When confronted with the idea that you can make money online by playing games, it seems like a scam. What fool would pay you to play games on their website? It’s usually the other way around and you have pay to play. The trick is that the owners of Moola.com make so much money by hosting advertising that they can actually pay you to play games.

The concept of the site is unique. If you were to take a penny and double it 30 times, you would have over 10 million dollars. The reality is that you probably will won’t make 10 million dollars, but you can make a decent amount of pocket money each month on Moola. There are many different ways that you can go about doing this.

Play Games

The first, and most obvious, way to make money online with Moola.com is to play games. There are four games that you can play from the start, and after you have earned at least two pennies, more are available to play. When you play these games you will be playing another person online. You will wager your pennies against this person, and if you are able to beat them, you double your money. If you lose, you will lose the money that you have wagered. So make sure you keep tabs on your play account.

Complete Offers

You can complete offers for Moola bucks. These bucks are eventually turned into real cash when you transfer them to your account, so it is wise to do that often. You can complete offers on anything from taking a survey for .50 Moola bucks, to signing up for Direct TV for 112 Moola bucks. It is up to you and you don’t have to sign up for anything if you don’t want to. However, this is how people make a decent amount of money on Moola.

Using the Moola Search Engine

If you need to search for something on the internet, just use the Moola search engine. You can make money online while you search. Does Google pay you to search? Usually you will only win a few pennies, but it is possible to win up to $100. You will want to search as much as possible to increase your chances of winning the $100. Be careful not to search just to win. Unnatural searching is frowned upon by Moola.

Referrals

You can make some extra money by referring your friends. The site offers a four tiered referral program. You will get paid a percentage of any money that someone puts into their savings account on Moola. Here are the payouts per tier:

Tier 1: 4%

Tier 2: 3%

Tier 3: 2%

Tier 4: 1%

Making money online can be a stressful process when you consider all of the work involved. It’s nice to know that you can take a break and play some games and keep earning money.

Making money online is a job, if you don’t have the conviction you will fail. You can learn how to make web money with a lot of research and determination.

Make Money Online Writing Articles on Triond

Triond is a content websites that lets you create your own original content and publish it on a variety of websites. No matter what your topic, Triond accepts almost all original material and publishes it on relevant websites. These websites are all part of Triond’s online network and they will allow you to get the optimum number of views for your article. Triond’s network is full of niche blogs with a variety of topics ranging from sports, travel, health, business and many more.

While many content writing websites want to dictate what you can and cannot write, Triond seems open to anything. Obviously, it is in their best interest to publish as many articles as possible in order to increase the revenue created throughout their network. Writers currently earn 50% of the advertising revenue earned from each article. These earnings come from display and contextual advertising that appears on the pages of your content. Payments are made each month via PayPal, check or Western Union transfer.

It seems to me that Triond puts a lot of effort in getting your articles seen. I have not yet written for Triond, but their website seems very user friendly. The Residuals and Royalties Blog is Now Accepting Guest Posts

When I first started my blog, many other bloggers were kind enough to let me write guest posts on their sites. These guest posts have brought me a good amount of traffic and in turn some RSS readers. Pat Flynn at the Smart Passive Income blog has recently allowed me create a guest post for his blog and it will go live today. Since others have done so much for me, I have now decided to start accepting guest posts on a limited basis for the Residuals and Royalties blog.

Last month, the Residuals and Royalties blog had almost 12,000 unique visitors and 1,012 in one day on February 2nd. I am doing everything that I can to make this number continue to grow. A quality guest post should definitely get the author some traffic to his or her blog. I am willing to allow one link within the body of the post and another link at the bottom of the post along with the poster’s name and the name of their blog.

Not all guest posts will be accepted to the Residuals and Royalties blog, in fact – the post should be something that really catches my attention in order to get published. Below is a list of requirements for any guest poster who wishes to write for the Residuals and Royalties blog.

Must provide the reader with a legitimate way to make money online or earn residual income.
No MLM schemes, PTC websites or other sketchy programs.
Must include one of the following keywords: make money online, residual income, royalties.
Must be your own original content that is NOT published elsewhere.
Can include two links – one in the body of the post and one in your signature. Affiliate links are allowed.

Must be highly readable and well written with excellent use of grammar.

Make Fast Money Online with CashCrate

Well, I found another winner! For those of you looking to make quick cash, there is another website I found that is extremely easy to sign up for and start making money online immediately and build residual income. This website is called Cash Crate and you literally can watch the four minute introduction video, sign up for the website and start filling out free offers that take only a minute or two.

For each free offer you fill out you will get paid between 25 cents and all the way up to $15.00 – but it looks like the average offer pays about 75 cents. That may not seem like much, but you can honestly fill out about 20 of these per hour. That would equate to $15 per hour and possibly more if you have fast fingers! You want to have the “auto-complete” set on your computer so you can breeze though offers as fast as possible. Be sure and read the description next to each offer to see what is required to get your payment credit for the completed free offer.

Considering that many people across the nation are working for $10 an hour in these hard economic times, I would say that CashCrate is a great way to make supplemental income online. Also, their referral program can be an excellent source of residual income. Simply refer your friends, family, co-workers and watch the residual income roll in!

Even if you are at work and have some free time – you can sneak in four free offers per hour and bring your hourly wage up by $3 per hour!

Like I mentioned before, I highly recommend Project Payday and it has some great payouts of $20- $60 – but it can be a little difficult for some. If this is the case with you, then Cash Crate would be a great alternative. You don’t have to keep track of the offers that you sign up for and cancel them before the trial period ends like Project Payday. You simply fill out the free offers and make money!

You will want to open a separate email address just for filling out CashCrate offers – because the advertisers who post these offers will fill your email box with spam. But as long as you open a different email address, you won’t mind if it fills up with unwanted emails. I don’t even check the email address that I use on CashCrate.

If you want to make money online as soon as possible – then CashCrate might be the perfect website for you. Don’t get me wrong, you won’t get rich from Cash Crate, but you can earn a few hundred dollars per month to supplement your income. In this economy every little bit helps!

February 2010 – Earnings Report

Welcome to my February, 2010 monthly earnings report! This month I completed my first ebook “How to Start a Limousine Business” and it has sold four times already in just one week. This is a very encouraging and I am in the process of writing a second ebook right now. If I can average 4 sales a week at $25 per sale, that would equate to an additional $400 a month in residual income. This is a pretty good profit considering that my total costs to make the book were only $88.

There was not much of an increase in my monthly total – but my ebook was only for sale for one week. I am eager to see what a full month of sales will do for my totals. I am hoping that adding a second ebook will bring me up and over the $1,000 a month plateau. I also will have a guest post going live on a very popular blog soon and I am interested to see how the additional traffic will affect my earnings.

On February 2^nd, I had the most unique visitors to my blog in one day – the total was 1,012. If I can get to that figure on a consistent basis, I am bound to have some advertisers knocking on my door soon. One thing to note, StockXpert is no longer on my earnings report because they closed up shop this past month. Which is too bad, because I really liked their website. I also have four new sources of income listed below: SquishyCash, Treasure Trooper, YouData and my eBook sales. I was ver happy to have my CashCrate earnings go up considerably this month, especially since there is no effort on my part.

The Residuals and Royalties Logo Contest – With LogoMyWay

Each day the Residuals and Royalties blog has been growing quickly and the number of new visitors has been steadily climbing. With this growth, I would like to do everything I can to monetize my blog. One of the main factors in having a successful blog is branding your product with a professional looking logo. When I look at some of the top bloggers like Darren Rowse, John Chow, Shoemoney and Pat Flynn – I notice that they all have a logo that represents their blog.

I have recently found a much better way to get a logo made. I will start a logo design contest at LogoMyWay. If you have not heard of LogoMyWay, let me tell you how it works – you sign up to purchase a logo and create a rough description of the logo that you would like. The minimum price to start a logo contest is $200 plus a 10% fee that goes towards operations.

Once you have paid, your logo contest will begin and designers will start to compete for your business. There are over 4,000 designers registered on LogoMyWay – so you can be sure that you will have many choices when it comes to selecting your logo. As designs are created specifically for you, it’s a good idea to spend time rating and commenting on the various logos. This feedback will help the designers get enough information to help you obtain that perfect logo.

At the completion of the contest you will select a winning design and the chosen designer will upload the logo for you. You can simply download the logo and your contest is complete! LogoMyWay will take care of the payment process to ensure that the selected designer receives his or her payment. In my opinion, there is no better way to get a logo made for your product, website, business or blog.

Start a Bouncer Business for Some Great Supplemental Income

Most of the posts that you will find on the Residuals and Royalties blog will inform you about ways to make money online and earn residual income. I sometimes write posts about other forms of supplemental income or really great part time jobs. Today I want to tell you about a weekend business that you can start straight from your home that can make you some great supplemental income.

This business is a inflatable bouncer rental service, I have operated this business in the past and I can tell you that it is the perfect business for someone who has to work a 9 to 5 job during the week. These inflatable bouncers are also known as jumpers, moonbouncers, astro jumps and moonwalks. Bouncers can be purchased new for about $1,500 and you can literally make your money back with 7 or 8 bookings. After that, other than the cost of your insurance - your earnings are primarily profit.

The fact is, 90% of the rentals for bouncers will take place on Saturday and Sundays. Most of the events are kid’s parties and almost all parents will only throw a kid’s party on the weekends. Parents will typically pay between $150 and $240 for 6 to 8 hours of a bouncer rental. If you are starting this business, it is best to set your rates in conjunction with your local competition – you don’t want to be much higher or way lower than your competitor’s prices.

You can purchase these bouncers through a variety of manufactuers. I bought mine through a company called Ninja Jump and I was very happy with the overall quality. They offer a ton of designs like princess castles, dinosaurs and other kid’s themes. At first it is good to start with a plain castle – buy one with colors that are unisex so you can rent them out to both boys and girls birthday parties. These bouncers are pretty easy to set up, they come with a large snail fan that you simply attach to the bouncer and let it inflate. You will need to buy a long extension cord since some houses may have you in the backyard and a good distance from the nearest power outlet.

One downside to setting up these bouncers is how much they weigh. They can range from 75 to 150 pounds and you may want to get a dolly to help you roll it out to the set up location. Be sure and use stakes to keep your bouncer in place and ask the parents to have the kids take off thier shoes before entering the bouncer.

You will also want to have a responsible adult sign a waiver that includes the rules and regulations of renting the bouncer. The one other major cost of owning a bouncer company is the insurance. You can get insurance from companies like Inflatable Insurance and the cost per year runs about $700 to $1,200 per policy. (This would be for 1-2 bouncers.)

The final cost in running a bouncer is your advertising. You can set up a simple website through Homestead and list your company on Google, Yahoo and MSN for your local region. Handing out flyers is also a great way to generate business. Once you have been in business for a while, you will begin to get word of mouth referrals. I actually had so much fun operating this business that I am considering doing it again. I initially did it many years ago on the East coast and I sold the business when I moved out west.

Make Money Online Writing Articles for wiseGEEK

Although I was a “geek” in high school – I wasn’t very wise. This fact won’t stop me from telling you how you can make money online as a freelance writer for wiseGEEK. WiseGEEK offers upfront pay to it’s freelance writers and a multitude of articles to choose from. Many of these articles are very technical and would require some intimate knowledge of a given subject. Without this knowledge, you’ll have to do a good amount of research to complete a wiseGEEK article. This is part of the reason that I do not write for wiseGEEK, since I have about the same amount of technical knowledge as Jessica Simpson.

There are usually a few hundred articles available on wiseGEEK for writers to claim and these titles can come from a wide variety of topics. Some of the topic categories included on wiseGEEK are Technology and Gadgets, Adult Education and Training, Health and Wellness, Internet and Computers, Financing and Investing, Attorneys and the Law, Medicine and Treatments, Science and Engineering and many more. You may have also seen one of wiseGEEK’s articles “What are Truffles” in the recent Google Superbowl commercial. At the very least, this shows that wiseGEEK’s articles are coming up high in the search engine rankings.

WiseGEEK just doesn’t hire any freelance writer – their editors are pretty strict when it comes to approving submitted content. In fact, each wiseGEEK writer is assigned their own editor to work with directly. This means you will get personal attention from your editor as well as quality feedback. Writers get paid between $10 and $14 per article depending on the topic, any article that you accept will be premarked with the payment amount. Payments are made via PayPal.

The best part about writing for wiseGEEK is the fact that you do not have to wait until the end of the month to receive payment for your articles. Once you have submitted a batch of five or more articles – you will usually receive a payment within 2-3 days. If you take some time to read the writer testimonials on wiseGEEK’s website, you will see that there are many satisfied writers who truly enjoy creating content for wiseGEEK.

This is one stipulation you will have to consider if you want to write for wiseGEEK – you will be expected to submit at least five articles per week or twenty articles per month. In other words, wiseGEEK wants it’s writers to continually be creating articles on a weekly basis. If you don’t have the time to create five quality articles per week, chances are that wiseGEEK is not for you. But if you can write the expected twenty articles per month you will be looking at about $240 per month in supplemental income. (20 articles x $12 per average article = $240) This extra income would make many people’s car payments for sure!

My First eBook is Officially For Sale Online!

As you may have read before, I was in the process of creating my first ebook entitled How to Start a Limousine Business. I finished the body of the ebook last week and I hired an elance graphic design company to create my ebook cover and the template for the pages of my ebook. I am very pleased with the results and my ebook is now for sale online.

I created my landing page - which you can view by clicking here: How to Start a Limo Business. Honestly, I think the landing page needs work and I would love to get some feedback in the comments section below. Any advice on how I could improve my landing page would be greatly appreciated.

I checked with Google’s Keyword Tool and people search for “How to Start a Limousine Business“ or other similar terms about 3,000 to 4,000 times a month. If I could even close 1% of these prospective buyers, I would be getting about 30-40 sales a month at the cost of $25 per ebook. This would equate to $750 to $1,000 a month. I’d even be happy with closing 1/2 a percent of these overall searches. I am currently on page 4 of Google for this search term and I am quickly building backlinks – it does not appear that it will be too difficult to get to the top of page one within a few months.

I am also running an Adwords campaign at the cost of only .25 cents per click. Hopefully this will bring some additional traffic to my landing page. I am using e-junkie as my shopping cart and I just signed up for their affiliate program so that others can sell my ebook and earn a profit of 51% of the overall sale. This means that if you want to sell my ebook as well, you can earn $12.75 for each sale that goes through your affiliate link. All of the details that I list in my ebook are legitimate and I really do own and operate a limousine service. The earnings figures that I claim are real and I do believe that this is a valuable resource for anyone who wishes to get into the limousine industry. I was able to build a ton of clientele in a very short time and almost anyone can do the same. I am eager to get my first sale and I hope that this ebook will create another source of residual income to add to my monthly earnings reports.

UPDATE: 2/26/10 – My ebook has been for online for only 2 days and I just got my first sale! Check out the screen shot below! Hopefully, this is a sign of things to come!

Make Money Online Selling Your Photos on Veer

I recently met two creative graphic designers and we had a long talk about the variety of microstock photography websites that they use for some of their projects. Of course, they mentioned the standard microstock websites that most of us already know about – iStockphoto, Shutterstock, etc. But these two designers mentioned a new microstock photography website that they had recently been using and enjoying.

This new microstock agency is called Veer and it is a very user friendly website. You can sell both images and illustrations on Veer and there is also a merchandise section, which I think is full of products that you can customize with your images or illustrations.

Veer is owned by Corbis, so you know it is backed by one of the leaders in the stock photography industry. Veer offers both rights managed and royalty free options for your images. Their website makes uploading and tagging with keywords very simple – one of my pet peeves is microstock websites that make it a pain to submit your images.

I submitted my first ten images and had seven of them approved. These were some of my very best images, so Veer is definitely choosy when it comes to accepting images. These ten images were accepted at almost all of the microstock websites – except maybe iStockphoto, which is another agency that is very selective. I am not sure if there is good money to be made on Veer since I just submitted my first images. Once I have my entire portfolio uploaded I will come back to this post and let you know if I am making some good earnings.
