RB Compact Buggy Manifolds

RB has designed a new buggy manifold named ‘Compact’, which fits within a range of cars with different side guards and bodies where space becomes a problem. As a result, the manifold and the pipe are moved 5mm backwards. The fins are removed to prevent the accumulation of dirt causing overheating and it is available in both 192mm and 198mm. RB

Fastrax Summer Series Rd2

CML reports - The second round of the CMl sponsored Fastrax Summer Series took place at the Stoke Nitro Racing Club over the weekend. Richard Taylor qualifies first after taking TQ in every round with his Reedy powered Losi 2.0. Mark Redmond had a good last round qualifier to take second on the grid with Ian Hancock in third. At the start of the race Mark got away best avoiding a first corner pile up resulting in a early retirement for Richard. Mark led the fifteen minute final for thirteen happy minutes until the RB C6 powered Stuart Mahon caught him and passed him due to a rare Redmond error. On the very next lap it was Stuart’s turn to upturn his car and Mark went on to win the “A” main by just twenty seconds. Dennis Holding finished a credible third one lap down. Mark was using a Byron powered RB C6 engine as was Stuart with third placed Dennis also on the fuel to have…Byron.
Slough Summer Series Rd2

Neo Buggy reports from the second round of the Slough Summer Series - The 2nd round of the Slough Summer Series started off brightly with practice under blue sky, but didn't last long, as dark clouds moved in and dumped a load of rain, the Remote World crew swiftly returned the track to driveable conditions. Qualifying was based on fastest time, and saw Tommy Chung go quickest in round 1, only for Graham Alsop to pip it by two seconds in round 2. The finals underway, a few raindrops fell, but this didn't dent the racing. The 15 min A Final saw Alsop lead away followed by Chung and C.Drescher. This trio battled, until Alsop opened up a gap, only for Chung to close in and take over the lead.
