One of my patients bought the Detox Box to help her husband. She
called me to help her use it for the first time. She said she had
a headache and wanted to try it for herself and see what it might
do for her. A few days later she called again and asked me to
help her program the box with some personal auto codes. While I
was helping her she said that the two sessions that she had over
the week end were just Fabulous. I casually said, "that's good".
Sensing my lack of excitement she then said, "you don't
understand, I have had a constant headache every day for the last
46 years"! She said that when she had her son in 1961 they gave
her an epidural injection and since then she had a constant
headache.

<p><a href="http://www.thedetoxbox.com/" target="_blank"><strong>The Detox Box</strong></a> has become my best friend.  I became involved with the Detox Box through a friend in my Pay It Forward Group called Pitch In.  When I heard how it assisted the body in alleviating parasites I knew this would work hand-in-hand with my cleansing advice.  My first experience was enlightening because although I put the dials to detoxification and felt no signs of detoxing, I did experience renewed energy.  My spirits lifted and I had a general sense of well being and I knew I wanted more.</p>
<p>I have had the pleasure of bringing a Detox Box to my home to use and share at my discretion.  There are two cylinders as you will see in the picture above that are held to distribute the frequencies throughout the body as programed by the instruction book.  There are over 500 programs for every symptom.  I have had amazing results with my back because this is where I have experienced pain since a childhood injury.  I am also treating my liver because it was badly scarred during my illness and needs all the help it can get.  By waking at night between 3-5 a.m. I researched through Chinese Medicine that my lungs also were asking for help although this was not apparent during the day.  So now my lungs are getting recharged as well.</p>
<p>What fun to have a tool to assist my willing body.  The more amazed I am with my results the more confident I am about passing it on to my family, friends and coworkers.  My chiropractor asked me to bring it over to his home yesterday to assist in his detox program and I am taking it to his office tomorrow so his father can observe it as well.   What better feeling it there then to help others on their journey to Vibrant Health?</p>

Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins you need                                  every day, just one cucumber contains Vitamin                                  B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin                                  B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron,                                  Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and                                  Zinc.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">2. Feeling tired in the afternoon,                                  put down the caffeinated soda and pick up a                                  cucumber. Cucumbers are a good source of B                                  Vitamins and Carbohydrates that can provide that                                  quick pick-me-up that can last for                                  hours.</span></p>

<li>Get into nature at least twenty minutes a day and walk. Sun, nature, and oxygen will help elevate your mood.</li>
<li>Make sure your diet is healthy with lean proteins such as fish, turkey, and chicken. Eat a variety of vegetables, minimal fruits, nuts/seeds, and whole grains. Avoid refined sugar treats, alcohol, fast food, white flours, and artificial items such as diet drinks.</li>

<p>Most patients with fibromyalgia say that their muscles feel like they have been pulled or overworked, and sometimes they twitch or cramp. Even the skin may feel badly sunburned. Although the muscles hurt everywhere, they are not the only cause of the pain. Instead, the diffuse, body-wide symptoms are greatly magnified by malfunctions in the way the nervous system processes pain .  Often this pain is enhanced when the body is cold or the mind is stressed.<sup><br />

<p>Regional muscle pain not related to arthritis or the nervous system also occurs in the majority of people with fibromyalgia. Patients describe this as firm knots in the belly of muscles, often causing restricted movement and radiating pain. These muscle nodules are myofascial trigger points and some researchers suspect that these painful areas overlap with the tender points used to diagnose ffibromyalgia but one of the few that I did not experience.</p>
<p>The symptoms of fibromyalgia are unpredictable and most patients are frustrated by their physical limitations and inability to make plans. You may feel as though you have to &#8220;push yourself&#8221; to get things done.  But it is necessary to remember that energy is like money in the bank &#8211; you must save it when you have it or it will be all spent.  Another thing that happens when you spend your energy is your body thinks &#8220;good we can handle the excess toxins now&#8221; so it dumps extra toxins into your system.  Unless you have access to a <a href="http://advancedcleansingsystems.com" target="_blank">detox spa </a> you will be laid up the next day trying to expel what your body has released.  Most usual comment is &#8220;Wow, what happened? <p><strong>Anxiety</strong> has escalated greatly with economic and global strife. More than   ever before people are on stress overload. When stress is not neutralized   sufficiently one becomes overwhelmed and can slip into depression and   anxiety. What brings on stress overload: poor diet, lack of sleep and   exercise, psychological stress (divorce, death, economic hardship, illness),   and environmental toxicity.</p>
<p><strong>Tips on how to conquer anxiety:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Lack   of oxygen can make body feel speedy and anxious. No lazy breathing. Inhale   and exhale from the belly. Chest breathing equates to lazy breathing.</li>
<li>Fear   erupts from a past event or anxiety from fearing a future event.  Stay   in the NOW moment, this is your point of power.</li>
<li>Identify,   accept, and give yourself permission to release fear and anxiety by talking   out loud. This important action step to dispel anxiety works. Trying to   pretend or push away anxious thoughts will only create more resistance and   make them stronger. By acknowledging anxious thoughts right away you have   removed 50% of that fear. Next, give yourself permission to release those   thoughts by telling them &#8220;to go play outside&#8221; or &#8220;that was   then and this is now and I&#8217;m choosing to move forward.&#8221; Next, replace   those anxious thoughts with positive thoughts or take a physical action by   taking a deep breath, a short walk, call a friend, etc.</li>
<li>For   panic attacks &#8211; exhale all air from diaphragm and at the end of the exhale   push the word &#8220;huh&#8221; 3 times forcing panic and your breath   out.  Follow with deep full breath. Repeat until calm. Also rub or press   into socket area below collarbone, next to rotator cuff, an acupressure point   that opens up the lungs to be able to take a full breath.</li>
<li>Cut   out caffeine (coffee, black tea, red bulls, chocolate, even green tea past 4   p.m.). Your sympathetic nervous system is on overload when you are anxious so   you don&#8217;t need to over stimulate it with more caffeine.</li>

These two vitamins are critical   for optimal adrenal function, which plays a large part in managing your   stress levels, increasing energy, and reduce anxiety attacks.</li>
<li>For   chronic anxiety take Adrenal abX and/or Adrena Calm cream (Apex Energetics   800-736-4381 set up a account using P2017). Adrenal abX gives extra support   to your adrenals and endocrine system. Adrena Calm cream helps to restore   your circadian rhythm so that you wind down at night versus wind up.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Motion Sickness</strong> was a constant battle for me as a child.  Being the youngest in a family of six, I was always packed in the back seat and always vomited out the window on any car trip.  My father was certain it was all in my head and on one trip he insisted they make a bed on the floor for me. I didn&#8217;t make it to the window in time.  That was a disaster.  When I got older I was mainly nauseated when reading in a plane or on a boat.  When working on our boat as a real estate agent I found it difficult to use the computer without wearing wrist bands for motion sickness.  These bands are like half a marble with a pressure point on your wrist and are very effective at reducing nausea of any kind.  Other excellent choices are the Nux Vomica as a Homepathic Remedy, Ginger as tea, raw ginger candy or gingerbread cookies to munch before encountering the motion.  In a car, you can try reclining in your seat with a pillow pressed behind your head and neck.  Dramamine causes deep sleep for me.  I once used it for a train ride and could see my brother&#8217;-in-law at the station trying to find me but I couldn&#8217;t wake up enough to get his attention.  I&#8217;ll stick to the natural remedies any day!</p>

<p><strong>Colon Cleansing for Beginners </strong>told you why it is necessary to cleanse and who needs to.  Now let me take a couple of minutes to explain the process.  I explained that you needed two necessary products -  <a href="http://advancedcleansingsystems.com" target="_blank">Fiber Regulators</a> and <a href="http://advancedcleansingsystems.com" target="_blank">Baltone</a>.  Baltone is a bulking fiber that makes your colon muscle work.  The Fiber Regulator assists the Baltone on its way through the colon producing the affects of an aerobic exercise.  When the colon is strong enough to push the Baltone through on its own then the Fiber Regulator can be reduced completely.  Each evening on an empty stomach mix one tablespoon or less of Baltone into a glass of water and drink down with one or two Fiber Regulators.  If your stool is loose or watery cut back on the Fiber Regulators.  If you are not having a number of bowel movements a day then increase the Fiber Regulators.  Do not take more than one tablespoon of Baltone at a time because this will work in reverse and can be constipating.  If you dislike mixing powder then you can use 6 or less caps of Baltone instead.  This can be done morning and evening or just evening.  Try to take both supplements at least a half hour before eating or two hours after eating for your maximum affect.  Check this blog for Colon Cleanse Ingredients if you require more information on these products.  The more bowel movements you have the more toxins are being removed from your body.</p>
