&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4 carrots&lt;br /&gt;
1 small, ripe mango&lt;br /&gt;
200 g firm tofu&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dressing:&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsps orange juice&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp lime juice&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp clear honey&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp sesame oil&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Method:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Peel and coarsely grate the carrots.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Peel the mango and thinly slice the flesh away from the stone.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Drain the tofu, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into 1cm dice. Toss together with the carrots and mango in a salad bowl.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For the dressing, put all the ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well to mix evenly.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat the salad evenly.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Just before serving, toss the salad lightly and sprinkle with chopped chives. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine brown sugar, chocolate milk, oil and cocoa powder in a small pot. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Turn off the fire and  keep warm.. Meanwhile, beat eggs until light and fluffy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Strain the chocolate mixture into a bowl. Then add the beaten egg and stir until the mixture blended. Next add the sifted flour gradually while stirring until well blended.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lined and greased a 8 or 9 inch baking pan.  Pour the batter into prepared pan and place the pans into the steamer and cover the top of the pan loosely with a piece of aluminum foil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Steam the cake over low heat for about an hour. Mould into balls then flatten them into patties.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat up a pan and pan-fry the patties till both sides turn golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bring Seasonings B to a boil before thickening it with ½ teaspoon of potato starch. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Season well with salt and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and, with lightly floured hands, shape them into flat burger shapes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the burgers and fry gently for 6- 8 minutes until done or as you like.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with the limejuice. Split the burger buns and spread the lime-flavoured mayonnaise on the cut surfaces. Add a few shredded cabbage leaves, top with a burger and sandwich together. Stir in rice, cover pan, and lower heat to a simmer. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes, or until almost all water is absorbed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meanwhile, combine milk and sugar in a medium saucepan. Divide pudding into four ovenproof serving bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat broiler for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, combine yeast and sugar with milk. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pour flour into a large bowl and create a well in center. Pour yeast mixture into well, and add butter and eggs. Stir to combine, and then turn dough out onto a clean floured surface. Use your hands to knead mixture for about 10 minutes, or until a soft dough mixture. Put in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a damp towel. Set aside and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.&lt;br /&gt;3. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Divide dough into golf ball-sized pieces. On a floured cookie sheet, use your hands to flatten each piece into a circle about ø-inch thick.&lt;br /&gt;4. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add meat and cook for 5 minutes more, stirring often. Mix in parsley.&lt;br /&gt;5. Spread a layer of topping about 1/2 -inch thick in the middle of each piece of dough. Along the outside edge of each pizza, fold 1/4 inch of dough toward center to create a border of crust. &lt;br /&gt;6. Leave pizzas in a warm place to rise for another 30 minutes. Use a pastry brush to coat outer crusts with egg yolk (discard egg white). Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;7. When cooked, brush lightly with melted butter and stack in a covered saucepan for 5 minutes before serving. (This step is to soften the pastry. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the lime juice, fish sauce or salt and sugar; stir well. Let the sauce sit for  about 5 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rice noodles; boil them for 2 minutes. Drain well. Rinse the noodles with cold water until they have cooled. Let them drain again. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine the sauce, noodles, carrots, cucumber, mint and Napa cabbage in a large serving bowl. Add oil and garlic. Stir for 1 minute until softened and oil begins to bubble. Add ½ cup pasta water, salt, pepper and chilies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Increase the heat, add cooked pasta to pan and toss. Add remaining ½ cup pasta water. Toss again. During holidays, such as Christmas, people add apples to sweeten this already tasty dish. Red cabbage makes a good accompaniment to a Christmas Day holiday meal of roast goose, potato dumplings, and desserts such as Sacher torte and Christmas cookies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 head red cabbage, finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 small peeled onion, cut into quarters*&lt;br /&gt;4 to 6 whole cloves&lt;br /&gt;1 large green apple, cut into quarters&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar&lt;br /&gt;1 ½ tbsp. sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp. vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;1 ½ tbsp flour&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cooking Methods:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Combine cabbage, onion, cloves, apple, vinegar, æ tbsp. sugar, and oil in a large pot.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pot.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bring to a boil and then simmer until tender for about 1 to 1 ½ hours. Add boiling water if needed during cooking to maintain enough water at the bottom of the pan to keep the food from sticking.&lt;br /&gt;4. Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in fruit, flour, baking soda and breadcrumbs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) Wearing rubber gloves, dip cloth pieces into just boiled water for 1 mm. Wring out, spread on table, sprinkle extra flour over and lightly rub it into each piece. Spoon ¼ cup of pudding mixture into the centre of the cloth. Gather cloth around pudding and tie string tightly. Repeat with remaining pudding mixture and cloths.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) Lower puddings into a large pan of boiling water. Cover pan with lid; boil for 1½ hours, replenishing with hot water as needed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) Use an electric beater to beat butter with icing sugar until creamy. Stir in vanilla essence and milk. Be careful not to overmix.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fill cupcake cups till about ½ full and place onto metal tray.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake on Convection 1 level at 180°C for about 20 mins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Butter Icing:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a mixing bowl, cream butter and icing sugar together until smooth and a spreadable consistency is achieved.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Set aside some plain color icing to spread on the surface of cupcake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add a few drops of green food coloring to the remaining butter icing and stir until color is well mixed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To Decorate:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place the green butter icing into a piping bag with a small star tip/nozzle. If necessary, use a serrated knife to trim top of each cupcake to create a flat surface. Spread the surface of each cupcake with plain butter icing and position an ice-cream cone (upside down) on top.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With the piping bag in one hand, pipe around the cone from bottom to top. Melt in microwave oven for 20 secs. Stir and repeat process till chocolate is melted. &lt;br /&gt;Stir in the cream until combined. Refrigerate for 30 mins, stir at times, till mixture is firm and spreadable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To assemble, spread cake with whipped topping and roll into a log. Diagonally cut into two. Spread icing on each log. Use fork to make log pattern on icing. Repeat layers.&lt;br /&gt;Place the baking dish onto a metal tray and bake at 180°C for 35 mins or until a knife stick inserted near the center comes out clean.&lt;br /&gt;Before serving, sift some snow powder over pudding or brush top with some warmed apricot jam for an attractive glaze. Rub butter into mixture until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add in brown sugar, golden syrup, black treacle, milk and egg. Stir well to combine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Knead lightly until dough is formed. Place dough in between two plastic sheets and roll into ½ cm thickness. Cut out shapes with gingerbread man cookie cutter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place cookie dough onto a metal tray lined with parchment paper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes or until the cookies brown in color. Let cool on a cooling rack.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Royal Icing: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix egg white and icing sugar together bit by bit. (You may not need all the icing sugar). Add in a few drops of food coloring if you are making colored icing. Away from the heat, mix in flour, almonds, cherries, sultanas, mixed peel, sunflower seeds and cream. Grease a sheet of baking paper and place heaped teaspoonful amounts of the mixture onto it ensuring there is enough room for expansion during cooking. Bake till the edges are golden brown in 180 degrees centigrade (gas mark 4, 350 F) for about 7 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Take out of the oven and use a plain large metal biscuit cutter to make rounds by pushing into the biscuits. Bake again until golden brown. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cool for a couple of minutes before removing to a wire rack for complete cooling.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepare melted chocolate by heating in a bowl over water at boiling point. Then take each biscuit and dip it into the chocolate so all the edge is covered. In a skillet, melt margarine and brown chicken, set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sauté onion, bell pepper an mushrooms then add chicken broth. Simmer for 15 minutes then add potatoes, carrots, sweet peas, sausages, grated cheese and milk. Continue cooking for 10 minutes. Salt to taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Transfer to a baking dish. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. On a bowl, combine the flour, salt, cold water and oil. Mix into a ball. On a flat surface, roll flat the pastry and cover the chicken pastel mixture and seal the sides by pressing on the edges.
