Produsele nu respectă normele minime ale conţinutului de proteine, adică au puţină carne. Am scurs foarte  bine varza si-am taiat-o fideluta , da' fideluta , am condimentat-o cu piper si-am aromatizat-o cu cimbru din belsug si-un pic de busuioc(mie-mi place) ; am omogenizat bine totul , am adaugat orezul spalat , si sucul de rosii . Am lasat totul sa se imprieteneasca si am luat pulpele la spalat si  curatat si le-am condimentat cu piper , ceva concentrat se legume si un pic de boia dulce .&lt;br /&gt;Intr-o tava destul de incapatoare am turnat uleiul , am asezat amestecul de varza cu orez , in care am ,,ingropat" copanelele si-am dat la cuptor ptr ... 3 (trei) ore , la doar 170 de grade ; Multumesc Irina!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt; Ingrediente:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 600 g amestec de legume: praz, morcov, mazare, radacina de telina, ceapa verde&lt;br /&gt;- 10 foi de aluat frantuzesc&lt;br /&gt;- 50 ml ulei de susan&lt;br /&gt;- 1 catel de usturoi tocat&lt;br /&gt;- 30 g ghimbir proaspat ras&lt;br /&gt;- 2 linguri de seminte de susan prajite&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingura de sos de soia&lt;br /&gt;- 150 g unt topit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparare:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Legumele se curata si se taie in fasii lungi si subtiri si se amesteca cu ceapa verde tocata. Se calesc in ulei de susan. Se adauga usturoiul, ghimbirul, semintele de susan si sosul de soia. Se incalzeste cuptorul la 200 de grade. Se intinde o foaie de aluat si se unge cu unt topit. Se pune a doua folie de aluat peste prima si se unge cu unt. Se repeta pana se ajunge la cinci straturi. Se taie aluatul in fasii de 9×15 cm, se pune apoi din compozitia de legume si se ruleaza, avand grija sa se impatureasca si capetele in interior, pentru a nu curge compozitia. Se pun pachetelele pe tava unsa cu ulei sau unt si se baga la cuptor, la rumenit, circa 15 minute. Capurilor de peste le-am indepartat branhiile, ochii si aripioarele, iar cozilor, inotatoarele. Am curatat legumele, netaindu-le, exclusiv ceapa. Cand hamsia a fost fiarta, am strecurat-o, in supa rezultata punand legumele la fiert, cu concentratul de legume si uleiul. Am adaugat si ceapa taiata julienne. Cand radacinoasele au fost pe jumatate fierte, le-am scos si o parte din ele le-am taiat la cutit, adaugandu-le supei de peste .&lt;br /&gt;Pffffffffffffff, grea munca ...  In sfarsit am pus borsul la fiert, l-am adaugat in oala, impreuna cu cous-cousul (l-am preferat orezului, ptr a nu se lipi de fundul oalei) si bucatile de peste. Am lasat la fiert 15 minute (doar 15 min) si-am oprit focul . Acelasi lucru facem si cu ceapa si usturoiul verde, dupa care le taiem marunt.&lt;br /&gt;Condimentam pulpele.&lt;br /&gt;Punem pulpele intr-o tava termorezistenta, cu partea cu piele in jos si presaram deasupra ceapa si usturoiul.&lt;br /&gt;Dizolvam bulionul in putina apa si turnam peste pulpe. Completam cu apa cat sa acopere carnea.&lt;br /&gt;Dam la cuptorul preancalzit pentru 1 ora si jumatate, la foc mic. Dupa acest timp scoatem tava si intoarcem pulpele. Am adaugat si mazarea , iar dupa alte 10 minute am adaugat si cartofiorii , taiati cubulete mici ; am potrivit de sare , piper si-am adaugat si plantele dezhidratate , boiaua dulce si frunzulitele de dafin . Deoarece majoritatea legumelor au fost congelate , n-a mai prea fost necesara adaugarea de apa . Am adaugat si copanelele , sa-si imprumute gusturile . Am lasat inca 20 de minute la foc mic , cand am desfacut 2 lg de pasta de tomate cu un pic de apa calduta , impreuna cu o lingurita de amidon de porumb si-am adaugat mancarutei . Ne asemănăm în patologie cu toate ţările care au acest relief, Elveţia, Franţa, sudul Germaniei, unde deficitul de iod este major şi unde aproape 30 la sută din polulaţie suferă de acest deficit de iod", a spus Constantin Dumitrache.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Potrivit profesorului endocrinolog, deficitul de iod, în forma lui cea mai severă, duce la nedezvoltarea tiroidei şi la "o biosinteză anapoda".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Consecinţele acestui lucru sunt guşa şi cretinismul. Datorită măsurilor care s-au luat la noi în ţară a dispărut guşa gigantă şi cretinismul. UNESCO a fost cel cea care a catalizat această acţiune. A făcut un lucru foarte bun", a mai spus profesorul Dumitrache.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El a recunoscut că iodarea sării a dus la creşterea nesemnificatică a cancerului papilar, a patologiei hiperfuncţionale tiroidiene.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;"Din păcate a crescut, totuşi în mod nesemnificativ, cancerul papilar şi patologia hiperfuncţională tiroidiană.&lt;/b&gt; Dar şi una şi alta într-un procent nesemnificativ. Apoi, ambele au terapie şi vindecare. De aceea am sărit când am auzit de lipsa iodului radioactiv, întrucât acesta este tratamentul pentru vindecarea maladiilor. Cine vrea cretinism în masă, să se ridice şi să fie împotriva iodării sării. Ceapa o curatam si o tocam marunt , morcovul spalat il dam pe razatoarea mica , spalam orezul si-l lasam la scurs . Ne ocupam si de ardei , pe care-i spalam , le indepartam cotoarele , semintele si nervurile interne si-i lasam la scurs si pe ei .&lt;br /&gt;Intr-un bol amestecam carnea aromata cu ceapa , morcovul , orezul , galbenusurile de ou , grisul si sucul de rosii , pana la omogenizarea completa . Cu aceasta compozitie umplem ardeii , iar din rosii taiem felii si punem capacele ardeilor . Cu putin ulei ungem cratita in care vor fi asezati ardeii , copletam cu apa calda si adaugam suc de rosii , daca dorim culoare-n vasul de fierbere . Dam la foc mic vasul cu ardei si lasam sa fiarba bine de tot (eu ii las cateva ore , pe ochiul cel mai mic , cu flacara cea mai mica ... am rabdare fetelor )&lt;br /&gt;Daca dorim , putem sa le facem si-un sosulet din cateva linguri de zeama de la ardei si cu o lingura de faina , dar asta implica scoaterea ardeilor din cratita , executarea sosului si repunerea ardeilor in sos , in care vor mai fierbe cateva minute , ptr a patrunde acel sos in ardei .&lt;br /&gt;ALTERNATIVA : Se pot servi ca atare , doar cu smantana si paine rumena si proaspata.&lt;br /&gt;Pofta buna!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Se amesteca pana cand compozitia devine omogena. Se scurge printr-un tifon pentru a inlatura restul de solide.
