I don't have cable and I haven't had it in quite some time. I do sometimes think that something good might be on Discovery, History or Comedy Central but then I rediscovered PBS and all is right with the world. I can watch toddler shows with ALexandra (Dragontales & Clifford are especially fun) then, to my surprise, I'm catching shows about everything from The Ramones, Bob Dylan to Sakajawia or the women of the K2. If you haven't caught PBS in a while or just thought it was boring telethons and bad English sitcoms. I'm here to tell you different, (besides, some of those sitcoms are pretty damn funny) check out the schedule in your area and before you know it, you'll be checking out the "History of the Hotdog" and other twistedly fascinating shows. http://www.pbs.org more recomendations coming soon

Fun website recommended

Short recommended blog today: I'd like to share, if I could, a fun little website called Hollywood Stock exchange. Basically after a very quick sign in, you have access to 1000's of movies in various phases of production and you are given 2 million dollars in play money to invest in these projects. You are able to track what they do all the way through opening. It's great for people that think they are good at predicting what the public will go and see. You can also bet on whether you think the movie is going to tank at the box office (I've made a killing on some of those). There are other catagories to invest in too, like star bonds and studio funds... It's a great site to take a break with at work or just messing around on the computer. http://www.hsx.com more coming soon.
