Sure, you could just do a generic thank you page and give the property list, but why not have a little more fun and let people get to know you better?

Things are going pretty good.

As mentioned on the 1.23.13 strategy session, Eric's used a Retechulous squeeze page in conjunction with Josh's Fan Page promoted post advertising method put about 15 "leads" into his pipeline so far.

A few have gotten back to him to let him know they're not immediately ready to buy. But he's at least getting a little interaction.

Next Friday, we'll be meeting with a local mortgage lender to strategize how we can work the leads coming in from both perspectives. (We'll probably add the lender's contact info into the drip follow up series will be building, more on this in a few weeks...)

In the meantime, we're focusing on building up a "body of content" that we can use to both generate leads and to incubate the leads we're getting.

Today, Eric took another video of a bank owned property and the listing agent gave him permission to use his entire inventory, which is great!

So good progress in the first week -- we're getting some initial email leads coming into the funnel, and beginning the process of "incubating" with interesting video content.

Even though he hasn't had his first buyer appointment yet, Eric's laying the foundation for a healthy business that will consistently feed him for years to come...

It takes any Youtube video of a property tour and strips out all annotations and branding... and places the video on an autoplaying page -- so you can use it as an "unbranded" virtual tour that your MLS (should) allow to be included with remarks.
