Ingrediente:

5 kg de rosii,

Mod de preparare:
Opariti rosiile, asezindu-le cite 8-10 intr-un castron si turnati apa fierbinte peste ele. Decojiti-le, taiati-le in felii potrivite si puneti-le la fiert. Lasati-le sa clocoteasca o jumatate [...]]]></description>

<ul>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Opariti rosiile, asezindu-le cite 8-10 intr-un castron si turnati apa fierbinte peste ele. Decojiti-le, taiati-le in felii potrivite si puneti-le la fiert. Lasati-le sa clocoteasca o jumatate de ora. Taiati ardeiul in rondele subtiri, puneti-l peste rosii si mai lasati sa clocoteasca 10 minute. Adaugati verdeata tocata, sarea si zaharul. Mai lasati la fiert inca 10 minute. Separat, incalziti bine 1/2l de ulei. Zarzavatul fierbinte puneti-l in borcane mici, insa nu le umpleti cu virf (lasati un spatiu gol de 3-4 cm). Deasupra puneti cu lingura ulei fierbinte, legati borcanele cu celofan si puneti-le in camara.</p>

<p>Coaceti vinetele, lasati-le sa se scurga, spalati-le si tocati-le obisnuit. Coaceti gogosarii, curatati-i si taiati-i in cuburi mici. Treceti rosiile prin separatorul de seminte, lasati sucul sa se decanteze si folositi numai pulpa. Caliti ceapa tocata in ulei. Cind totul este pregatit, in cratita cu ceapa calita, puneti piureul de rosii, vinetele, gogosarii, amestecind usor ca zacusca sa nu se prinda de vas. Cind zacusca a scazut bine, legumele s-au &#8220;topit&#8221;, potriviti de sare, puneti preparatul in borcane si tineti-le in cuptorul incalzit in prealabil sau fierbeti-le pe baia de aburi 30 de minute.</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Spalati si dati pe razatoare telina si morcovii, apoi puneti totul la calit cu 250 ml de ulei. Tocati ceapa si caliti-o cu aceeasi cantitate de ulei, impreuna cu merele, care au fost curatate de coaja si simburi si taiate in cuburi mici. In alt vas, caliti ardeii grasii si gogosarii bine spalati, curatati si tocati. Coaceti vinetele, curatati-le si combinati-le obisnuit cu ulei. Cind toate aceste ingrediente s-au racit, separat, puneti-le intr-un vas mare, adaugati 800 g de pasta de rosii dezlegata cu un pahar de apa. Omogenizati zacusca, adaugati 2 linguri de zahar, 2 linguri de miere, sare si restul de ulei pina la 1 litru. Asezati zacusca in cratite mari si dati-o la cuptor cu foc mic pina cind grasimea se ridica la suprafata. Puneti-o fierbinte in borcane si sterilizati-le in cuptorul aragazului 30 de minute cu foc mic.</p>

<p>Coaceti vinetele si curatati-le ca pentru salata. La fel procedati cu gogosarii. Elimati semintele din rosii cu aparatul de stors si sucul obtinut puneti-l la fiert pina se ingroasa ca o smintina. Intr-un vas mare, caliti in tot uleiul ceapa, si cind aceasta a devenit aurie, puneti vinetele si gogosarii, apoi adaugati sucul de rosii legat. Asezati vasul sa fiarba incet, peste o placa metalica, si cind uleiul se ridica deasupra, dati-l la cuptorul incalzit in prealabil. Lasati zacusca la foc mic, amestecati des sa nu se prinda de vas, si cind compozitia este bine legata, puneti dupa gust mujdei, sare si piper. Puneti conserva in borcane fierbinti, legati-le cu celofan si lasati-le in tava cuptorului fierbinte (dar fara foc) pina a doua zi.</p>

Ptr sos:

200 gr smantana,
1 lingura faina,
1 lingura ulei,
sare,
piper,
1 galbenus ou,
3 linguri cascaval.

Mod de preparare:
Tortelini se fierb in apa clocotita cu sare, timp de 20 min, apoi se scurg si se amesteca cu sosul format din smantana, faina, uleiul, galbenusul de ou, sarea si piperul. Se adauga cascavalul ras si se introduce [...]]]></description>

<p>Tortelini se fierb in apa clocotita cu sare, timp de 20 min, apoi se scurg si se amesteca cu sosul format din smantana, faina, uleiul, galbenusul de ou, sarea si piperul. Se adauga cascavalul ras si se introduce preparatul la cuptor ptr granitare timp de 10 min.</p>
