<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong> Se decongeleaza aluatul, se taie in doua bucati (am folosit tava 24&#215;24 &#8211; daca se foloseste o tava mai mare se maresc cantitatile) si se intinde fiecare bucata astfel incat sa fie pe masura formei. Se umezeste o bucata de hartie de copt (asa se aseaza mai bine in tava), se pune prima foaie de aluat. Se taie cubulete salamul si ceafa afumata (bacon, sunculita), se aseaza peste prima foaie. Se poate pune si mai multa umplutura, dupa preferinta.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Se rade branza (cascaval, telemea), se amesteca cu ouale batute si se toarna peste startul anterior. Se uniformizeaza cu o lingura.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Se aseaza a doua foaie, se preseaza pe margini cu furculica sa nu iasa umplutura, se impunge din loc in loc, se unge cu ou batut si se coace in cuptorul  incalzit in prealabil.  Se lasa in cuptor cca 30 min la temperatura medie. Oricum se supravegheaza placinta sa nu se arda, dar sa fie si coapta.</p>

Cand sunt fierte se scurg intr-o strecuratoare si se clatesc bine cu apa rece. Se pun in cratita in care au fiert, se rade branza telemea (nu prea sarata) si se adauga 2 oua batute cu 2 linguri de smantana.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Se amesteca bine. Se unge cu unt o forma termorezistenta, se toarna macaroanele, se niveleaza si se introduce in cuptorul incins. Se coace de jumatate, cca 20 min, se scoate forma de adauga inca doua oua batute bine si se reintroduce in cuptor cca 10 min, de fapt pana capata o culoare galben-maronie.</p>

Se adauga morcovii, ceapa intreaga si usturoiul (curatate binenteles), 5-6 boabe de piper, sare dupa gust si o frunza de dafin. Se fierb toate ingredientele pana supa prinde &#8220;gust&#8221;. In final se pun cateva picaturi de otet.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Intre timp se prepara siropul de zahar ars: se arde pe foc foarte mic 6-7 linguri de zahar. Cand incepe sa se caramelizeze se adauga trei pahare mari de apa. Se lasa sa se topeasca caramelul si se fierbe pana scade putin. Siropul se pune peste prajitura cat inca e calda, se va absorbi incet pe masura ce se toarna.</p>
