½ cup quick-cooking oats&lt;br /&gt;
¼ cup packed light brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;
¼ cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
¼ tsp ground cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;
¼ tsp ground nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;
¾ cup chopped pecans&lt;br /&gt;
½ stick unsalted butter (softened)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;Procedure:&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.&lt;br /&gt;
2. In a mixing bowl combine blueberries, cornstarch, sugar and a pinch of salt together.&lt;br /&gt;
3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown and white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and pecans and toss well.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Add butter and mix well till gets crumbs like texture.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Now take a greased baking dish spread blueberries at the base and top evenly with the prepared crumb mixture. Bake for at least 40 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
6. After that serve the delicious blueberry crisp by cutting into pieces with ice cream.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 lb chicken&lt;br /&gt;
¼ cup vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;
2 medium onions (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
12 oz tomato puree&lt;br /&gt;
2 medium tomatoes (chopped)&lt;br /&gt;
4 cloves garlic (crushed)&lt;br /&gt;
2 carrots (grated)&lt;br /&gt;
Grated rind of one orange&lt;br /&gt;
4 cloves&lt;br /&gt;
4 cardamom&lt;br /&gt;
3 sticks cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
2 lb rice&lt;br /&gt;
¼ cup toasted raisins&lt;br /&gt;
¼ cup toasted sliced almonds&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;Procedure:&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Fry onions in oil till become light brown in color.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Add chicken, tomato puree, chopped tomatoes and garlic and stir for 5-10 mins. over low heat.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Now add three cups hot water, grated carrot, orange rind, spices, salt and pepper to taste, cover and cook over medium heat, for 20 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
4. When chicken cooked completely remove it from gravy and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Add rice into the gravy, cover and cook over low heat for 35 &amp;#8211; 40 mins, or until rice is cooked completely and sauce absorbs in the rice..&lt;br /&gt;
6. To serve the kabsa put rice on a serving platter with chicken pieces on top and sprinkle raisins and almonds on top.&lt;/p&gt;

2 black cardamoms&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;Procedure:&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. To prepare shami kabab follow the recipe given &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;a title="Shami kebab" href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/07/shami-kebab.html"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Now take a piece of bun cut it from center horizontally and toast with few drops of oil.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Then make chutney by blending together coriander, mint, green chilies, cumin and salt and then mix the mixture in yogurt.&lt;br /&gt;
4. After that spread inside each piece of toasted bun with 1 tbsp of prepared chutney.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Place tomato slices on one piece, put fried shami kabab, layer sliced onions and then cover with the top piece of bun.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Now over the hot skillet toast the bun for just a minute from both sides and then serve after cutting into two pieces.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;Procedure:&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. To prepare noodles, dip vermicelli rice noodles into boiling water for 15 mins. Then drain and divide into 8 equal portions.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Now to make rice rolls pliable dip them in cold water for 1 min. max. then remove from water and place them over paper towel.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Now to prepare sauce, saute onion and garlic in oil then add all the remaining ingredients of sauce and cook till boils. Then remove from heat and cool to room temperature.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Now take a piece of rice paper, place a salad lettuce at the bottom corner of the roll just above 1-inch. Then spoon some prepared sauce over the lettuce top with noodles, chives and basil, start rolling reaching to half way line some carrots and cucumber, slightly fold from sides then start rolling again till end corner. Wrap the roll in wax paper or any paper towel to keep it moist.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Now refrigerate for at least 30 mins. to set then cut each roll into diamond shape and serve.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. In a mixing bowl combine ginger garlic, lime juice, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and red pepper. Whisk them together to mix well.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Marinate chicken breast with the prepared marinade and leave for 30 mins. by covering it properly&lt;br /&gt;
3. After that heat grill pan with oil, discard excess marinade from chicken and grill chicken breasts in batches till become golden brown from both sides. It would require approx. 5 mins on each side.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. In a mixing bowl whisk together butter, egg and caster sugar.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Gradually add flour to the mixture and make smooth dough. Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for 30 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
3. After that roll the dough according to the size of your pie dish and then place it over the dish so that it fixes well at the base and sides. Put some baked beans over the pie dish and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees F for 15 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Meanwhile prepare custard, for that heat milk, then add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves completely and mixture starts bubbling.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Then dissolve custard in 1 tbsp of cold milk and add in to the milk mixture, keep stirring so that lumps would not form and cook till the custard gets thick.&lt;br /&gt;
7. After that take out the beans from the pie dish and pour prepared custard over the crust. Cool it to room temperature then arrange fruits at the top in beautiful manner. Chill for at least half an hour then serve.&lt;/p&gt;

4. After that dust marinated chicken wings with the dry mixture and press it tightly so that flour stick well onto the wings and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Heat oil for deep frying, cover and fry the wings till become golden brown from every side and serve immediately with fries.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;Procedure:&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To prepare stuffing combine together cheeses, black pepper, coriander leaves and beaten eggs. Leave ¼ quantity of egg use in the sealing of wontons.&lt;br /&gt;
Now take a wrapper of wonton brush is edges with reserved egg and put a tablespoon full of cheese filling in the center. Seal the wrapper in such a way that a triangle shape would form i.e join any two diagonal sides and seal them tightly.&lt;br /&gt;
Heat oil for deep frying in pan and fry the wontons for 2-3 mins. till become golden brown from both sides.&lt;br /&gt;
Serve hot cheese wontons with tomato ketchup or any other dip.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. In a mixing bowl. combine flour and butter to make soft crumbs like texture.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Now gradually add beaten egg and mix it nicely with the crumbs so that smooth dough would form. Then cover the dough with plastic sheet and leave it for half an hour in fridge.&lt;br /&gt;
3. After that, roll the dough to make slight larger than the area of your tart pan or if you have tart cups then divide dough into small balls and roll each of them enough to cover the whole cup of tart. Cut the extra edges for knife and prick the dough with a fork in the center.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Now bake the dough for 20 mins. at 375 degrees F till become light golden.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Meanwhile prepare lemon curd, for that beat eggs in the mixing bowl so that ypolks and whites mixes well.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Then add lemon juice, sugar and butter in the egg and cook the mixture in saucepan over low heat.&lt;br /&gt;
7. Stir continuously while cooking to avoid making lumps. When the mixture gets thick switch off the flame and pour it onto the baked pastry cups, top with some lemon slices or cherries and served it as it is or after chill.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This recipe of &lt;strong&gt;chicken calzone&lt;/strong&gt; is prepared with the flavor of herbs and cheese along with chicken. Since calzone is another form of pizza you can also add some veggies inside like mushrooms or bell peppers to make it more tasty.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 chicken breast&lt;br /&gt;
1 onion chopped&lt;br /&gt;
1 capsicum chopped&lt;br /&gt;
1 tomato&lt;br /&gt;
½ egg&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup mozzarella cheese&lt;br /&gt;
2 – 3 cloves garlic chopped&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp crushed red pepper&lt;br /&gt;
½ tsp thyme&lt;br /&gt;
½ tsp rosemary&lt;br /&gt;
½ tsp black pepper powder&lt;br /&gt;
3 tbsp olive oil&lt;br /&gt;
Salt to taste&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;For Dough&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;250 gm flour&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp yeast&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp olive oil&lt;br /&gt;
Lukewarm water as required&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;Procedure:&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. To prepare dough mix together flour, yeast, olive oil and knead them well with lukewarm water so that smooth dough would form. Leave the dough by covering it for 10 – 15 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add in chopped vegetables with chicken and seasoning of crushed black pepper, thyme, rosemary, black pepper powder and salt to taste. Sauté all these ingredients for few minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Divide the dough into three balls. Roll each ball to make it little flat of around 3-4 inches.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Put some chicken mixture over the rolled dough, spread grated mozzarella cheese on top.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Brush egg on the sides of the rolled dough and fold it from one side to make in half moon shape. Press the edges with fork to seal the filling. Then brush again with olive oil and beaten egg.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Place them onto the baking dish and bake in preheated oven for about 20 mins. at 400 degrees F.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. In a small bowl combine peanut butter, water, sugar, vinegar, and crushed red pepper and make a uniform batter. If necessary add more water so that consistency of the sauce matches with the pizza sauce.&lt;br /&gt;
2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add chicken and cook until become white in color.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Then add green onion and garlic and cook for 102 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Now add 2 tbsp of peanut butter mixture and cook it over low heat. Stir continuously so that sauce coats well around each chicken strips.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Remove the pan from heat, take a large pizza crust, spread remaining peanut sauce, then make layers of chicken mixture, red pepper strips, and cheese.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Bake the pizza in preheated oven to 15 mins at 475 degrees F. Then remove from oven and sprinkle with cilantro and boiled noodles.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;Procedure:&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. In a blender make a smooth paste of first seven ingredients including garlic, spring onions, lemongrass, onion, green chilies, ginger and coriander.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Heat oil in a saucepan and cook over medium the above paste till all the water of paste gets dry and oil starts to separate from it. Stir continuously while cooking.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Then add ground coriander, nutmeg and salt and mix it well in the gravy.&lt;br /&gt;
4. After that add chicken, mushrooms and lime leaves along with the coconut milk and simmer for about 15 mins. till chicken and mushroom gets tender. Serve with boiled rice and top it with lemon wedges and lime leaves.&lt;/p&gt;

2 cup oil&lt;br /&gt;
2 onions (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup yogurt&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp red chili powder&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp turmeric powder&lt;br /&gt;
¼ tsp nutmeg and mace powder&lt;br /&gt;
Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
6-8 green chilies (chopped)&lt;br /&gt;
2 star anise&lt;br /&gt;
2 cinnamon sticks&lt;br /&gt;
6-8 cloves&lt;br /&gt;
4-5 green cardamoms&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 black cardamoms&lt;br /&gt;
2 bay leaves&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp fennel seeds&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;Procedure:&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add onions and cook till become soft and turn into pink color.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Then add ginger garlic paste and chicken and sauté until chicken become light brown and water gets dry.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Add yogurt with red chili, turmeric and salt. stir well and then add a pouch contains fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms and bay leaves. Simmer till chicken gets tender.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Now add green chillies with 1 cup of water and cook over medium-high till oil starts to separate from the gravy. Then remove pan from heat and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Boil water for rice in another saucepan along with salt, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamom and vinegar, then add rice and cook till rice becomes half done.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Then drain all the excess water from rice and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;
7. Take a deep sauce pan spread half of the rice at the bottom of this pan, make a layer of prepared chicken on it, then spread fried onions, coriander leaves and mint and cover with remaining rice. Dissolve yellow color in 2-3 tbsp of water or milk and pour it into the center of the rice and simmer for at least 15 min till steam packs in the pan.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Just after apples have been diced mix them with lemon juice so that their color would not change.&lt;br /&gt;
2. In a mixing bowl whisk together mayonnaise, salt and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Add in chicken, apples, celery and walnuts and toss well, sprinkle some parsley. Chill for at least 15 mins. before serving.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Procedure:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. If you have whole undercut piece then make it 1-inch thick flattened rectangular piece using sharp knife and cut it horizontally just like book i.e. knife should not reach to the corner.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Marinate steak with  ginger powder, cumin, coriander, red chili and salt for 30 mins. at least.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Now make mixture of butter, cheddar cheese, garlic powder and parsley.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Open the marinated steak onto the counter, spread the cheese mixture over the steak and place hard boiled eggs in the center. Now overlap the two sides of the steak over the eggs to cover them, similarly bring upper and lower steak sides upward and seal using hard toothpick from every sides.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Now heat oil in the shallow pan and cook steak till become brown from both sides. Then cut the steak into slices and take out the toothpick before serving.&lt;/p&gt;

4. Add in mushrooms, red capsicum, green capsicum and orange capsicum along with seasoning of black pepper, salt, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce and boiled eggs. Cook over high heat for 5 mins. just to incorporate the ingredients well.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Now spread the chicken and vegetable mixture over the prepared pie base, spread grated cheese and then cover with the remaining crust mixture.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Place the dish in preheated oven for 15-20 min at 300 degrees F.&lt;/p&gt;
