with the new basketball season high on our heels, trade talks are spinning around the league. the latest trade talk is lamar odom of the l.a. lakers. failing to do his part last year may have cost the team a championship, and now it may cost him his job. im no die hard laker fan but good riddance.

keepin it relate to 50, the g-unit leader has a new reality show airing on mtv called money & power in where 14 contestants will work together to complete the task at hand, sorta like the apprentice. each week someone will get booted if they fail to learn anything from the challenge. the winner of the show will receive $100,000 and assistance from 50 with their music career.

mtv have recently been showing their love for war heroes in a series of special shows, and they continue to show there support with a concert for the b.r.a.v.e. (bill of rights for american veterans) headlining the event are rappers ludacris and 50 cent. the show will be hosted by sway and air on 24 of this month.

the eight year couple, madonna and guy richie, have had divorce rumors circulating for some time now but the two have made it official. they announced today that their getting a divorce but haven't agreed to the teams as of yet. their joint fortune is estimated at around $525 million. good thing this is not gonna get ugly.

T.I. Still Considers Himself An Underdog

For the first time since Usher did it in 2004, T.I. got knocked out of the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, only to replace himself with a newer single. His new album Paper Trail, which sold more than 560,000 copies, is currently number one on the charts and his newest single, "Live Your Life" featuring Rihanna, supplanted the album's first single, "Whatever You Like."

Even with all this being accomplished T.I. said that he still feels like an underdog. "Nobody has ever given me a win and nobody has ever said, 'T.I., you know he's going to do this thing.' They always (say), 'He's not going to do this much, he's not going to do that good, I don't believe he'll do that well.' So its always been an uphill battle for me no matter how big I get I'm always the underdog."

This past weekend T.I. also performed with MIA in which he said she's "the hottest rap chick in the game right now, period." If you didn't know MIA is the shorty singing on the hook of Swagger Like Us, which includes T.I., Kanye, Jay-Z, and Lil Wayne.

"It wasn't like I said let me get Jay, Wayne and Kanye on the same song," he said. "The song started off with me and Kanye and it was just me and Kanye, and mutual associates of all four of us suggested, 'Hey man, if Jay and Wayne were on here too, it'll be one of the biggest songs in hip-hop history.' So I said, 'You know what, that's a great idea. It's ambitious, but it's a great idea.' So we reached out and they agreed and it's a pleasure to have them involved."

Just because T.I. thinks hes under appreciated don't think his not happy with his current situation or position. "It's a blessing to come from where I was at the beginning of the year all the way to right here," he said. "It's an honor and a privilege to assume such levels of achievement."

The song is pretty hot. Uncle Murder really murdered it, (I think he's one of the few rappers left in New York who could make good songs) and the Jay-Z verse was cool. I must say that I never knew Jay-Z and Fat Joe had beef, I guess back then everyone was beefing with Jay. But now its all water under the bridge, Joe said that he and Jay both want Obama in office and Jay said it was an old record not to be confused with any current situation.

rapper 50 cent has teamed up with author robert greene to co-author part 2 of the 48 laws of power. robert and fifty could only hope that the 50th law will have the same impact as the 48 laws of power had, which is one of the most talked about books and is starting to becoming the business handbook/bible of our time. the book is available now and costs anywhere from $15-$26 dollars.

the national debt clock in new york ran out of digits while counting our steady growing debt. for a temporary fix, the dollar sign has been changed to '1' in $10 trillion.
