I adore Gwyneth Paltrow and her website Goop, and have been lusting after many of the items sold on it. I am trying to learn how to cook, and slowly but surely, I have made a few edible items! One of my favorites without a doubt is Goop's Best Eggplant Parmesan!

It toom about an hour in total to make, and the leftovers might have even been better than the first serving... this is definitely one to try and keep around for rainy days!

I know I shared with you all that my brother and sister-in-law gave me a pair of amazing spinning shoes for my birthday, but I don't think I have shared with you my love for indoor cycling!

I usually have a strong dislike for most cardio based workouts, including running, etc. However, after walking by the group spinning room on numerous occasions, with both fear and jealousy racing through me, I finally got up the courage to try it. Luckily, one of my fantastic coworkers came with me and that make the experience much less terrifying.

I can also say that my most amazing spinning experience was at the Flywheel Sports studio in New York!

I was visiting my brother and my sister-in-law and they took to me to this class, as it is also one of their favorites. And lordy, it was amazing! They provide free shoes, towels and water- the teachers and staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgable, and the music played in the class was out of this world. So I thank them for helping me find my favorite workout!!

I have also have been testing my own sports gear to see what I like best and what works the best for me during a spinning class. Below are my top pics!

Because I never end up doing what I want to do in terms of taking pictures that will look at least mildly decent for the blog. I am going to save you all my pathetic attempt at photography and just show you actual photos of some of my favorite purchases!!

First off, I want to mention what was definitely my favorite store that I discovered, and that would be Out of Hand. Although they don't have all of their merchandise on the website, its definitely more of a store that you have to go in and browse to understand how amazing it is. They have gorgeous, unique items for absolutely fantastic prices. I was shocked when a dress I picked up, that looked easily $600, was only $114 (and it wasn't even on sale!). So if you have never been to Mt. Pleasant's 'Old Village' area- please go. You won't regret it- it is simply beautiful to walk around and look at the old homes, right on the water, and visit this shop!
