Rebus udang hingga matang, angkat, tiriskan.     &lt;br /&gt;2. Goreng bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabe rawit hingga layu. Haluskan bersama jahe (saya tambah tomat dan cabe merah rebus tadi).     &lt;br /&gt;3. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, tambahkan saus tiram, saus sambal, merica bubuk, garam dan gula pasir, aduk rata.     &lt;br /&gt;4. tambahkan air, aduk sampai mengental.     &lt;br /&gt;5. Rebus Daging, air, daun salam dan serai sampai daging matang.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;2. Angkat dan potong sesuai selera, lalu pukul2.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;3. Campur daging, bumbu halus, garam, merica bubuk, gula merah, dan 1000 ml kaldu rebusan daging. Masak diatas api kecil sampai airnya berkurang.Masukkan santan dan kelapa parut. Masak sambil diaduk dengan api kecil sampai meresap. Tambahkan air asam jawa. Aduk rata.  &lt;p&gt; Hari minggu gini diminta masak gejos kacang untuk sang kakak tercinta yang cerewet (manyun kalo gak dilaksanakan hihi), yah kepaksa deh nurutin…daripada dijitak, lagian aku dah laper banget tadi gak ada makanan di meja.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Gejos kacang adalah masakan khas orang Bandung, prinsipnya sama saja dengan sayur kacang merah biasa, tapi bedanya kacangnya ini digoreng dulu sampai kering/ mengeras.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Okelah kalo begitu, dibawah ini langsung saja saya berikan resepnya:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan yang disiapkan:      &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;- 1 kg Kacang merah, cuci bersih     &lt;br /&gt;- 10 buah cabe merah keriting (tumbuk kasar)     &lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir Tomat 1 butir potong menjadi 4     &lt;br /&gt;- satu ikat Daun bawang potong miring agak panjang     &lt;br /&gt;- Gula merah secukupnya (Sesuaikan dengan selera)     &lt;br /&gt;- Lengkuas 3 potong tipis dan agak dimemarkan     &lt;br /&gt;- Daun salam 3 lembar     &lt;br /&gt;- Asam jawa secukupnya     &lt;br /&gt;- Gula putih 1/2 sdt, cuman buat penguat rasa ajah     &lt;br /&gt;- Garam dan Terasi secukupnya     &lt;br /&gt;- Tambahkan kaldu ayam apabila suka &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara memasak Gejos kacang:      &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;# Goreng kacang merah sampai kering tapi jangan terlalu gosong dan sudah terasa keras,     &lt;br /&gt;# Goreng cabai merah di panci sebentar saja, lalu     &lt;br /&gt;# masukan air, tungggu sampai mendidih,     &lt;br /&gt;# Masukkan bahan-bahan Lainnya kedalam panci (kecuali daun bawang dan tomat),     &lt;br /&gt;# Aduk sampai gula merah hancur, lalu Cicipi sesuaikan dengan selera anda,     &lt;br /&gt;# Setelah kuah selesai dibuat, masukkan kacang yang sudah di goreng kedalam panci, lalu masukan daun bawang dan tomat lalu aduk2 sampai agak layu (Sebentar saja, jangan sampai terlalu layu supaya tidak hancur dan masih segar).     &lt;br /&gt;# Angkat dan sajikan.     &lt;br /&gt;*** Enak dimakan hangat atau dingin, disajikan dengan sambal pedas sunda dan kerupuk, bareng dengan ikan cue lebih mantap!&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;oke deh, ini resepnya sodara - sodara: &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan:     &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;750 gram daun singkong, rebus setengah matang saja, lalu tisriskan    &lt;br /&gt;1 liter santan cair    &lt;br /&gt;6 lembar daun salam    &lt;br /&gt;1/4 kg ikan teri nasi/ medan atau teri biasa juga boleh, goreng dulu sampe matang.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bumbu yang dihaluskan:     &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;8 buah cabe merah    &lt;br /&gt;6 buah cabe rawit merah (kalo yang suka pedas)    &lt;br /&gt;6 siung bawah putih    &lt;br /&gt;10 siung bawang merah    &lt;br /&gt;6 cm kunyit    &lt;br /&gt;lengkuas 2 cm saja    &lt;br /&gt;6 buah kemiri    &lt;br /&gt;3 sdt ketumbar    &lt;br /&gt;3 sdt terasi matang    &lt;br /&gt;garam dan gula pasir secukupnya    &lt;br /&gt;tambahkan kaldu ayam jika suka.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuat:     &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Tumislah bumbu halus sampai tercium bau harum    &lt;br /&gt;Tuangkan santan, lalu tunggu sampai mendidih    &lt;br /&gt;Masukan daun singkong, aduk - aduk sampai bercampur rata dengan kuah bumbu    &lt;br /&gt;lalu masak sampai daun singkong layu dan mengental, jangan terlalu sering diaduk atau nanti jadi hancur (beyetek kalo orang sunda bilang mah hehe)    &lt;br /&gt;Lalu kalau sudah diarasa cukup lalu taburi dengan teri, aduk aduh sampai menyatu dan angkat lalu sajikan.&lt;/p&gt; Buang airnya. Sisihkan.    &lt;br /&gt;Rebus air bersama bumbu halus, salam dan lengkuas.    &lt;br /&gt;Masukkan melinjo dan jagung, setelah setengah empuk masukkan labu dan kacang.    &lt;br /&gt;Tambah garam, gula, asam dan gula jawa. Biarkan didih. Kunci suksesnya, masak dengan api besar dan jangan terlalu lama, sehingga masih terasa kriuk2nya. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Bahan:   &lt;br /&gt;400 gr pare    &lt;br /&gt;100 gr teri medan (pake udang juga enak)    &lt;br /&gt;10 bawang merah, iris    &lt;br /&gt;4 bawang putih, iris    &lt;br /&gt;4 cabe merah, iris serong    &lt;br /&gt;1 lbr daun salam    &lt;br /&gt;1 cm lengkuas, geprek    &lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam    &lt;br /&gt;1 sdt gula pasir &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Cara membuat:   &lt;br /&gt;Buang biji pare, kemudian iris2 kurleb 1/2 cm. Remas2 pare dengan 2 sdt garam sampai layu, kemudian diamkan kurleb 15 mnt. Cuci, tiriskan. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan cabe, daun salam dan lengkuas. Aduk hingga cabe agak layu, kemudian masukkan teri medan. Tambahkan paria, garam, gula pasir dan sedikit air. Masak dengan api besar, tutup wajan sebentar sampai paria matang. Masukkan jengkol goreng sebentar . Lalu angkat.    &lt;br /&gt;*Untuk bumbu yang dihaluskan, panaskan minyak lalu masukkan bumbu halus, goreng sampai bau menyengat cabe hilang. Racikan ayam gaya Singapura ini makin komplet dengan tambahan jamur hioko yang kenyal gurih.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;1 ekor ayam negeri, potong menjadi 8 bagian    &lt;br /&gt;minyak goreng    &lt;br /&gt;150 ml &lt;strong&gt;Kecap BLACK GOLD&lt;/strong&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;250 ml air    &lt;br /&gt;4 buah jamur hioko, potong dua&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Haluskan:&lt;/strong&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;5 butir bawang merah    &lt;br /&gt;3 siung bawang putih    &lt;br /&gt;5 buah cabai rawit    &lt;br /&gt;½ cm jahe    &lt;br /&gt;½ sdt merica butiran    &lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Cuci ayam hingga bersih, tiriskan. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Goreng ayam hingga agak kering. Angkat. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Panaskan 2 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Masukkan ayam goreng, dan&amp;#160; Kecap Manis BLACK GOLD.
