Their Story: The Cape Cadogan, a National Monument was always an iconic building in Gardens; moving from a domestic dwelling it had been

converted to offices and occupied by a communications company for 25 years when it came on the market in 2003 and was bought be Aine and Brian Clancy. They were committed to ensuring the iconic status and integrity of the

building was maintained. During 2003/2004 they led the conversion of the building into the Cape Cadogan; a concept that would allow guests from across the world the opportunity to live a very different hotel experience. The Cape Cadogan opened its doors to its first guests in February 2004 and has since hosted in excess of 8,000 guests.

Their Wi-Fi system: They decided to go with a controlled system. They allocate their guests and visitors with daily data bundles for FREE. The have access to an unlimited number of vouchers which is delivered monthly via email. Another great feature, considering the Wi-Fi enabled device explosion, unlike other providers our vouchers can be used simultaneously on multiple devices. One more thing, guests can sign up on the login page and have access to the Wi-Fi on any of their devices as a contingency.

What is the benefit of this you ask? Well, you are now able to see what usage you will have left on a voucher!

There are two ways in which a voucher can be used:
1) Through your user account – voucher credits can be redeemed/added to your user account
2) Without a user account – You can surf by logging-in to the internet by simply using the voucher number provided

The challenge is that should you use a voucher as per option 2 above then you might not know what the status of a voucher is once you have finished surfing.

Well this is a problem no more!

Simply enter the voucher number in the specified place on your login page and you will know how many credits are left. Remember you can always still redeem this voucher and add any left over credits to your user account.

We do recommend however that you redeem a voucher by adding it to an existing account as this will enable you to check up and track your usage history.
