After worldwide criticism by cricket fans and pundits, the Cricket Australia(CA) finally announced the verdict. CA CEO James Sutherland who arrived in South Africa, finally announced about the sanctions.
Steve Smith, the Australian captain who was the mastermind behind the ball tampering has been slapped with a one year ban. His deputy David Warner has been also handed with one year ban. On the other Cameron Bancroft who carried out the plan of tampering the ball has been banned for Nine month. Cricket Australia was under tremendous pressure to put heavy sanction on the guilty players after non-stop backlash from the cricket world.

To rub salt on the wounds, both Steve Smith and David Warner have been banned from playing in the cash rich tournament IPL by the Board of Control for Cricket in India(BCCI).
Cameron Bancroft and Steve Smith were accused of tampering the condition of the ball during the 3rd Test Match against South Africa. Bancroft was caught by the cameraman. After this they both confessed during press conference with the reporters that they tried to alter the condition of the ball for personal gain. This type of practice have been banned by the International Cricket Council(ICC).
Also the three players have been asked to fly back to Australia from the test series. It is the highest suspension for any Australian Cricketer since Shane Warne who was banned for a year in 2003 after being found positive during drug test.

PNB fraud worth Rs 11400 crore and it highlights.

The whole nation is watching as another gigantic fraud has hit. This time the fraud has hit the banking sector. This time it is the new Vijay Mallya of India. Well the whole nation has now known the name of Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi. They have been accused of causing frauds to the bank. They did it cleverly. It is possible that they got hint that a FIR could be lodged against them and thus before that they left the country. So let's discuss in short what actually happened-
1.On 29th of January, a Punjab National Bank official from Mumbai branch filed a criminal complaint with Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) against 3 companies and four people including Nirav Modi and his uncle Mehul Choksi.

2.The case was registered saying that they had defrauded the bank and caused a loss of Rs 280 crore.
3.The fraud was caused with the help of 2 staff of the Mumbai PNB branch. They helped him in getting "Letter of Undertaking"(LOU).
4.So now the LOUs were used to obtain short-term credit from overseas branch of the other Indian Banks.
5.Then the PNB sends via SWIFT- banking message service that PNB gurantees the amount. But they did not take any collateral.
6.Nirav Modi used a technique which is known as the Ponzi Scheme. Basically it is a fraudulent scheme in which a new LOU is taken to pay the amount for the first LOU. But he did not pay any of the amount of LOU.
7.The LOUs were rolled over since 2011. But now the new official declined any new LOU saying that there was unauthorised transaction.
8.So after the FIR was lodged, various raids were conducted and property and jewelry worth Rs 5760 crore has been seized.
9.Till now three person have been arrested.
10.Though it is expected that other then the PNB, the State Bank of India and the UCO bank may take a hit from this. Also the shares have declined.
11.Earlier Nirav Modi and his family had left the nation in the first week of January 2018. Nirav Modi was born in Belgium and is a diamond tycoon.
12.Nirav Modi has his stores in over 16 nations. But the big point is that he had changed his nationality to Non Resident India(NRI).

We had already posted about basic rules of gym so first go and read them. So now let's first begin with some new points.

1.There are two type of people in the gym. One who want to gain
weight while the other who want to lose some weight. Ignore the rest. They are just crap.

2.Now firstly identify in which category do you fall. Do you want to lose weight or do you want to gain weight. On an average the weight of your body must be around 12 kg per foot of your height. So check yours.
3.Once decide get set. Remember nutrition is important both during gaining or losing weight.
4.So let's first talk about gaining weight. For this you will have to firstly identify your eating habits. Workout won't help you much until you eat properly. Once you have identified then make a plan of the food items you need to add and the items you need to remove.
5.Once you have decided you need to add the following things to your program for nutrition for weight gain-
a) Start your day with drinking water empty stomach. A glass is enough.
b) You can have whole wheat bread with peanut butter and banana shake for breakfast.
c) During lunch you can have normal food. You can add meat for non- veg or else add paneer/tofu and curd for veg. Also have salad.
d) Before workout have banana shake/ potato/ sweet potato about one hour earlier along with whole wheat bread with peanut butter. You can take a spoon of coffee with little hot water before workout. Don't add sugar. Basically its black coffee.
e) After workout stuff yourself with 5 egg whites/ one scoop of whey protein in water along with 2 bananas.
f) Late night you can have dinner with little paneer/toned low fat milk.
6.For losing weight you need to add protein content. You must eat complex carbohydrates like brown rice, brown bread. You need to drink water lot. You can try a shake of spinach with little grapes and water before workout.
7.For weight gain you need to lift heavy and take rest for 45-60 second between each rep.
8.For weight loss you need to focus more on cardio exercise. Also don't take break more then 30 seconds. Always drinks one cup of black coffee.
9.For both categories you need to add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashews.
10.Remember consistency is key. Don't give up any program before trying it out for at-least 4-6 weeks.

Ways To Take Care Of Your Skin

Well everyone wants fair, glowing skin. Especially the charm on face depicts one's confidence. While a dull face shows lack of confidence while a face with glowing charm depicts that one is fresh and totally energetic. While there are many ways to keep the skin fresh, here we are sharing with you a few tips:

There are two ways of taking care of skin. First is internally and second one is externally. So let's talk about externally at first:
1.You should wash your face twice daily with water. Don't use too cold or too hot water as it may damage the skin.
2.Use a facewash while clearing the face. For this at first you need to identify your skin type. Then accordingly choose a facewash.
3.Always apply moisturizer on your skin.
4.But before applying any kind of moisturizer on the skin, make sure that you dry your skin(but not totally dry). For this you can dab your skin with a dry towel but don't rub vigorously.
5.If you are going outside, then make sure to apply the SPF moisturizer. Anything above SPF 15 is good.
6.Always change your bed sheet as well as pillow cover at-least twice a week. As you tend to lose a lot of dead skin cells, this waste can create damage to your skin.
7.Before buying any facewash, lotion, moisturizer or soap, read about it carefully and check whether it is compatible with your skin type or not.
8.If while trying to use a new product, if you see any kind of side effect, then be quick to ditch the product. If the problem worsens, then visit a doctor asap.
9.Do not apply facewash as soon as you wake up in morning. Wait for at-least 20-30 minutes before applying. Let your skin too wake up.
10.Wear clean clothes. Wash them properly.
11.Take a spa at-least once a month.

1.Drink a lot of water. Make sure that you remain hydrated all day.
2.Eat dry fruits like almond, walnuts etc.
