&lt;li&gt;Deixe amornar e sove até esfriar.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Preaqueça o forno em temperatura forte 10 minutos antes de levar para assar.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bata na batedeira os ovos e o açúcar por aproximadamente 5 minutos. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Em seguida desligue a batedeira, incorpore a farinha de trigo peneirada e mexa delicadamente com uma colher.&lt;/li&gt;

 margarina em uma assadeira de aproximadamente 30 centímetros e forre 
com um pedaço de papel manteiga, distribua a massa e leve ao forno médio

 de prato limpo no sentido do comprimento para que não se quebre na hora
 de enrolar com o recheio. &lt;/li&gt;

 todos os utensílios que serão usados para fazer o chantilly no 
congelador, inclusive o creme de leite fresco por cerca de uma hora. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Quanto mais gelados estiverem os utensílios e o creme de leite, melhor será o resultado final.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque
 o creme de leite na batedeira e bata por 2 minutos acrescente o açúcar e
 a chá de essência de baunilha, usar somente 2 gotas, bater por mais 5 
minuto, mas tome cuidado para não bater demais, pois o creme pode 
talhar.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Na massa reservada espalhe uma camada de chantilly, 
passar uma fina camada de geléia de frutas vermelhas, espalhe amora, a 
framboesa, os morangos picados e o mirtilo , enrole com cuidado para não
 quebrar.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque em um plástico filme e leve para geladeira por
 1 hora, depois desse tempo retire o plástico, coloque em uma bandeja e 
polvilhe o açúcar de confeiteiro.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sirva em seguida.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-shIK15Ck4os/T3zomCUmx4I/AAAAAAAACXA/WnJosfm-h-8/s1600/COELHO%2BPASCOA.JPG"&gt;&lt;img alt="" border="0" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5727708566264399746" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-shIK15Ck4os/T3zomCUmx4I/AAAAAAAACXA/WnJosfm-h-8/s320/COELHO%2BPASCOA.JPG" style="cursor: hand; cursor: pointer; float: left; height: 240px; margin: 0 10px 10px 0; width: 320px;" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DESEJO A  TODOS!!!&lt;br /&gt;PÁSCOA MOMENTO DE REFLEXÃO&lt;br /&gt;FELIZ PÁSCOA AMIGAS(OS) QUERIDAS(OS)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bolo de cenoura&lt;br /&gt;(Esse bolo eu fiz na Páscoa ano passado)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 cenouras médias lavadas e passadas no ralo&lt;br /&gt;4 ovos grandes&lt;br /&gt;2 xic.de açucar,&lt;br /&gt;1 xic. de óleo&lt;br /&gt;2 xic.e meia de farinha de trigo.&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de pó royal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de fazer,bater no liquidificador,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;as cenouras,ovos ,óleo e açucar.&lt;br /&gt;Por essa mistura numa tigela grande,&lt;br /&gt;e adicionar a farinha de trigo e o fermento,&lt;br /&gt;e mecher delicadamente.&lt;br /&gt;Por a massa em uma assadeira untada com óleo&lt;br /&gt;e farinha, levar assar ,forno 180 grs por 25m&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cobertura fazer um brigadeiro mole por sobre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fiz um bolo de cenoura,&lt;br /&gt;usei uma forma retangular.&lt;br /&gt;Fiz um brigadeiro mole,para&lt;br /&gt;cobertura,fiz o desenho do coelhinho,&lt;br /&gt;cobri com chocolate granulado,usei&lt;br /&gt;canudinho de refrigerante para o fucinho,&lt;br /&gt;confete para olhinho,nariz,boca,fiz tipo&lt;br /&gt;uma cenoura,e ao redor coloquei confete colorido!&lt;br /&gt;(querendo pode utilizar chocolate granulado branco,&lt;br /&gt;e até mesmo fazer uma massa de bolo de chocolate,&lt;br /&gt;com recheio de brigadeiro e cobrir com chocolate granulado)&lt;br /&gt;(Coloquei ao lado,uma mesa de doces,&lt;br /&gt;com pirulitos,bis,ovinhos de chocolate etc)&lt;br /&gt;Fica aqui a sugestão,&lt;br /&gt;simples e pratica para festa da criançada!&lt;br /&gt;Obrigada pela atenção queridas amigas(os)

 no liquidificador o leite e os ovos. Junte a farinha de trigo 
peneirada, o fermento, o sal e bata novamente. Reserve. Pique os 
tomates, o manjericão e o queijo minas light em cubos. Misture com a 
massa e despeje em uma fôrma untada. Leve para assar em forno médio, 
preaquecido, por cerca de 1 hora. Sirva a torta fria ou quente.

1°- Coloque num liquidificador 400 ml de água, ½ pimentão verde 
cortado grosseiramente (50 g), 1 cebola grande cortada em 4 pedaços (150
 g), 1 pimenta dedo de moça cortada ao meio sem sementes, 4 dentes de 
alho e 1 colher (chá) de sal e bata bem até formar uma mistura 
homogênea.&lt;br /&gt;


2°- Transfira esse caldo para uma panela de pressão e adicione 1 kg 
de pernil desossado, furado com a ponta da faca e cortado em cubos 
largos. Tampe a panela, leve ao fogo médio e após pegar pressão conte 
por 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;


3° - Desligue o fogo e retire a pressão da panela. Com uma 
escumadeira transfira a carne para numa frigideira com um fio de azeite e
 reserve.&lt;br /&gt;


4° - Coe o caldo que sobrou na panela sem pressionar na peneira e descarte os sólidos.&lt;br /&gt;


&lt;h4&gt;
Molho&lt;/h4&gt;
5°- No liquidificador coloque o caldo (já coado), 50 g de queijo 
gouda e 35 g de salame e bata bem até formar uma mistura homogênea.&lt;br /&gt;


6°- Leve a frigideira em fogo médio para dourar a carne, mexendo 
sempre por uns 5 minutos. Adicione o molho de salame (batido acima), 
misture e deixe no fogo até encorpar (+/- 10 minutos). Retire do fogo e 
sirva em seguida.&lt;br /&gt;

Coloque o porco desossado aberto virado com o couro pra cima pra 
assar em forno com temperatura alta  em média por 6 horas.  Depois vire o
 couro pra baixo e monte o recheio.&lt;br /&gt;


Primeiro passe o molho de tomate sobre a carne; depois coloque as 
linguiças, o bacon, ai o tomate, a cebola, o palmito, o milho e as 
azeitonas (guarde algumas pra colocar por cima, como decoração), o 
catupiri e o requeijão, por penúltimo o presunto e cubra com a mussarela
 e salpique o parmesão já ralado.&lt;br /&gt;


Depois de recheiado volte o porco ao forno, e asse por mais 1 hora e meia.&lt;br /&gt;


Dica: depois de pronto, para servir corte com uma tesoura o couro com o recheio.&lt;br /&gt;

Em uma panela de pressão aquecida, doure no óleo a cebola e o alho. 
Junte a carne, a água, a cachaça, o sal e a pimenta. Misture e ponha o 
colorífico. Tampe a panela e leve ao fogo até ferver. Abaixe a chama e 
cozinhe por 30 minutos. Espere sair a pressão e abra a panela. Verifique
 se a carne ficou macia. Caso contrário, deixe no fogo por mais alguns 
minutos. Adicione as minicebolas e cozinhe por cinco minutos, sem 
pressão, ou até ficarem cozidas. Passe para uma travessa e polvilhe o 
cheiro-verde. Sirva com purê de mandioquinha.&lt;br /&gt;

Bata os ovos com a margarina e o açúcar, junte a farinha e o amido de
 milho, intercalando com o suco de laranja, e adicione o fermento.&lt;br /&gt;


Retire da batedeira e misture as maçãs previamente picadas e as 
amêndoas. Despeje a massa em assadeira untada e enfarinhada. Leve ao 
forno pré aquecido a 260°, por 20 minutos. Baixe a temperatura para 180°
 até terminar de assar. Faça o teste do palito antes de retirar do 
forno.&lt;br /&gt;


Com o bolo quente, espalhe por cima o chocolate meio amargo e espere 
que amoleça. Espalhe com uma espátula e salpique granulado de chocolate 
sobre a cobertura. Corte em cubos e retire-os da assadeira.&lt;br /&gt;

Modo de preparo:&lt;/h4&gt;
1 - Em uma panela dissolva o amido de milho no leite e o leite 
condensado e leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo sempre, até engrossar e ferver 
por 2 minutos. Retire do fogo e misture 1 barra de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;


2 – Molhe com água uma fôrma de furo central média ou um pirex 
pequeno e coloque o creme. Cubra com papel-alumínio e leve a geladeira 
por 3 horas.&lt;br /&gt;


&lt;h4&gt;
Calda:&lt;/h4&gt;
1 – Em uma panela coloque o creme de leite e deixe amornar, sem ferver. Retire do fogo e misture a outra barra de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;


2- Desenforme o pudim em um prato grande. Cubra com a calda e salpique o granulado de chocolate e sirva em seguida.&lt;br /&gt;
