Ladies need not worry, females naturally produce less testosterones so you will not look bulky and like a guy if you were to weight lift, unless you were to over do it. (But 90% of women won't)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

This exercise is called 'abs vacuums'.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I find it a really convenient exercise to do, and best of all, it can be done anywhere you wish, without looking like a retard. (Just imagine doing crunches in buses). Just a tip, it is easier for me to remember doing them if I do them everyday at either a specific time or when I am doing a specific action, such as when driving or travelling.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
So how do you perform this &lt;i&gt;great exercise for a flat stomach&lt;/i&gt;?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You imagine that you are trying to let your belly button touch your spine by 'pulling in' your stomach as far as you can. Hold this position for around 20 seconds each time. First, you inhale deeply, then when exhaling, do the above motion while taking small breaths here and there. Repeat this entire motion for several times. Try to make it a habit by performing this for a minimum of 4 days a week.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As previously mentioned, 'abs vacuum' does not increase your fat burning hormones and metabolism, it only serves to flatten a big stomach.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you desire a &lt;u&gt;real&lt;/u&gt;&amp;nbsp;set of&amp;nbsp;'six pack abs', you are still required to burn off the body fat, and you need a full &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;a href="http://tinyurl.com/customizedfatlosskyleleon" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;weight loss program catered to your specific needs&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;, along with the right, positive mindset.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

First of all, though I don't support extremely low carbohydrates as part of a &lt;i&gt;lose weight diet&lt;/i&gt;, I believe one of the main reasons many people find it difficult to lose weight is due to the over-consumption of processed carbohydrates like bread and pasta.(including sodas and candies) Even when your exercise intensity is very high, you will still find it hard to lose weight if you over-consume any of such processed carbohydrates. In addition, over-eating carbohydrates will also increase your overall appetite! And I am sure you know what that means!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Even for carbohydrates which majority of the population believe are 'healthy' are simply extra calories not consisting of any significant nutrients. Many foods, especially breads, claim to be 'whole grain', yet in reality, the main ingredient in it is refined flour, which will actually increase you blood sugar and cause a surge in insulin! Bad bad!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My take is that people who are still finding solutions to '&lt;i&gt;how can I lose weight&lt;/i&gt;' on Google and really desperate to lose weight &lt;u&gt;should&lt;/u&gt; follow the following guidelines. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Try getting most of your daily carbohydrates intake from vegetables, sweet potatoes, fruits(not fruit juices), instead of grains.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Since you are used to taking in large quantities of bread, pasta and rice, fill in the 'void'/'hunger' with extra healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, avocados! Healthy proteins from grass fed meats and organic eggs are fantastic too. These sources of foods help you to control your appetite, maintains healthy hormone and blood sugar levels.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. If you must eat grains, consume the healthiest part of the grain, the germ and the bran. Apply this by eating wheat germ, oat bran and rice bran instead.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Otherwise, reduce the percentage of grains in your diet, and look instead into grass fed dairy, meat, organic egg, and vegetables instead. These are way healthier, and should be your choice if you are really serious about weight loss.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Everybody's body type and composition is different, when losing weight, you should be looking at a &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;a href="http://tinyurl.com/customizedfatlosskyleleon" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;customized weight loss program&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; instead.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

To that, I retorted, "You doofus! That is where &lt;u&gt;all&lt;/u&gt;&amp;nbsp;the nutrients are in eggs!!!"&lt;br /&gt;

And, the above is the perfect example of how ignorant most people are about diets and nutrition. Somehow, many people think that egg yolk is the unhealthiest part of the egg, when in contrary, it is actually the &lt;u&gt;best&lt;/u&gt;! The yolks contain many vitamins, lutein, choline, and many other nutrients. Therefore, by throwing egg yolks away, my friend basically threw all these nutrients away!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Actually, egg whites contain much less nutrition compared to yolks. Yolks are full of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and basically also contains nearly 90% of all the nutrients in the entire egg!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I know what you are thinking. "Whole eggs will make my cholesterol levels hit the sky faster than I finish saying this sentence!"&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
First of all, that is false. When you consume a food with high levels of dietary cholesterol, your internal bodily production of cholesterol is reduced. Here's an even more interesting piece of news. There are studies showing that eating whole eggs as opposed to only egg whites increases good cholesterol to a greater extent. Also high cholesterol by itself is not considered a disease. (Heart problems are though.) It is an important element in your body and you are only harming yourself by purposefully reducing your cholesterol.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Additionally, egg yolks contain many antioxidants helping protect you from inflammation.(Another good reason to eat whole eggs).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I wish you now understand that whole eggs are not 'evil' but are instead more 'wholesome' and beneficial for your body than simply egg whites.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"How about the excess calories in egg yolks?"&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Even though eating whole eggs naturally mean taking more calories than just egg whites on their own, egg yolks are so dense in nutrients, it increases the level of nutrients per calorie you take in. It also helps suppress your appetite for rest of the day and the healthy fats from the yolks aid in maintaining a great level of fat-burning hormones! This means - burning off MORE body fat!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Take note though, that you should choose to consume organic free range eggs, born from chickens who consume more natural foods and are allowed to run around freely rather than those cooped up in a small cage. Deep orange coloured egg yolks represent way higher nutrient levels opposed to those eggs with pale yellow yolks. Guess what, those deep orange coloured egg yolks do not come from chickens cooped up in small cages! Those 'free-roaming' chickens get more nutrients since they eat all kinds of 'natural foods' for them such as insects, worms rather than just soy and corn only.&lt;br /&gt;

I usually hate fast food restaurants but sometimes you simply try to find something healthier. If you have no choice but to eat at a fast food joint, &lt;u&gt;always avoid&lt;/u&gt;&amp;nbsp;the coke, sprite, soda and any food which is deep fried such as hash browns. These are full of trans fats.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
There are studies showing that even one gram of trans fat daily is capable of causing disastrous degenerative effects on your body, such as for example heart disease, clogging of arteries, and also adding to your stomach fat! And that is only with &lt;u&gt;one gram&lt;/u&gt;. Realize that a fast food meal can contain up till 10 grams of trans fat! Imagine how harmful that will be. You need to understand that nobody, other than yourself, is keeping a lookout for your health. So you need to watch what you eat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Choose water if possible, but if you prefer something else, try to go for lightly sweetened, or better still, unsweetened iced tea. During breakfast, choose eggs, ham and cheese and other such &lt;i&gt;healthy foods to lose weight&lt;/i&gt;. For lunch or dinner, ideally you should be looking at choices like grilled chicken burgers, salads and as such. (No croutons please!) If you were to only remember one thing from this article, just remember to avoid fries, sodas and any such deep fried foods.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Okay, so the next time you were to have your meals at fast food restaurants, remember the above tips and make wise food choices!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Here is a sample of one of my favourite and also very best &lt;i&gt;exercises for abs&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;which does not consist of any direct abdominal exercises. It is done in a similar way to a super-set however you will alternate the order of the three exercises as below.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Front squats with barbell&lt;br /&gt;
- Renegade dumbbell rows&lt;br /&gt;
- Mountain climbers on floor&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Do this for around three to four sets of eight repetitions for each exercise mentioned. If you prefer something else, you can do more sets, but less repetitions for each exercise, for example five sets of five repetitions. For exercises like mountain climbers, you should perform it for a certain time period (eg 40 seconds) instead of repetitions.&lt;br /&gt;

Front squats are essentially pretty much the same as back squats, with the only exception being that the barbell will be held on the front part of your shoulders (front of your body) rather than on the upper back as for back squats. Stabilize the barbell by having both of your arms crossed and your fists pushed into the barbell against your shoulders, all this done while maintaining your elbows in front of you. Get a spotter and use a lighter weight at first so as to get a feel for the proper form, to reduce possibilities of injuries. Since the weight is now shifted to the front of the body for front squats, your abs will be forced to stabilize yourself and the weight, resulting in you also targeting the stomach muscles heavily even though it it mainly a leg exercise. Girls can perform this exercise too, &amp;nbsp;so long as you do not consume huge amounts of protein and calories, you will still remain slim, but with a sexier stomach!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Renegade dumbbell rows are performed by first assuming a push up position. However, you will place your hands on 2 dumbbells now instead. Follow how Rain Bi does the exercise @1:42 of the video.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

You will then proceed to 'shuffle' your feet such that your knees will now reach under you chest and then stretch back out to the original position. It is called mountain climbers since its action is similar to climbing a mountain, the main difference being that you are flat on the floor. If it gets too easy for you, you can try a more advanced version by shuffling your hands forwards and backwards too.&lt;br /&gt;
