjay,srinivas,kishore and heroine friends are ok
   The music by Harris Jayaraj is the soul for the film and without the music orange is nothing and could turnedout to be a massive disaster.Audio is already a huge hit before the realese and brought craze for the film.Now the music has become the saving grace for the film..Songs are excellent however backgroundscore is not upto the mark.Cinematography is excellent and the locations of Australia were excellently captured.The songs are well picturized.The dialogues are good at few places.Nagababu desreves an applause for spending such a huge amount of moneyfor this simple lovestory without hesitation.

On the whole orange is an average fare that appeal to urban and multiplex crowds.It is too classy and doesn't appeal to mass audience.

Story:
Set on the backdrop of ameerpet,the story starts with varunsandesh who is a software engineer meets his would -be for his second marriage and in the similar way nisha also meets sashank for her second marriage.Both of them starts telling their past to their future life partners.The flashback opens up with varunsandesh who is in search of a job meets nisha who also searches for job after completing their studies at mytrivanam ameerpet.Nisha resides at ladies hostel at ameerpet.she is fascinated to see the lifestyle of the girls in ameerpet ladies hostel.After some clashes both of them become friends and a kind of passionate attraction develops between them .He kisses and proposes her to have premarital sex.After some hesitation she agrees and comes to his room.They combines and varunsadesh makes a love proposal and she feels very happy and they got married.The clashes starts in their married life and how they rectified and finally united is the rest of the story
ANALYSIS:
The film is targetted mainly on the teenagers and youth audience.In that aspect it succeeds in its mission.This film deals with the present day situations in ladies hostel and their lifestyle.The film concentrates on the sensitive issues like how the girls behave in hostel,their love life,premarital sex, relations after the lovers married.This film has enough scenes that may not be acceptable by the family audience,ladies and children.However the youth enjoys them.While the first half is good with some youthful scenes ,The second half drags and climax is the major minus of the film.The audience boringly sits for the completion of the film.
   There are always two ways in presenting a youthful subject to the audience.One way is sekharkammula's style without any vulgarity that could be watched by family audience(like happydays).The second way is presenting as it is the youth behaves(7/g brundavan colony).The director has chosen the second path and presented it in the vulgar manner with some passionate scenes b/w the lead pair that could not be watched and acceptale by the family audience.The dialogue in the second scene is like this heroine friend to heroine"Abbayilandaru ammayilni akkade chustaru"clearly shows the path taken by the director.
   Coming to the cast,varunsandesh is just ok and his diction is improved when compared to his earlier films but he needs a lot of effort to get command on dialogue delivery and action .He just portrayed only one emotioni.e recklessness in youth in this film.Nisha agarwal is beautiful and good.She came up with a neat performance with enough glamour quotient.Vennela kishore is good and got a good role.Nimmishah fits to the role and sunitha gave voice to her which elevates her action.Shashank is just ok.Pragathi,M.S.Narayana and the hostel girls(i don't know their names) are good.
   Music and background score by chakri is a little bit disappointment.the songs doesn't elevate the mood.The "JUICE"song may appeal the hardcore mass audience.camera by bujji is just ok Editing should have been better.The production values are not good ..

on the whole,emaindi ee vela is strictly for teenagers and youth audience that would not appeal to the family audience ,ladies and children.The first half is good with some youthful scenes.The major minus point of the movie is the lack of freshness,screenplay in the second half and climax.Its an average fare.

Story:
.RamaKrishna is a guy who dreams to become a soccer player and his aim is to play for Indian football team.He lives happily with his joint family with Three brothers and a sister named Haritha.Haritha is a naughty girl who always creates problems with her childish behaviour.But kalyanRam always comes to her rescue and saves her either by fighting or by managing.He deals with his opponents in a controlled manner (not always fighting) and always wishes to see his family safe.Sanakhan loves kalyanRam.After several scenes they both fell in love.Krishna Mohan(KICK Syam) is the son of a factionist (Kota) in kurnool .The twist in the story comes when haritha(saranyamohan) got kidnapped.A few days later she is spotted by Ramakrishna with her husband krishnamohan chasing her to kil her with goondas.She saves her and knows the story.Why her husband wants to kil her and how kalyanram settles her marriage life is the rest of the story.
ANALYSIS:
The film basically revolves around Brother and sister sentiment.Story of the film is routine.The story is simple and the screenplay is not gripping.The film like this needs a good screenplay with intersting moments but it lacks that.Kalyan ram who scored a hit with his terrific screenplay subject "ATHANOKKADE" could not able to repeat that magic again.The first is routine with the establishment of characters and family relations.The scenes between kalyanram and his family makes us to feel that they have seen before.The interval point is good.post interval scene that reveals the real plot is good but then the remaining story and climax is routine nothing much to say.
Coming to the cast,it is the one man show by kalyanram.He handles the whole film well as a producer.But his action and dialogue delivery should be improved.H e tried some good dance moments in this film.When you compare him N.T.R and Balayya babu he needs a lot more effort to match with them.Sanakhan is good with her debut performance.But her role has not enough scope and screen space.She has just taken for two songs and few scenes beside hero or for the heroine namesake.Kick shyam is good but his role is confined.Saranya mohan is good with her naughty and innocent behaviour..Kota excells in his every performance and in this to.His role just resembles his character in Simha.Telangana sakuntala,venumadhav,Dharmavarapu,Brahmanandam are just ok and nothing much to say.
Music by manisharma is medicore but his re-recording is excellent.The kathi theme is very good.Cinematography by sarvesh murari is good.Story by vakkantam vamshy is routine. Dialogues sans punch and they are normal.Editing by Goutham raju is nice.Fights and songs picturization are ok.The production values are good.

ON the whole kalyanram Kathi is just O.K and passable movie with routine story.The film mainly suffers due to interesting screenplay even though it has some twists.The movie taking is routine which is the major minus point of the film..It gives the feel of a normal movie.The plus point of the movie it has no vulgarity with neat family content.It might appeal to the family audience but the chances of getting success are less.It may satisfy fans
TAIL PIECE:
Both the KalyanRam and N.T.R. has given a chance to the flop directors Vamsy paidipally(of munna fame)and Mallikarjun( Abhimanyu fame) to do their second film in this year.But N.T.R succeded and the chances for kalyamram to get hit are less.

STORY:

As the title of the movie suggests ,the film is the lovestory of the two workers of a shopping mallnamed Senthil Murugan in chennai.Siva (Mahesh) is a guy who lives in the village and an intermediate passoutwith 96%.He wants to go for higher studies.He hails from a poor family.At that moment of time,his father dies in an accident.He is supposed to go for job in order to maintain his family.He and his friend(Pandi) applies for a job in a shopping mall in chennai and they got selected.They have a very good opinion on their job but the real story is different.All the workers in the mall are harassed by the supervisor(Venkatesh).Supervisor is cruel blooded fellow beats everyone including girls and touching their body in a room in the name of punishment.Meanwhile Rani(Anjali) is also worker in the mall with another kind of heart-rendering story.In the mean time, they fall in love with each other after some clashes.Whether they succeeded in their love and what destiny decide their ending is the rest of the story.

ANALYSIS:

The film is not only a lovestory but it clearly depicts the lifestyle of so many people who sells items in a market street.The Actual meaning of angadi theru(tamil name) is market street but for telugu audience it is named as shopping mall.It is similar to our BESANT ROAD in vijayawda and KOTI in hyderabad.The lives of the people who are working in the mall shown may be out of box but the director has convincingly presented it .The director excellently captivated the lives of the road side and small scale sellers in the street.It is truly heart touching.The director clearly represented the lifestyle of those people.The story is excellent and the screenplay is very good.The narration is not fast paced but it doesn't let you bored.It has enough comedy.It is a realistic point told in a cinematic wayThe director should be appreciated not only for selecting this kind of point but also to his neat presentation.The introduction is good .The climax is good and heart touching and shows the essence of true love.Its a film of human emotions and lifestyle

Coming to the cast,Mahesh is good but not excellent.As a new comer he did his bit required.Anjali is better than mahesh and she is very good.The voice dubbed by herself which is a major drawback.Instead of saying she shouted the dialogues which makes the audience a little bit of inconvenience.Coming to the performance wise the real show stealer was pandi(siva's friend).He performed very well and his body&body language itself provides laughs.The voice dubbed to him is good.Venkatesh (Supervisor)is excellent and he is perfectly apt to that role.Raghu babu has given voice to him ,it perfectly matches to him and u can't see raghubabu on the screen.The remaining crew is good and enacted well.

Music by G.V.Prakash and vijay antony is good.Editing by Trinadh is very worst and at some places u would n't find lip sink .The connection shots are missing due to this poor editing.Production values by suresh kondeti is worst when it comes to editing.He gave the film "Premisthe"with neat quality than this.But his efforts to bring such a nice film like this laudable.Shashank Vennelakanti dialogues are very good and audible.He cleverly managed the nativity difference.

on the whole ,Shopping mall is a good&neat movie with a realistic plot told in a cinematic way.The entire movie goes in the same emotional mood and it is the presentation of the director that scores the points.It is not an excellent movie that deserves standing ovation but it definitely creates an impact after watching the movie. It is not for those who needs fights,slapstickcomedy,songs and entertainment.They might get bored of this.It is for those who needs a realistic concept and hard-hitting presentation..Definitely Its a worth watching movie

After watching the movie,if u ever go through the besant road observe the roadside sellers and the people over there u could identify the real life people that were portrayed on the screen.I don't know why it has subjected to negative reviews by so called critics.

   Coming to the cast Vivek oberoi excelled in ravi's character.tana dialogues telugulone cheppadu(it is laudable).The major show stealer was Abhimanyusingh who played the role of Bukka Reddy.His body language as a cruel &wicked fellow is marvellous.Shatrugn sinha enacted the role of NTR.He made the audience to compare with the Ntr with his antics and brother dialogue.Tanikella bharani,kota,subhaleka sudhakar ,Zareena wahab were adequate.Radhika apte was apt.
   Coming to technical aspects photography is good and doesnt spoil the mood.Editing could have been better.Music by Dharam -sandeep is not upto the mark except for the title song.That song has such an impact that pulls the audience from getting bored.production values were ok.

On the whole ,Rakta charitra lives with the expectations &the hype created.It doesn't disappoint
the telugu audience.On the flip side the narration could have been more intense and the audience might feel bored at most places but as long as you connect with the characters and imagine with the real characters it makes an decent watch for you.its an average fare.

STORY:
  Krish (NTR) is thse son of a millionaire who always enjoys his life.His parents always suppots him.He is inlove with Indu(samantha) and even introduces to his parents and they welcomes her with cheer. The twist comes here when Indu introduces her friend Bhoomi(kajal) to krish.Bhoomi is the daughter of prakashraj who wants to see marriage of bhoomi with his nephew(Ajay) who is a bad guy.But Bhoomi doesn't like this and she wishes to go for higher studies.Her family doesn't support her except her grand father(kota).Indu requests krish to go as a boy friend to bhoomi to her home and made the things setright.prakashraj has a step -brother Srihari who are rivals.Mean while Bhoomi also loves Krish.The rest of the story tells how krish solve the problems of Bhoomi &her family.

   coming to the cast,NTR is as usaual superb.Naaku ntr ee cinemalo kottaga kanapadaledu kani romantic angle lo kottaga chupinchadu vamsy.The base in his voice is excellent.His dances are too good.Anni emotions ni chala superbga chesadu.kani naaku ee cinemalo kante yamadonga lone andanga kanapaddadu.Samantha is godgeousShe dominated kajal in all aspects glamour,performance even though she had a less screen presence than kajal.The major show stealer besides NTR is praksah raj,He is amazing&simply superb.he carried all emotions very well and u can say Ntr and prakashraj are equal.Ahuti prasad &raghubabu are good as lazy fellows and ahutiprasad has a very dialogue with prakash raj in the pre -interval scene.
   Srihari is taken just for his name and his role is confined.Ajay is good.Kota is good and it is always nice to see prakshraj &kota in the same frame.Tanikella bharani ,brahmaji and the lady gang are adequate.Venumadhav is good & brings some laughs.Brahmi as bommarillu father brings some laughs even though his characterization is routine(overaction chesi tannulu tinadam).
   Music by thaman is good to hear when it comes to screen.The major show stealer is cinematography by Chota.k.Naidu.His visuals are outstanding.He made every frame like a painting.Editing is neat.Dialogues by koratala shiva is good at parts.CITY NUNCHI VAChADU,LOVERBOYLA KANIPISTUNNADU ANUKUNNAVEMO LOPALA ORIGINAL ALAGE VUNDI DANNI BYTAKI LAGITE RACHA RACHE AND DOORANNI VYRAM CHESADU are worth mentioning.

FINAL VERDICT:
on the whole Brindavanam is an average fare with routine tale told differently with rich presentation.First half is good establishing the story.But once the story is revealed the remaining is predictable.The overall screenplay is not gripping but it doesn't let you bored with NTR performance &routine comedy .This might connect to the festival audience & fans

STORY:
Dr. Vasi is a scientist and he invents a robo who looks just like him. He names it as Chitti. Dr. Bora (Danny) is one of the key persons in robotics field in India and he disapproves Chitti since it could endanger the human lives. Dr. Vasi’s girlfriend is Sana (Aishwarya Rai). She treats Vasi kindly. In order to make Chitti compliant to the norms set by Bhora, Dr. Vasi infuses feelings and emotions into Chitti. Chitti starts feeling like a human and he instantly falls in love with his creator’s girlfriend.the rest of the story shows the war between dr.vasi&his creation chitti.
ANALYSIS
The major important thing that a director should have is "Visualizing his creations in his mind".I think it perfectly matches to director SHANKAR.The real hero for this film is Shankar.He thinks BIG & executes perfectly.He exactly knows what he want.The Robo establishes the fact once again.He is a perfectionist who has command on all fields.He utilizes the technology very well.He has never faced a failure till now.He has an outstanding imaginative & creative power and grip on technology.HIs film's budget are high and collections too.
   Coming to the story,Robo is not a typical rajnikanth masala film.It is a science fiction film.The introduction scene of rajnikanth shows this fact. He was introduced without hype.Shankar went to the script straight away and established the relation b/w rajni & aish cleverly without showing how they fell in love.After making the robot ,the things done by chitti brings some laughs.But the narration in the first half is average and u wouldn't feel vow.
   The second half picks up momentum and the last 25 minutes of the film is spell bounding.The graphics are simply
superb.The climax scene in which the chitti dematerializes himself by giving message to the humans is heart touching.On the whole the robot doesn't give what you expect but surely it wont disappoint you.
   On the flip side,it wont connect to the hard core masses as it is basically a sci-fi film.It needs knowledge to understand a film like this.To cover this,shankar cleverly coated the commercial elements for masses and graphics to kids.
   Coming to the cast Shankar first went to Sharukh and then to rajni.Shankar chose rajni for his selfish purpose because the market that rajni has.The script like this need a charismatic actor with huge market not the acting capabilites.But rajnikanth has given a wonderful performance as robot and he did a lot of homework for that.Definetely he deserves an applause for his hardwork in this age.
    Aishwarya is not only an actor but an excellent dancer.The grace in her dance is outstanding.she did her justice to the role.Danny denzogpa is excellent .The voice dubbed to him is very good.Music by a.r.rahman is nice and it is picturized well .Two of them were canned at peru,machu pichu.Art work done by sabu cyril needs a special mention here.He is simply amazing.It needs a lot of creativity and homework.Excellent sound affects were given by rasool pokotty.Cinematography by ratna velu is excellent.Stunts are good.Dialogues are filled with humour and message oriented. kalanithi maran who produced this deserves a standing ovation for producing a film like this.He put confidence on shankar and gave what he want.kudos to him.
FINAL VERDICT:
   "ROBOT" is not a spell bounding and Magnum Opus movie when it is compared to its budget. But it is a GOOD MOVIE THAT EVERYONE SHOULD WATCH.It shows the stamina of Indian cinema especially the south indian cinema to the world.SHANKAR opened a different gate in the history of indian cinema.IT IS GOING TO BREAK ALL BOX OFFICE RECORDS OF INDIAN CINEMA.GO FOR IT AND WATCH IT IN YOUR NEAREST CINEMAS.

Story
Komaram Puli (Pawan Kalyan) is born to a lady (Saranya) who were tormented by Al Saleem (Manoj Bajpai). Al Saleem kills Komaram Puli’s father. Puli’s mother makes sure that she brings Puli up as a cop. Puli saves PM of India from an assassination attempt in Thailand. Impressed with Puli, PM of India authorizes him to come up with his own team to solve the problems and bring down the crime rate at a faster pace. In the process Puli stumbles upon a case that leads him to Al Saleem who became a kingmaker in AP by now. The rest of the story is all about how Puli brings Al Saleem to book.

ANALYSIS

SJ Suryah Who has given some blockbusters in his career like VALI,KHUSHI AND some decent hits NEW(NANI) AND ANBE AARUYE as a successful writer &director made his re-entry as a director with KOMARAM PULI.His last movie as a director was ANBE AARUYE in 2005.He is continuing as a hero in Tamil industry.I think he completely lost the grip in film making & he made a trial on PAWANKLAYAN on his direction which went on vain..He is totally out of the form and raises the doubt whether he directed the movie.The screenplay was very bad.He linked one concept to other that is totally distracting from the main theme. The characterization of PAWANKALYAN was very bad .HE MADE HIM AS A POLITICAL LEADER WHO GIVE SPEECHES TO THE CROWDED MOB.BUT PAWANKALYAN EXCELLED IN HIS CHARACTER AND U CAN SAY THE FILM IS A ONE MAN SHOW OF HIM.HIS DEDICATION AND COMMMITMENT IN DELIVERING DIALOGUES IS EXCELLENT.

The film takes on interesting note and eventually lost the grip when pawan starts his speech.U cannot able to sit from then.THE MAJOR MINUS POINT OF THE MOVIE IS THE SCENES BETWEEN HERO&HEROINE.THEIR ONSCREEN CHEMISTRY WAS DISASTROUS TO WATCH AND NIKHISHA IS JUST FOR SKIN SHOW.MANOJ BAJPAYE WAS NOT USED TO HIS FULLEST. ALI'S COMEDY IS A HICCUP TO THE MOVIE RUNNING.MUSIC BY AR RAHMAN IS NICE TO HEAR BUT THEY WERE NOT PICTURIZED WELL.THE SONGS ARE INCLUDED UNNECESSARILY IN THE SCREENPLAY TO INCREASE THE RUN TIME.
CAMERA WORK BY BINODH PRADHAN WAS OK BUT DEFINITELY NOT OF HIS STANDARD.DIALOGUES BY SIPPY IS NOTHING MUCH TO SAY AS HE JUST TRANSLATED THE SJ SURYAH DIALOGUES.
I think casting is not perfect.Saranya is not suited and she overacted in the film.Nasser,charanraj were adequate.

FINAL VERDICT:

Despite of pawankalyan sincere efforts,huge budget,high expectations,obstacles in the film making, the film leaves everyone especially the fans of pawankalyan who had waited for his film 4 three years with tears(including distributors)
