Historic Webinar Announces Important Updates

As TriVita moves forward with international expansion into Australia, there will be a soft launch into the country on October 1, with plans for a three-city Presidential tour in February 2011.

How a simple Internet search became a life-changing experience

Tina Gonda was a successful direct sales veteran when she first encountered TriVita. Sure, she had the Cadillac and many other trophies of success, but the pressure and time-intensive duties were starting to affect Tina's health. She developed a rare liver disease and her doctors couldn't figure out how to get her liver enzymes balanced. "That's when I became passionate about health and wellness," Tina recalls. "While I was looking for potential health solutions on the Internet I first discovered TriVita."

This search eventually led to a phone conversation with TriVita Presidential Director Bryan Wirth, who told her more about the company's great products as well as the business opportunity. Tina was especially thrilled to also get a call from TriVita CEO Michael Ellison. "Nobody pressured me to sign up or ask what package I was going to buy," she explains. In fact, Melody’s life-changing story was so “moving” that it was featured in the July 2009 VitaJournal. A few weeks ago, Marcus asked me to travel to Charlotte on October 28, 2009 to capture Melody’s updated wellness journey for a feature segment in TriVita’s new Nopalea TV Show.

I arrived at the Renaissance Hotel in Charlotte with the television production crew to find Melody Carpenter, Affiliate Robin Schappert and Director Tina Gonda overwhelmed with anticipation and excitement. During the interview, Melody shared the details about her family life; “We absolutely love our life here in Denver, North Carolina” explained Melody who lives with her husband Greg and their eleven year old son Caleb. “This is God’s country, and we love all of the outdoor activities we can do as a family,” Melody went on to say. One of Melody’s true passions in life is to enjoy horseback riding with her son Caleb. “For years, my son Caleb and I would spend several days every week enjoying long, peaceful horseback riding together for hours at a time” she explained. “We really enjoyed that quality time together and developed a special bond that cannot be expressed in words.” That all changed for Melody in 2002 after she had major surgery. “I collapsed three vertebrae in my neck and needed a metal plate and screws to repair the damage,” she recalls. “The doctor told me that it would take over 18 months before I could start riding horses again. I was devastated.”

The Galaxy of Stars awards dinner ended with the appropriate climactic presentation of the Presidential Director award to Cody and Marty Ramsey. Cody shared the story that changed his life forever: He introduced us to Melissa, an energetic 21-year-old who suffered from skin disorders caused by psoriasis. As she took the stage and shared her story, there was not a dry eye in the room. Cody went on to deliver an incredible message of how sharing Nopalea will be his driving passion going forward.

After the event, our suite was packed with over 20 people talking about the event, describing it as life-changing, incredible and emotionally overwhelming. There were even suggestions of replacing mint bowls on the tables with tissue boxes, so people could wipe away the tears of joy. Indeed, the event was an incredible experience – emotions ran high as people shared their stories of how Nopalea was helping lower inflammation and producing astonishing wellness experiences.

Saturday afternoon as I reflected on what had transpired over the past two days, I knew I had moved from hope to belief. I just knew we would see our vision fulfilled. Our Affiliates had caught the vision of sharing the Nopalea story and desiring others to have their own Nopalea wellness experience. Blaine Oelkers said it well as he was addressing the Affiliates: “We are in the business of helping create wellness experiences for people.”

The Presidential Directors also spoke with passion and belief about the enhancements to the Share and Earn Program, which include the Nopalea Wellness Challenge and the Get 2 It program. I was excited to hear people saying, “Now I know what to do and have the tools and roadmap to build my business.”

We had our first Director breakout session and all our Directors endorsed the one-system approach for our future. One hundred percent of our leaders accepted the invitation to become certified trainers of the Share and Earn Program. We hope to have 40 trainers in place by the first of the year to create an explosive program for 2010. The Directors also agreed to have a Director-only event at the new Ritz Carlton at Dove Mountain in Arizona. This is going to be a great leadership event!

As we were leaving the hotel Sunday morning, we were stopped by our Affiliates sharing their stories and excitement about the event. This was truly the greatest event by far in our 10 years. The big 40-foot screen with all the video produced by our GDF production crew was amazing; we saw and felt the presentations like never before. If you did not get a chance to attend, talk to someone who did. They can share in detail the amazing experiences of the event.

This is the most opportune time ever to build in TriVita with all the new tools and system enhancements available. The Nopalea television program is going into its last test phase and will be ready to roll out in November. TriVita Makes History with Nopalea Kick-Off On March 26, 2009, in Phoenix, Arizona TriVita made corporate history with the launch of Sonoran Bloom™ Nopalea™. Over 600 people in attendance witnessed first-hand the wellness benefits of Nopalea and the financial opportunity of the Share and Earn Program. “This event was the showcase of months of planning and execution to deliver an exciting product with a comprehensive wealth building program. These programs are supported by simplified training, marketing tools, web-sites, new enrollment kit and a national tour”, stated Marcus Ellison, Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing for TriVita.This historical event began with a moving and inspiring message from TriVita’s CEO, Michael Ellison.

Michael explained how the formulation of Nopalea began with a trip to Mexico and learning from the locals who know of the benefits of the nutrient-rich plants of the Sonoran Desert. Michael brought to life the Sonoran Bloom Nopalea story audio CD which he previously sent to Affiliate Members, along with his wellness challenge, wellness journey and the creation of TriVita and the 10 Essentials. Brazos provided information on the science and research behind the plants that Michael mentioned on his trip through the Sonoran Desert. He highlighted the science behind the product and its positive impact on inflammation and cellular health. As the chief formulator for the product along with support from TriVita’s Product Team, Brazos proudly reviewed why you will want to share this new product from TriVita.Just before the break, Marcus gave each person in the audience a bottle of Nopalea.
