After awhile, the oxygen disappears and the food "dies." That is my understanding and if anyone can explain differently, then I want to learn. We are all products of our education. I also learned that...
Raw Gingerbread Men From Karen Knowler, Raw Food Coach in England http://www.therawfoodcoach.com/products/50_quick_and_easy_recipes.php It all began with a desire to replace my son's "healthy" (organic, no junk) gingerbread men with truly healthy ones just a couple of days ago. As my mind kicked in to try and figure out how this could be possible and with a little search on the web for traditional gingerbread men recipes, Luke and are were soon equipped with all we needed and raring to go to...
I've been 100% raw now for almost 5 months now. But am still having health problems - teeth and periodic bloating (to the extreme). Could really use some encouragement! Have you done your bowel cleanses with enemas and colonics? This gets rid of the old starches that will ferment and cause bloating when the fruit sugars come down and mix with them. With my teaching certificate, and having taught at Loyola in Baltimore to teachers getting their Ph.D.s in Education, that should have been enough, but I felt it wasn't. In Santa Fe, NM, working around a naturopath that I admired greatly, who is...
