Because new threats appear every day, BitDefender antivirus must be updated periodically. The updates can be of these types:
· Virus signatures: databases of virus prints to be compared with the scanned files. Shown as Virus Definitions Update. These updates require restarting BitDefender. The restart occurs automatically.
· Spam signatures: rules for the heuristic and URL filters increasing the effectiveness of the antispam engine. Shown as AntiSpam Update.
· Product upgrades: new product features, scan techniques and hotfixes. Shown as Product Update. Occasionally, installing these updates requires restarting the computer.

To configure the automatic update do the following:
· Open BitDefender and click Update.
· Click Settings.
· Configure the Update location settings.
BitDefender 9 includes two update locations, allowing one of them to point to a local mirror.
· Configure the Automatic update options.
Select Automatic check for updates to find out when updates are available.
BitDefender checks for updates every 1 hour. Click Verify every hours to modify the number of hours after which a check for updates is performed.
Leave the Confirm update to Silent update unless you desire to be prompted before downloading the updates or before installing them. A similar option is available for the manual update under the Manual update settings.
· Configure the Advanced options.
To prevent prompts asking for reboot, select Wait for reboot, instead of prompting.
· Click Apply to save the settings.
· Click Default to restore the default settings.

Occasional updates can be perfomed at any time, even when the product is set to update automaticaly:
· Open BitDefender and click Update.
Click also Update at the top of the window if the Settings are displayed.
· Click Update now to start the update process.
If the option Prompt before downloading updates was selected in the Settings, and when updates are available, a list of the updates available for download is displayed. Select the product to install and click Details to see the file download details. Select Switch to silent update (don't ask me again) to stop being prompted on manual update. Click OK to download and install the new files or Cancel to postpone the update.

Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne - A strategy game set heavily within a role-playing environment.

Following in the tradition of previous Blizzard expansion sets, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne provides gamers with a vast new chapter in the epic Warcraft saga. In the single-player campaign, players revisit the war-torn world of Azeroth. Several months have passed since Archimonde and the Burning Legion were defeated at the battle of Mount Hyjal, yet a new threat has arisen throughout the land.

The evil Lich King Ner'zhul has been imprisoned inside the Icecrown glacier, deep within the arctic continent of Northrend. Although the former Orc Shaman lacks physical form, his soul lives on, forever seeking a means to escape his icy prison. As the saga continues, it is revealed that both the Night Elf renegade, Illidan, and the traitorous Death Knight, Arthas, find the Icecrown glacier and discover whatever powers it may hold inside.

While it is uncertain as to what is being sought inside the icy tomb, players must traverse uncharted lands and battle treacherous new enemies to uncover the schemes of these nefarious beings, and save all of Azeroth from the forces of darkness.

This is a special update application to install the latest virus databases and various fixes to AntiViral Toolkit Pro for Windows 95/98/NT version 3.0.129 and above.

Use this if you already have AntiViral Toolkit Pro installed.

The antivirus databases currently contain 942397 records.

If your Kaspersky installed application does not contain the protection module against network attacks, feel free to use mirrors 2, 4 and 6 to download 'light' versions of the update signatures.

It is essential to update antivirus databases on a regular basis. If you do not do this, your antivirus program will not detect new malicious programs. This is why we release updates every hour, to ensure that users are protected against the latest malware.

NOTE: After the archives have been downloaded, unpack them to a separate folder on a disc. If you have downloaded several archives, unpack them in the following order: first unpack av-i386-cumul.zip, then - av-i386-weekly.zip and the last - av-i386-daily.zip. Unpacking, click Yes when you are suggested to replace files with the same name.

After the archives have been unpacked, launch automatic update of the anti-virus database. As an update source define folder with the unpacked archives in the anti-virus database update task.
