Water birth is the process of giving birth in a tub of warm water. Some women choose to labor in the water and get out for delivery. Other women decide to stay in the water for the delivery as well.

The theory behind water birth is that since the baby has already been in the amniotic fluid sac for 9 months, birthing into a similar environment is gentler for the baby and less stressful for the mother.

Midwives, birthing centers and a growing number of obstetricians believe that reducing the stress of labor and delivery will reduce fetal complications. Water birth should always occur under the supervision of a qualified health care provider.

What are the potential benefits of water birth?

Benefits for Mother:

Warm water is soothing, comforting, relaxing.

In the later stages of labor, the water has been shown to increase the woman’s energy.

The effect of buoyancy lessens a mother's body weight, allowing free movement and new positioning.

Buoyancy promotes more efficient uterine contractions and improved blood circulation resulting in better oxygenation of the uterine muscles, less pain for the mother, and more oxygen for the baby.

Immersion in water often helps lower high blood pressure caused by anxiety.

The water seems to reduce stress-related hormones, allowing the mother’s body to produce endorphins which serve as pain-inhibitors.

Water causes the perineum to become more elastic and relaxed, reducing the incidence and severity of tearing and the need for an episiotomy and stitches.

As the laboring women relaxes physically, she is able to relax mentally with greater ability to focus on the birth process.

Since the water provides a greater sense of privacy, it can reduce inhibitions, anxiety, and fears.

What are the risks to the mother and baby?

Over the last 30 years as water birth has grown in popularity, there has been very little research regarding the risks of water birth. Some studies in Europe have shown similar perinatal mortality rates between water births and conventional births.

According to an article written by the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynecologists, there might be a theoretical risk of water embolism, which occurs when water enters the mother’s blood stream.

Though the British Medical Journal is 95% confident in the safety of water births, they see a possible risk of water aspiration. If the baby is experiencing stress in the birth canal or if the umbilical cord becomes kinked or twisted, the baby might gasp for air with the possibility of inhaling water.

This would be a rare occurrence because babies do not normally inhale until they are exposed to air. They continue to receive oxygen through the umbilical cord until they start to breathe on their own or until the cord is cut. The final potential risk is that the umbilical cord could snap as the baby is brought to the surface of the water. This can be prevented by using caution when lifting the baby up to the mother’s chest.

What situations are not ideal for water birth?

If you have Herpes: Herpes transfers easily in water, so you should discuss this risk thoroughly with your health care provider.

If your baby is breech: Though water birth has been done with bottom or feet first presentations you should discuss this risk thoroughly with your health care provider.

If you have been diagnosed with one of the following: excessive bleeding or maternal infection.

If you are having multiples: Though water births have been successful around the world with twin birth, you should discuss this risk thoroughly with your health care provider.

If preterm labor is expected: If a baby is pre-term (two weeks or more prior to due date), water birth is not recommended.

If there is severe meconium: Mild to moderate meconium is fairly normal. Since meconium floats to the surface in a tub, your health care provider will watch for it and remove it immediately, or help you out of the tub. Meconium usually washes off the face of the baby and even comes out of the nose and mouth while the baby is still under water. If the water is stained and birth is imminent, the woman can lift her pelvis out of the water to birth the infant.

If you have toxemia or preeclampsia: You should thoroughly discuss this risk with your health care provider.

I thought hot tubs and whirlpools could be dangerous during pregnancy?

The risk depends on the temperature. If the water is too hot, dehydration and overheating become risks to you and the baby. You should try to stay well hydrated and make sure the temperature of water stays at 97 degrees Fahrenheit. Birthing pools are specifically designed to prevent this problem.

How do I prepare for a water birth:

First check with your health care provider. They may already be equipped for water birth with a special tub, or might know of a location in your area.

If you plan to give birth at a hospital, make sure their policies permit water birth. Increasing numbers of hospitals are welcoming parents who desire water birth.

You can rent a birthing tub for about $350. Check online or in the phone book. Be sure to ask if the cost includes shipping both ways and what extras they offer to make your birth experience more enjoyable. Check with your insurance company to see if they will reimburse the cost of the rental.

Understanding the signs and symptoms of pregnancy is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. You may experience signs or symptoms of pregnancy within a week of conception. However, it is possible you may not experience any symptoms for a few weeks.

Symptoms to watch for early on include a missed period, headaches, tender breasts, nausea and lower backaches. Spotting or Light Bleeding:

Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.

Frequent Urination:

Around 6-8 weeks after conception, you may find yourself making a few extra trips to the bathroom.

If you are pregnant, the skin around your nipples may get darker.

Save before Spending:

The power of positive attitude should not be underestimated. When you develop a positive habit in your life, like saying your morning prayers, doing exercise before going out of your house; it is worth more than a million dollars, believe me. Therefore I recommend that you develop the habit of saving your money first and programme the left over for spending-in a good way though. Don't ever spend all your money and save the left over. Believe me, next time it is either you have spent it all or you went ahead to spend the left over that you saved. Saving money before spending is the fundamental way of acquiring wealth via savings.

Don't ever think that Wealth is measured by how much you Earn:

More than 2,000 years ago, Jesus Christ (The Messiah) warned us about covetousness. "Take heed , and beware of covetousness. For a man's life consists not in the abundance of the things which he possesses. " (Luke 12:15). A lot of people believe that they are poor because they are lowly paid or their parents died without leaving any resources behind for them.

Yes it may be true that you are lowly paid or your parents died leaving nothing for you or your parents are still alive but they can't boast of anything worthwhile; whatever be the case, don't ever let it define you! I assure you that they don't define you, rather they are there to embarrass you. Just say to yourself that you refuse to be defined by your surroundings.

Michael Dell, when I read that he started the Dell company when he was a student with just One thousand dollars, I couldn't believe my eyes. You can agree with me that there are students with him whose parents have great resources and they can afford to give their children more than a thousand dollars for allowances. But what happened? A man life consist not in the abundance of the things he have. Don't ever belittle yourself or think that you can't make it because you are born in a less privileged family. All that counts is for you to believe in yourself and have vision that you will succeed in life.

The Monster Fish: Alligator Gar.

Alligator Gar is a fish that is usually found in the Trinity River Texas. This fish have gotten its reputation from other fishermen and people that they attack human. Could that be true? I was watching a program -monster fish: Alligator Gar on National Geographic Channel. They rather presented a unique and amazing features possessed by a Gar. Hence, I decided to blog about this and share my knowledge to everyone; hoping that I will explain the little I have learnt to the benefits for all.

A Gar looks like an Alligator. It derives its name from the alligator-like appearance of the teeth along with the fish's elongated snout. When you look at them they don't seem friendly. Could this suggest that they attack human just like people lament! This remained a mystery until now.

An Alligator Gar was tagged to study its habitat and the way of behavior and it revealed otherwise. These species are in the very great danger now due to human intrusion and killing; so their is need to find out the truth about this monster fish so that people can learn and stop the brutal killing of a Gar.

Scientist studies the Gar in the Trinity River Texas and found out rather unique features about this fish which probably is not seen in other fishes.

Reproduction

An alligator Gar can lay as much as 100,000 - 300,000 eggs. There is something special about the egg of a gar. It is the toxins they contain. The toxins are used to deter a predator that tries to feed on the egg. This toxin surprisingly does not affect the physical condition of the eggs.

Experiments done with the toxins extracted from the egg of a Gar revealed that it have an immediate effect on the predators that tends to feast on them. A crab injected with the toxins from the egg became paralyzed in a moment. This indeed is a very big plus to the adaptation of the Gar in the sea world full of predators.

Respiration

Fishes breathes with the help of their gills. However a Gar unlike other fishes can breathe air. They actually breathe in the sea with the help of their gills; when they float on the surface of the water they breathes air. It is the only fish which can pass air through it's lungs when it float on top of the sea; isn't that amazing!

Habitat

The fish lives in a swampy area which also aids its reproduction. Nature tends to be a treat to these creatures during the rainy season. Over flooding destroys their habitat and their is no doubt it affects their population.

Scientists are really working hard for the survival of this species of fish; this for sure will increase the population and the survival of the Gar for the next generation.

According to tradition, the church marks the place where Christ is supposed to have been buried and to have risen from the dead.

However, this revered site has also been the stage for many violent confrontation.

Monks and priests from six different Christian denominations have attacked one another over issues of church-usage rights. The rivalry has intensified in recent years.

Riot police armed with assault rifles have had to intervene and take temporary control of the church.

A History of Violence

The event at the church of the holy sepulchre are part of long history of blood-shed and carnage linked to religious favor.

In a review of recent conflicts in different part of the world, the book of violence in Gods Name says: “From Indonesia to Northern Ireland, the middle East to Kashmir, India to Nigeria, the Balkans to Sri Lanka, Christian, Buddhists, Jews, Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs justify the use of violence on the grounds that they are protecting their religious identity and interests.”

Yet, most religious embrace peace and harmony as central tenets.

Through the ages, altruistic principles such as love of neighbor and the sanctity of human life have been ardently promoted by religion, then, exercise its formidable powers on behalf of peace? Sincere worshippers do well to examine this question.

The fastest animal on four legs is the great cat cheetah! It is for sure the fastest animal on four legs on this planet earth. Perhaps, it wouldn't be silly if you wonder what could enhance such speed!

This animal tends to have rather unique features that could cause such a great speed you wondered. If you have asked such great questions, know that you are not alone.

Small Head.

Though cheetahs are designed for the perfect hunt; they are not designed for the perfect kill. They are the best hunter in Africa and exhaust a lot of energy during their hunt. When cheetah kills a prey, they have only fought half the battle. Other predators like leopard, lion, hyena, tigers are there looking for possible means to snatch away her meal.

The great runner will try to find a way to get the food to her cubs undetected. But even when the food gets to her cub that is no guarantee. Scavengers like vultures can pose a threat and snatch away the food from her. This is how life in the wild has kept these amazing cats.

Life in the wild is not going to be easy for her cubs, so they need to acquire their mother's skill and acquire it fast. Nevertheless these little creatures have a great weapon which is inherited from their mother, a pure unadulterated speed!

A teacher named Flemings, stood before his class with some items on the table in front of him. When the class began, silently he picked up a very large and empty white jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, about 2 inches in diameter.

He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

He then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks.

He then questioned his students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The teacher picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else in the white jar.

Mr. Flemings then asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a giggle. “Yes.”

“Now,” said the teacher, “I want you to recognize that this jar symbolizes your life.

The rocks are the important things – your family, your career, your education, your dream, your wife, your partner, your health, your children – things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebble symbolizes other things that matter to you – like your job, your house, your car.

The sand represents everything else in your life. The small stuff.”

The teacher then explained:

“If you put the sand into the jar first, there will be no room for the pebbles or the rocks. The same goes for your life.”

If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take your partner out dancing. There will always be time to go to work, clean the house, give a dinner party and fix the disposal.

Take care of the rocks first – the things that really matter. Set your priorities; the rest is just sand.”

The crowd last night was so thick that there was virtually no place to sit or stand on the Kenema airfield. Before the Evangelist could even start preaching, he had to pause and instruct the ushers to allow the impenetrable crowd pressing in from the sides of the stage to come and sit right in front of the stage.

Last night, crowds of people at the crusade grounds couldn't hide their joy as one Muslim after another came forward to testify about the healing power of Jesus. To borrow the words of one Alhaji who was healed of a 30 year old ulcer, he said "Now I believe that Jesus is alive"!

Another one who was healed of deafness in his right ear due to a migraine he has had for a long time also said "I am a Muslim but now I believe Jesus is Lord".

The Evangelist Dag Heward - Mills preached on "IN MY FATHER'S HOUSE THERE ARE MANY MANSIONS" from John 14:1-3. He said Jesus for 2000 years now has been preparing a place nicer than Sierra Leone.

There are many mansions enough for everybody. The evangelist asked everyone gathered the question - Where will you be when you die? He said Don't blame Jesus when you go to hell.

If you want to go Heaven follow somebody who has been there.
Jesus is the way to Heaven because He shed His blood - Hebrews 9:22
The only thing that washes sin is blood. You cannot enter Heaven with your sins. "How many want their sins washed by the blood of Jesus?", he asked. Almost the entire 100,000 member congregation gathered lifted up their hands and prayed the sinner's prayer.

The city of Kenema is being washed by the blood of Jesus! Hallelujah!
Other miracles among the many last night include Restoration of menstrual flow for a lady who had not had her period for Nine months! The blood started flowing right after the prayer by the evangelist! Somebody had to give her a sanitary pad to absorb the uterine flow.

A 13 year old girl who had also been limping for some years now straightened up after the prayer.

An old man suffering from Gradual Loss of vision, most probably due to a cataract, Placed his hands on his eyes and then could see clearly! He has been to the hospital several times but doctors had found no cure.

A 5 year old girl who was also slated for a surgery because she was suffering from femoral hernia had the power of God touching her and the swelling disappeared!

For 17 years Doctors had no answer for a young lady who had been
dumb since birth but the power of God touched her and for the first time mentioned the names of her siblings and mother and of course mentioned the name of Jesus!

A young lady who couldn't lift her leg because suffering from Elephantiasis also was able to lift her leg and made some movements.

There was great joy at the wonderful miracles and testimonies. Jesus is alive in Kenema city!

A Word of Inspiration: Don't Give up even in Hardest Times

A lady was driving along with her father. They came upon a storm, and the young lady asked her father, "What should I do?" He answered "keep driving".

Many cars began to pull over to the side, because the storm was getting worse. "What should I do?" The young lady asked again. "Keep driving," her father replied. When she moved a few meters, she noticed that eighteen wheelers were also pulling over.

She told her dad, "I must pull over, I can barely see ahead. It is terrible, and everyone is pulling over!" Her father told her, "Don't give up, just keep driving!"

Now the storm was terrible, but she never stopped driving, and soon she could see a little more clearly. After a couple of miles she was again on dry land, and the sun came out. Her father said, "Now you can pull over and get out."

She said, "But why now?" His father answered "When you get out, look back at all the people that gave up, they are still in the storm. Because you never gave up your storm is now over.

This is a testimony for anyone who is going through "hard times". Just because everyone else, even the strongest, gives up. You don't have to... If you keep going, soon your storm will be over and the sun will shine upon your face again.

If you want to sell only one of such stocks, it may not be attractive to brokers because the commission may not cover transportation fare to registrars for verification or cost of stationery. Why not invest as a Class A stock broker for easier acceptability when you want to sell it!

Well endowed with natural resources, Ghana has twice the per capita output of the poorer countries in West Africa. Even so, Ghana remains heavily dependent on international financial and technical assistance.

Gold, timber, and cocoa production are major sources of foreign exchange. The domestic economy continues to revolve around subsistence agriculture, which accounts for 36% of GDP and employs 60% of the work force, mainly small landholders.

Land And Natural Resources
Ghana is a lowland country, except for a range of hills on the eastern border. The sandy coastline is backed by a coastal plain that is crossed by several rivers and streams, generally navigable only by canoe.

In the west the terrain is broken by heavily forested hills and many streams and rivers. To the north lies an undulating savanna country that is drained by the Black and White Volta rivers, which join to form the Volta, which then flows south to the sea through a narrow gap in the hills.

Plants and Animal

Much of the natural vegetation of Ghana has been destroyed by land clearing for agriculture, but such trees as the giant silk cotton, African mahogany, and cedar are still prevalent in the tropical forest zone of the south.

The northern two-thirds of the country is covered by savanna-a grassland with scattered trees. Animal life has also been depleted, especially in the south, but it remains relatively diverse and includes leopard, hyena, buffalo, elephant, wild dog, antelope, and monkey. Many species of reptiles are found, including the cobra, python, puff adder, and horned adder.

Plant and Animal Life

Southern Ghana contains evergreen and semi deciduous forests, consisting of tall silk cottons, kolas, and valuable West African hardwoods such as mahogany, odum, and ebony.

The northern two-thirds of the country is covered by savanna (a tropical grassland with a scattering of shrubs and trees), featuring Shea trees, acacias, and baobabs. The oil palm is found throughout the south and the Ashanti uplands, and the lagoons of the coast contain mangroves.

Once plentiful throughout the savanna, large mammals such as elephants and lions are now rare and largely confined to nature reserves. The forest regions are habitats for monkeys, snakes, and antelopes, and some of the major rivers contain crocodiles. There are more than 725 bird species in Ghana.
Environmental Issues

In the late 19th century, hardwood forests covered the southern half of Ghana. Considerable portions of these once-extensive forests have been destroyed, and today about 39.7 percent (1995) of the country is forested. Not all of these forests are commercially viable, however. About 1.3 percent (1990-1996) of the remaining forest is lost every year.

Ghana is the third largest producer of cacao in the world. Large tracts of forest have been cleared for cacao crops, which thrive in the rich soil of the rain forest. In times of depressed cacao prices, Ghana has significantly increased exports of timber to generate needed revenue.

In 1988 Ghana initiated a conservation plan called the Forest Resource Management Project. In 1989 Ghana restricted the export of 18 tree species, and in 1994 the country banned the export of raw logs. About 4.8 percent (1997) of the country?s land is officially protected, but illegal logging threatens Ghana?s remaining forests.

Deforestation, overgrazing, and periodic drought have led to desertification and soil erosion. Ghana?s wildlife populations, depleted by habitat loss, are further threatened by poaching.

Ghana has ratified international agreements protecting biodiversity, endangered species, tropical forests, wetlands, and the ozone layer.
Rivers and Lakes

The country's main river is the Volta, which is formed in the center of the country by the confluence of the Black Volta and the White Volta. The Volta enters the Gulf of Guinea at Ada in southeastern Ghana.

Beginning in 1961 the construction of the Akosombo Dam on the Volta formed Lake Volta. The lake covers an area of 8,482 sq km (3,275 sq mi), making it one of the world?s largest artificial lakes. The two major tributaries of the Volta are the Oti and Afram rivers.

Together, the rivers drain the Volta Basin. Ghana?s other significant river systems are the Densu, Birim, Pra, and Ankobra. All empty into the Gulf of Guinea. Ghana?s rivers are navigable only by small crafts, with the exception of the Volta. Located in the Ashanti uplands, Lake Bosumtwi is Ghana?s only natural lake.

The Meaning of the Flag
I decided on the three colors of red, gold & green because of the geography of Ghana. Ghana lies in the tropics and blessed with rich vegetation. The color Gold was influenced by the mineral rich nature of our lands and Red commemorates those who died or worked for the country's independence. Then the five pointed lone star which is the symbol of African emancipation and unity in the struggle against colonialism.

The Ghana Coat of Arms is found on all government official letter heads. It symbolizes government official sanction and it has found an important Government places like the Castle, the Courts and government offices. The Coat of arms was designed by Mr. Amon Kotei, a Ghanaian.

The Ghana Coat of Arms is composed of a shield, divided into four quarters by a green St. George's Cross, rimmed with gold. The following are the symbols in the quarters and their meanings.

1. Crossed linguist staff and ceremonial sword on a blue background Position: Top left-hand quarter. Represents local administration

2. A heraldic castle on a heraldic Sean with a light blue background

Position: Top right-hand quarter. Represents National Government 3. A Cocoa Tree Position: Bottom left hand quarter. Represents the Agricultural wealth of the country 4. A Mine Shaft

Position: Bottom right hand quarter. Represents the mineral wealth of the country 5. A Gold Lion

Position: In the center of the green St. George's Cross. Represents the continued link between Ghana and the Commonwealth

6. Black five pointed star rimmed with gold standing on the wreath of red, gold and green colours

Position: Surmounting (On top of) the shield. Represents the lone star of African Freedom

7. Two Eagles, around each of whose neck hangs a black star suspended from a ribbon of Ghana colours - red, gold and green

Position: Supporting the shield (Coat of Arms). Signifies a protector with strength, very clear and attentive eyes keeping watch over the country

8. The motto FREEDOM AND JUSTICE is found under the shield.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was established in Government Business, as the first Foreign Minister. The concepts of free, proud, confident Africa was to dominate the foreign policy of Ghana since 1957.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the sector body responsible for the conduct of Ghana's external relations as spelt out in Article 40,41,73 and 84 of the 1992 Fourth Republican Constitution.

Mission Statement and Functions
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is mandated to promote and protect the interest of Ghana and its citizens abroad and safeguard Ghana's Security and prosperity through the promotion of friendly and productive relations with all countries to enhance Ghana's image abroad.

Promoting economic cooperation between Ghana and other Countries through increased Ghana exports, foreign investments, expanding tourism expansion and seeking scientific, technology and cultural links.
Provision of economic, political and security information and advice to government.

Provision of prompt and reliable information to Ghanaian nationals abroad to encourage them to participate in Ghana's economic development.

Playing a positive and creative role as a member of the UN, NAM, the Commonwealth and of the international organization to which Ghana belongs.
Realization of the African Union and integration of member states of ECOWAS.

Upholding of the rule of law in the international affairs and seeking the establishment of just and equitable international order.
Assisting diplomatic missions international organizations and foreign non-state actors in the discharge of their duties in Ghana and others.

Objectives
To advise Government on the formulation of policies on international development likely to affect the enhancement of Ghana's Security and to implement Ghana's foreign policy objectives;
To play and active role as a member of the UN, AU, ECOWAS, NAM, ACP, the Commonwealth and other international organizations of which Ghana is a member;
To promote healthy, political and economic relations with all countries
To provide efficient consular services within and outside Ghana
To upgrade the ministry's human and institutional capacity for the efficient executive of Ghana's foreign policy objectives and others.

Things that are not the Same as Being Born Again: Are you Really Saved?

Jesus told the teacher of the law called Nicodemus that one need to be born again in order to enter into the kingdom of heaven (John 3:1).

This is the reason why we all need to receive Christ as our lord and our saviour; for us to enter into the kingdom. However, this issue of being born again cannot be taken for granted.

You need to receive your own salvation through Christ Jesus so that you can be able to have a passport to heaven. So what are the things that are not the same as being born again?

Right inside you, do you think you are saved? Have you ever used your mouth to confess your sin and say "Christ Jesus I receive you as my lord and personal saviour?" Let's look at the things that are not the same as being born:

Being a Moralist.

It is quite commendable that some people have good morals and behaviour. They don't insult or abuse anybody in any form. But to be sincere with you, being a moralist does not signify that you are a born again.

Being born in a Christian family: When you are born into a Christian family, it does not necessary mean that you are a born again in Christ. Being a pastor's son or daughter is the requirement for you to be classified as a born again Christian.

Being in Church always.

When you are always punctually in church, it does not in any way signify that you are a born again Christian. You can be in the church and dance and shout more than any other person but if you don't receive Christ Jesus as your lord and saviour to be more precise, you are not a haven candidate.

Using Christian Jargon: for the fact that you use a lot of Christian jargons does not mean that you are a born again Christian in Christ. Shouting Hallelujah, Hosanna, Amen, Bless in you and many other jargons can qualify you as a spiritual person in the eye of men but never in the eye of God. You need to be born again (i.e. receive Christ into your life).

Being Principled.

Everybody in this life is principled to start with. You may not realize it, but the moment you say you don't do it though many others do it, it becomes your principle. When you conclude to yourself that you will take what is not yours or you will not have sex before marriage; you are being principled. Your principles do not mean you are a born again period!

Obeying a set of rules and being popular.

Some people are very good when it comes to obeying simple instruction though sometimes I don't. You can as well be popular in your community but that does not mean that you are a born again. Being born again is far much greater than being recognized by people. You may be very famous without Christ and when you die, only but one place is waiting for you which is hell!

Being baptized with water.
Baptism with water though is one of the requirements but not all. Baptism is done to fulfill all righteousness but the main thing that shows that you are a born again is for you to use your mouth to confess your sins unto salvation. Say the prayer the man of God ordered you to pray and yep! You are received into the kingdom.

Being a pastor's friend.
You can be a pastor's friend or a bishop friend and yet not a born again Christian. Those who are near to pastors and ministers are easily fooled by their own thinking that they are already perfect by having prominent men of God as friends; that is no guarantee. If you are one of such people, it will be better if you tell them to give you a lecture about salvation.

Being confirmed.

Being confirmed or receiving any circumcision of any sort does not qualify you as a born again Christian in Christ! You need to add much to it and that is by receiving Christ as your lord and personal saviour.
Christ Jesus is the author and the finisher of our faith, the surest way to believe that you are a born again is for you to say this prayer sincerely to yourself. It is not a prayer for born again Christians, but if you are not sure where you stand I advice you to say this prayer loud to yourself.

Salvation Prayer:
Christ Jesus I know that I am a sinner.
Thank you for dying for my sins on the cross.
I am really grateful for what you have done for me.
Today, I receive you as my lord and my saviour.
Let your Holy Spirit come into my life.
Amen.

Brethren, you are now a born again Christian! Look for a good church and attached yourself to them. Please remained devoted and committed to the work of lord and Christ Jesus on saviour in his infinite mercy and glory will see you through. Amen.
