It kinda bothers me a little that people who know anything about SEO ain’t talking. You just can’t go and get a useful tip online nowadays. I mean, hello? Give and you shall receive. Law of attraction and shit like that. Anyways, I feel like sharing today so here is one of the SEO things many people are doing but not talking about.

You know the deal with site-wide links, don’t you? The whole idea of these links as well as “blogroll” links is to send many links from one domain to your site. If you have a “blogroll” link on any popular blog with thousands of posts, you essentially receive a link from each page of this website.

It’s not as good as thousand links from thousand domains but, hey, huge BLD is infinitely better than no BLD. The question is how to get it in a weekend (which reminds me it’s Friday night and I am blogging, WTF?).

For those who don’t know, BLD is a Market Samurai‘s parameter that shows a total number of backlinks pointing to your URL.

So, here is how we are going to do it. We are going to start our own version of Download.com software catalogue (or any software download site for that matter). For this we only need three things.

1. Good domain

Any good dropped domain with PR will do it. I prefer to have words like download or shareware or freeware or software in the domain name. Something like www.top-shareware-dowanlod.com.

2. Download site script

They are pretty expensive. You can basically choose from http://www.pad-site-scripts.com/, http://www.esoftscript.com/ or http://www.downloadsitescript.com/. So, go ahead and buy one, or … well, you know what to do Then, install it on your domain.

3. Software database

There are thousands of shareware programs out there and the majority of them use so-called PAD-files to submit their software to the software directories. This PAD-file is nothing more than a small file with links to product site, name of the software, description, download links and stuff like that. All of the scripts above support PAD-file submission. This means you can take all the thousands of PAD-files available and instantly populate your website with thousands of pages of relevant content.

You can either buy database for $20 up to $2749 (I don’t know if they manage to find suckers who’d pay that much) or, alternatively, just go to http://paddatabase.net/download.html and grab 80K+ PADs for free. All you need to do is just import this database using your download site script.

Last step

Now all you need to do is, add your link to the sidebar or a footer and blast your fresh download site with XRumer/Scrapebox, preferably to many, many pages (you will have thousands).

Bonus

Each PAD file contains email address of the software developer

Software developers, who create these PAD files, know they may get contacted by the software download site webmasters

You can email to your whole database from within your download site control panel

Do I need to say more?

Enjoy.

Don’t hesitate to post a comment. This blog is do follow and I am not greedy

Wikijacking is not a new term. In good old days people used to hijack Wikipedia pages and suck the link juice out of it as much as they could. This really pissed off Wikipedia owners and moderators so in around 2007 Wikipedia went nofollow as a result.

This technique is a classic wikijacking with a little twist on it. Of course, anyone can just go out there and spam Wikis to death but the benefits of it are questionable. So, we are, as in classic wikijacking, are going to go out and mass edit other people’s wiki pages. The twist is, we are going to target specific wiki site, supported by popular link building automation software programs like SENuke.SENuke specifically supports several popular wiki platforms and DO NOT lock pages by default. This means that there are tons of open pages that are created by SEOs for promotional purposes. They are likely are already a part of linkwheels and have relevant backlinks pointing to them.

I’ll use Wikispaces as an example. Just go to Google and search for the following.

your keyword -protected site:wikispaces.com

It will give you a list of relevant pages on Wikispaces that are open for editing. You can easily spot pages created by SENuke and other SEO bots.

Now you have three options depending on your hat.

White hat. Contribute relevant content to the wiki page and add you link.

Grey hat. Just inject you links into the page text or dump them right under the article or between paragraphs.

Black hat. Edit out links to competitor’s money site and replace with a link to your money site.

You can add links to all pages you’ve just edited to Linklicious so they get re-crawled.

Here are few useful tips if you go this way:

Work under proxy since your IP will appear in wiki logs

Post anonymously or using the throwaway wiki account (self explanatory)

DO NOT use this method on you customer’s web sites. WIki owners can get really pissed by you editing their pages and can follow your link and contact the site owners

To boost your results, use Scrapebox to harvest wiki pages, find out their PageRank and then only inject links into high PR pages

That’s all, folks. Happy wikijacking.

UPDATE: Yesterday EdwinSoft released an updated version of BMD 5.5.6.0 and this method stopped working. You can’t use HTTP POST API with DeathByCaptcha anymore but you can still use normal API.

Download http://edwinsoft.net/downloads/bmd/decaptcher_dll.zip and unzip it to your BMD folder

In Bookmarking Demon settings uncheck “use HTTP POST”

Enter server address api.deathbycaptcha.com

Enter port 8223

Test by clicking “Check Balance”

You still need to opt in to use DeCapcher API at http://deathbycaptcha.com/user/api/decaptcher

Also, everyone who used cracked version of BMD 5.5.5.0 is screwed now. It won’t work anymore.

UPDATE: You need to go to http://deathbycaptcha.com/user/api/decaptcher and opt in to use DeCapcher API. It won’t work if you don’t.

I kinda missed it happened last week but on the 11th of May DeathByCaptcha created DeCaptcher compatibility API. Don’t get me wrong, I love DeCaptcher but I use Bookmarking Demon a lot. DeCaptcher allows software vendors to charge any amount of money on top of their $2 per 1000 CAPTCHAs solved. BMD adds another $2 per 1000 on top of DeCaptcher fees which makes it ridiculously expensive to blast with CATPCHA enabled. Holy crap. Four bucks per thousand CAPTCHAs.

DeathByCaptcha costs only $1.4 per thousand and now they support both normal and HTTP POST APIs of DeCaptcher. All you need to do is sign up for DeathByCaptcha and opt in for DeCaptcher API. Then you simply use api.deathbycaptcha.com/decaptcher as a DeCapcher server in BMD and voila, you are only paying a bucks and a half.

Go for it and save some money. Talk soon.

Let me tell you a story of an average Joe the Spammer who just bought Scrapebox and discovered the magic fast poster that can spit out five hundred comments per minute. The first thing Joe does he buys a cheap auto approve blog list, loads pre-spun generic comments and spams away. After a couple or so blasts something happens. Joe’s website suddenly goes from the page two of Google to page two hundred and in another two days disappears from index all together. Joe runs over to the BHW and post a thread about how Scrapebox blasts got his site “sandboxed”.

Let me tell you another story about Jane the Good Girl. Jane always stays away from the terrible “black hat” automation tools like Scrapebox. It is very dangerous to use and can get your site “banned” by Google. Also, all the SEO “experts” on WF are always telling her about dangers of building links too fast and using automation tools that will definitely get you site “banned”. So, every day Jane create one Angela backlink and post two or three comment to “quality” blogs. After months of hard work Jane see her site moved from page thirty to page ten on Google. She just need to build some more “quality” links. Only six more months to dominate her keyword with hundred unique searches per month.

Today I’d like to help Jane and Joe with their blog commenting efforts. The method is not new and I didn’t invent it but it still seem to work pretty well. They key is, we don’t want to become Jane and do a lot of tedious manual job nor do we want to become Joe and spam to auto approve blogs that are already spammed to death by Viagra sellers. We need to mass comment on moderated blogs and get out comment approved as much as possible. Also, we do not want to work too hard on the project since we have some better things to do than to sit hunched over the keyboard.

1. First you need to head over to Google News and type your main keyword there

I’ll use dating niche as an example. I go to Google News and type “dating”. What I am looking for is something shocking or buzz worthy. Something people are (or will be soon) talking about a lot. Scandals, gossip are good candidates. Here is what I found.

This is a very good news. Both celebrity gossip and scandal at the same time. Also, Scarlett Johansson is hot and she is a celebrity. There are plenty of celebrity gossip blogs and personal blogs where people are talking about her. Good stuff.

2. Create five or more comments and spin them

Here you need to write a comment that will cover this hot news. You personal opinion about the event or something similar. Write several different versions of it and remember to spin it well. Here is how your comment might look like.

Did you hear the news? Scarlett now is officially dating Sean Penn. I love Scarlett so much. I can’t believe she fell for this preak. She is so much better than that.

Well, you get the point.

3. Fire up Scrapebox and start harvesting

At this step we will use Scrapebox to harvest a list of blogs that mention Scarlett Johansson. This post is not to teach you how to use Scrapebox. Hopefully you know how to harvest that mention particular keywords. One tips though, use time settings and only harvest for fresh posts. I recommend no more that a month since many bloggers automatically close comments on posts older than thirty days.

4. Load list of names, emails and websites and blast away

Go ahead and blast your comments to all the blogs you’ve harvested. Yes, there will be false positives and expect much lower success ration than with auto approve list commenting. However, large chunk of your comments will pass the manual moderation and appear among other legit comments.

One tip here is to use normal names when you post. Do not use keyword as a name. It is just asking moderator to spam mark you comment. Use legit names and you’ll be all right. You can easily run two or three blasts a days using this method. Give it a go and let me know what you think.

Here’s what I found in my email box today:

During the past couple of weeks we have made some changes at Mister Wong: our free directory is back and there are also newly designed user pages.

This – and our current page rank of 8 – makes Mister Wong popular with its users; but unfortunately also with lots of gatecrashers … Automatic bots have registered a couple of thousand spam accounts in the past weeks alone, which led to a very high operating expense for our quality control team and our data base handling.

Therefore from today on, mister-wong.com will only be free of charge to private users with “trusted” status. The “trusted” status will only be given to users who are not using their account for commercial purposes.

We are inviting all other users to switch to a Pro account – an upgrade gives you many benefits, e.g. your user page is visible to all visitors and will be found and indexed by search engines. Above that we offer the option to have your bookmarks entered in our directory. For this we chose a low pricing which starts at just 2 USD. Upgrade your account now:
http://www.mister-wong.com/payments/upgrade/

If you use Mister Wong for private matters only, you can apply for Trusted User status. We will audit all applications thoroughly; misuse will lead to suspension of the respective account.
I am no webmaster, no ad or affiliate or seo addict and want to be Trusted User, click here:
http://www.mister-wong.com/payments/trusted_user/?user=*****

If you do not want to use Mister Wong any longer, you can export your bookmarks here:
http://www.mister-wong.com/bookmarks/export/

Please act within the next 7 days as we will ultimately refresh our data base after that – meaning all accounts that have not been authorized and upgraded to Pro or Trusted User status will be deleted!

That’s quite a tragic loss of easy do-follow PR8 domain backlinks. Now you have to pay from $2 to $24 per month for the privilege to bookmark at Mister Wong. And for $2 you only get 10 bookmarks total per month. $24 buys you 10,000 bookmarks per month.

If you have any legit non-spammed-to-death Mister Wong account, it is time to request a trusted user status and only use this account to bookmark your important money pages (together with a lot of legit camouflage links of course).

What’s more interesting is that Web 2.0 services started to wake up to the fact people were using, use, and will use they to build backlinks. Instead of denying it and silently banning accounts they are now starting to charge a little bit of money, like Mister Wong, or just admit they are backlink building service and require their users to submit only original non-spun content, like Quondio.

The Truth about Social Bookmarking

You’ve probably heard a lot of crap about social bookmarking. Maybe you’ve heard that social bookmarking doesn’t work anymore and is not as effective as it used to be few years ago. Maybe you’ve heard a total opposite like social bookmarking is a best way of getting tons of high PR do-follow backlinks on an autopilot. So, what is the truth? Is it still worth it to bookmark all your web properties everywhere? Or should you drop it altogether? And the most important question; is it worth it to spend the time required to run a proper bookmarking campaign?

My Take on Social Bookmarking

First of all, there are two types of social bookmarking sites.

First is main bunch of major sites, like Digg, Reddit, Mister-Wong, Mixx (got bought recently, not accepting new users anymore), Diigo (this one I really use to keep my browser bookmarks because Delicious sucks), and some more. They have few things in common. They are mostly no-follow (there are exceptions to this rule), they use CAPTCHA extensively (not all of them), and they hate self-promoters and automated software. You can still spam the hell out of them but the change to you ranking will be minuscule if any.

Second is a bunch of sites running a version of open source social bookmarking script like Scuttle, Pligg, or PHPDug. There are thousands of these sites online. The majority do not require CAPTCHA to submit a bookmark, although it is usually required for account creation. Some of them have decent PR. They are a bit of a mix of do-follow and no-follow. Many of them are poorly moderated. Some of them are not even indexed.

In my opinion it is virtually worthless to bookmark your money site many times on any of the social bookmarking sites. Worthless in terms of time spent versus results. Backlinks form these sites have supposedly lost their power in the eyes of Google. Also, to get a variety of links on major bookmarking sites you’ll need to open many accounts which, in turn, will require a good set of paid proxy servers or a constant harvesting and testing the free ones (they log your IP and easily spot your multi-account set up resulting in ban of all the accounts). I’d use major sites to bookmark my Web 2.0 link wheels using one or two accounts but that’s about it.

Social bookmarking is good for one thing though. And it is spam links support. If you send out thousands of articles with Article Marketing Robot, do a massive profile links blast, or submit hundreds of blog comments, all pointing to your link wheels, videos, or even a money site, your most important task, in order to get a permanent ranking boost, is to make them indexed and keep them in index. If your post never gets indexed or drops out of index you don’t have a backlink. The solution is to socially bookmark them and do RSS blasts with all you spam links. It is important to do both. Social bookmarking gives your low quality links some low quality backlinks and RSS blast pings search engines to come and crawl them.

Here comes one little problem. An average verified XRumer blast delivers anywhere from 1000 to 10000 links in 24-48 hours. You need a good social bookmark automation tool and a proper strategy to execute to handle this amount of links in a short period of time. I’ll give you both, read on.

Automating the Process – Bookmarking Demon

Bookmarking Demon to me is the best dedicated social bookmarking submission tool available at the moment. The ultimate social bookmarking automation robot, exactly what we need to accomplish our mass bookmarking task. Let’s have a look at its capabilities.

Built In Database

Bookmarking Demon comes with more than a hundred of sites, which are the mix of do-follow and no-follow. Almost all of them require CAPTCHA to register an account and roughly third of them require CAPTCHA to submit a bookmark. The good news is you can add an unlimited amount of Scuttle, Pligg, or PHPDug sites and Bookmarking Demon will visit each of the sites and determine if it can post there. You will also know if you need CAPTCHA to submit a bookmark or register an account. Now, this is important. We will be blasting away several thousands of bookmarks and we don’t want to type all the CAPTCHAs. Using DeCaptcher to submit this amount of links will cost you a little fortune. I put it simple; we want sites that do not require CAPTCHA to submit a bookmark. Account creation is OK, it’s one off process.

Account Creation and Email Verification

This is a standard feature of all automated tools nowadays. All your accounts on all the bookmarking sites will be created automatically. Then you will run an email verification process which will download all confirmation emails from the bookmarking sites and click on the confirmation link. All is done on the autopilot.

I have a couple of recommendations here. Enable DeCaptcher to avoid typing CAPTCHA manually. You will be creating hundreds of accounts and typing CAPTCHA isn’t something you want to do here. Next, avoid any free email providers like Hotmal, Gmail, Yahoo, and others. They will filter half of your confirmation emails as spam. Create a new email box at your hosting account and enable POP3 access. Then, use this email to create accounts. If you are going to create more than one account per site (makes sense for some ScuttlePlus sites that limit amount of bookmarks you can submit per day), then create several email boxes.

One of the cool features of Bookmaking Demon is importing of the accounts. This means you can outsource the account creation process to someone else on a forum or elsewhere for peanuts and then import the whole lot of accounts at once. You can get hundreds of accounts created for thirty bucks or less.

Scuttle/Pligg/PHPDug Sites Support

You can add an unlimited number of bookmarking sites that use these open source scripts. Using these sites is a main part of my mass bookmarking strategy. You can search for a good list of these sites on forums or harvest your own list with Scrapebox and add them to Bookmaking Demon. Bookmaking Demon will visit each site and do quick health check. It will only process and add sites that it can post to.

Web Pages Queue

This is where you put all the pages you want to be bookmarked. Bookmaking Demon will visit each page and get its title, tags, and description. You can edit this data later on and spin it using JetSpinner syntax if you wish. It makes sense to do when you are submitting to main set of sites. In my mass bookmarking strategy we don’t have time needed to spin ten thousand description fields, so it is not that important.

You can also use RSS Crawler here and add some URLs from various RSS feeds and mix them with your own URLs to make your bookmarking feed look more natural. Again, it makes sense for main sites camouflage but not for mass bookmarking. We will be pouring out so many bookmarks from so many sources that everything will look “unnaturally”.

Bookmarking Queue

After you created a list of web pages you’d like to bookmark you add them to the bookmarking queue. Bookmaking Demon will pick pages from this queue one by one and submit them. If CAPTCHA is required for submission process, you need to type it manually or use one of the CAPTCHA solving services. Bookmaking Demon supports DeCaptcher and Bypass Captcha.

Be careful here because, by default, Bookmaking Demon will try to submit your web page to all of the bookmarking sites you have selected. If you are bookmarking XRumer blast of 5,000 profiles on 300 sites it will result in 1,500,000 submissions. Even with 20 threads doing one submission per 10 seconds, it results in roughly 208 hours (8 and a half days) of non-stop submission. I explain my Bookmaking Demon set up for speedy processing in a separate section below.

Pinging Support

Bookmaking Demon supports pinging of all of the submission results. There are no ping servers set up by default but you can use the same set of ping servers you use in WordPress. Bookmaking Demon will check each ping server and only add those that are alive. You can add any web page to the pinging queue and use this module as a standalone pinger.

Reporting

This comes handy if you are doing social bookmarking for your customers as part of SEO services package. You can export the submission results to Excel and use them to create a fancy report for your clients. You can also export the ping results in the similar manner. Or, you can go crazy and bookmark your bookmarks from this report. Or turn your bookmarks into RSS feed and ram it via some RSS submitter software.

Scheduler

You can schedule you bookmark submission. You can either set it to run at certain time or create a drip feed schedule where you bookmarks are submitted in small chunks over a period of time. You need to have a CAPTCHA service enabled if you’d like to post to CAPTCHA enabled sites. If you don’t have it they will be skipped. To be honest, I never used a scheduler on my local computer for a couple of reasons. First, I am blasting a lot of bookmarks at once to a large number of sites almost all the time. Second, scheduler block the whole Bookmarking Demon. You can’t do anything when scheduler is running. Not even add new pages to queue.

==> Click Here to Buy Bookmarking Demon <==

The Good

User-friendly interface

Unlimited number of user-added sites

Hands free submission (if you use DeCaptcher or CAPTCHA-free services)

Regular product updates

Superb support (24 hours reply to your tickets)

Scheduler blocks the whole interface when it is running. You can’t do anything, not even add new pages to queue or edit titles and descriptions.

Adding web pages to bookmarking queue is very slow. It can easily take an hour or more for a large number of pages (I am talking about thousands of pages).

The Bad

Scheduler blocks the whole interface when it is running. You can’t do anything, not even add new pages to queue or edit titles and descriptions.

Adding web pages to bookmarking queue is very slow. It can easily take an hour or more for a large number of pages (I am talking about thousands of pages).

Verdict

A must have for any serious promoter. Period.

My Social Bookmarking Demon Strategy

Now I’d like you to stop and read this section very carefully. This is my strategy that makes the whole social bookmarking process worth your while.

The main point here is use social bookmarking to promote your promoters. This includes all the spam links from blog comments and forum profiles, and mass article blasts.

First step is bookmarking of your money site, main Web 2.0 feeder sites, YouTube videos and alike. This step is optional but it doesn’t hurt to do it. You can skip it if you are short on time. I use only main high quality social bookmarking sites and one set of accounts for this submission. Remember to turn ON anti-bot and human submission simulation in Bookmarking Demon. Every time I create a new post on a feeder site or create a new YouTube video, I bookmark them once on all main sites together with some RSS content for camouflage. That’s it.

In short, all URLs on all sites.

The main step is to bookmark all your mass articles submissions, XRumer profile blasts and mass blog comments. You’ll have a list of several thousand sites to bookmark. My strategy here is to bookmark each URL on at least one social bookmarking site.

In short, one URL on one site.

I use only Scuttle/Pligg/PHPDug sites that do not require CAPTCHA for bookmark submission (account creation is OK). With CAPTCHA solving enabled you’d be paying five to twenty bucks for each bookmarking session run. Not good. So, CAPTCHA-free sites only.

To execute this strategy you’ll need a massive list of these sites. You can grab lists from forums and run them via Bookmarking Demon or, better, use a good harvesting tool like Scrapebox and build your own list. Another option is to purchase a list or buy Bookmarking Demon via my link and get my list of verified sites as a bonus.

==> Click Here to Buy Bookmarking Demon <==

When you build you list of social bookmarking sites, make sure to weed out any porn related sites and sites that are not indexed by Google. Again, Scrapebox is very good for that. For better results, you can get rid of sites with no PageRank too but I usually keep them.

It is relatively safe to turn OFF the anti-bot feature and human simulation in Bookmarking Demon when you submit to these sites. It’ll speed up the submission process dramatically.

I also supplement mass social bookmarking with RSS feed blast. I use my custom software to turn all links into RSS feeds. You can use links2rss.com or similar service to do it. Then I submit feeds to RSS directories like Feedagg and Feedage and also run them via RSS Submitter software.

It gets your low quality backlinks indexed and gives them a little bit of support backlinks.

My Bookmarking Demon Set Up

This the description of the exact set up I use for mass bookmarking link to Scuttle/Pligg/PHPDug sites. The key is to do as little as we can get away with. This means we will be bookmarking one link on one social bookmarking account. This why it is important to create as many account on our low quality social bookmarking as we can.

Here are the preferences I use.

Performance

Increase the number of threads if your computer can handle it. If you have a high end quad core CPU you can easily double it to 40 threads.

Set waiting time to zero. This essentially disables human simulation. We are going to blast our bookmarks as fast as we can to a bunch of un-moderated websites, so we can get away with it.

Reduce waiting time to one minute or less to give up submitting to sites that are down faster.

Enable submitting to a first available category to be able to submit your bookmark regardless if you set a category in social bookmarking sites list or not.

Disable anti-bot and enable CAPTCHA skipping. We are not paying for CAPTCHA solving here.

Set an option to generate only ONE bookmark PER ACCOUNT. Otherwise each of your bookmarks will go to all of the accounts. We want to bookmark each web page once only.

Randomization

Miscellaneous

Select option to auto delete bookmarking sites that rejected your user name and password because it usually means your account has been banned. We don’t need sites that ban us in our list.

Accounts

Enable CAPTCHA solving to create account. Create least three or more accounts on each social bookmarking site using different user names and emails. Check emails and confirm your accounts.

Submitting and Pinging

Add your web pages to queue and submit and ping them in chunks. Make sure to delete submitted pages from the list of pages to bookmark in between submission runs.

I’ll go in more depth on this process in my Bookmarking Demon quick-start PDF which you get as a bonus when you buy Bookmarking Demon via my link.

And the last tip. Get yourself a good Windows VPN to run all your submissions with Bookmarking Demon and others tools. In this case you can start all your blasts and disconnect from the server leaving them running. It’ll save your home network bandwidth and processing power of your computer for the better use. And you’ll sleep better, guaranteed.

==> Click Here to Buy Bookmarking Demon <==

Bookmarking Demon Bonus

Now, good review is not a good review without a bonus. Here is my Bookmarking Demon bonus offer.

The problem with using Bookmarking Demon to execute my strategy is you need to find a lot of Scuttle/Pligg/PHPDug sites and keep your list up to date. This is a tedious and time consuming task. You need to master a harvesting tool live ScrapeBox or search hundreds of forum posts to create a good list. Then, you need to feed your list to Bookmarking Demon to process. This can take hours and hours to filter the list of a few thousands of sites only to find ten or twenty working ones.

Harvesting is complex and time consuming

Filtering porn sites and sites banned from Google is time consuming

Even if Bookmarking Demon accepts you site, it can fail to create an account or publish bookmarks

I’ll be straight. Time is money. So, if you buy Bookmarking Demon via my link I will give you a list of pre-selected social bookmarking sites I personally use in my campaigns. Some folks out there sell lists of thousands of unverified sites. You pay only to spend enormous amount of time filtering these lists out of porn and de-indexed sites. My list isn’t that large but all sites are verified by me personally. Here is what you get:

List of 300+ verified Scuttle/Pligg/PHPDug sites

I successfully created an account on all these sites

I successfully submitted bookmarks to all these sites

You will get the updates for as long as you stay on my customer list

PLUS You will get my link building mind map. A visual map of the link building process I use to rank sites fast

PLUS Bookmarking Demon quick-start PDF. How to start blasting bookmarks using my strategy in no time flat

Here is how to get your bonus:

Clear your cookies (optional but highly recommended)

Buy Bookmarking Demon using THIS LINK

Use a contact form to send me you receipt

I’ll get back to you with your bonuses as soon as I can

Conclusion

Here you have it. Social bookmarking is definitely not dead and can be used quite successfully to support you low tier link networks and ensure quick indexing of mass article directory submissions, xRumer blasts, and blog comment spam. However it’s imperative to complement it with RSS blasts which are the topic for the other article. Bookmarking Demon is probably the best social bookmarking automation software on the market, so, if you don’t have it, buy it now. Then, leave you comment below and join the list to get more cool stuff (no B.S. guaranteed).

So, you want to be an Internet marketer? Welcome to the club. Chances are you’ve read some guru newsletter, bought some Clickbank product, read some blogs, or even hung out at WarriorForum for a while reading about all these “hey I made hundred bucks online” “success” stories. Maybe you even tried to make a couple of websites. You’ve listened to the gurus, done all the right things, posted articles, Hubpages, blog comments. But you never made any significant amount of money, never managed to rank your website or maybe you ranked it just to find out that nobody buys the crap you are trying to sell. If it sounds like you, then read on.

Here is my no B.S. guide to making money online. Today we will cover the first and the most important key to success. And this is that grey crap you have inside your skull between your ears.

Mindset

No guru will tell you about that, but your mindset is crucial for your success. I am not talking about positive thinking or goal setting here. These things are important and we will cover them later, but I am talking about some serious shit here. The kind of shit that can not only prevent you from making any money online but also will sabotage your whole life for that matter without you even noticing it.

I am talking about your unconscious values and beliefs here. Stuff that has been imprinted in your mind during your childhood, in the school, university, during your work life.

If, for example, you have been imprinted with a belief that people with a lot of money are evil, for your unconscious mind it is as real as the belief that sun is going to come tomorrow. It will sabotage all your efforts in money making just to avoid being evil. It will create a story in your head about why you didn’t do what needed to be done to make money and you will believe this story and justify your success preventing actions.

Do you follow me? All modern education system is designed to produce mindless drones that will work 9 to 5 in factories or corporations. You’ve been programmed to be a failure in business since your early childhood. If you have this kind of crap in your head, no matter what you do you will certainly fail. You unconscious mind will do ANYTHING to make your reality congruent with your values and beliefs.

Let me tell you what I’ve got imprinted and had to get rid of. See, if you can recognise any of these beliefs (unless you’ve been born with a silver spoon in your mouth).

Rich people are evil/dishonest/greedy

People with a lot of money must share their wealth with everybody

You need to be lucky to make a lot of money

Making a lot of money is freaking hard

Making money online is probably some kind of scam

Generating a lot of back links with software robots is spamming (and spamming is evil)

I can keep on and on but you get the point.

Solution

Adjust your values and change you beliefs on an unconscious level.

Here is a little exercise you can do. Take a sheet of paper and write down as many answers to the following question as you can. Answers must be short one or two words.

What’s important to you about your life?

Keep writing until you run out of answers. Then keep asking yourself this question. You will come up with some more and run out again. Keep asking this question. In the last round the most unconscious values will come out. After you finish, look at the list and arrange them in the order of importance.

Do the same exercise for the following question.

What’s important to you about your work?

Now, look at these lists. This is YOU! If you have MONEY at the bottom and PLEASE MY BOSS at the top, guess what happen?

You need to have powerful set of values and beliefs to success.

Tools

Here are the most powerful tools I found to help me re-program myself.

NLP

When it comes to operating your head and fixing unconscious stuff, nothing beats NLP. I’d recommend finding a good NLP Master Practitioner in your area by recommendation and do a personal breakthrough session. It’ll cost you a little fortune but you will get rid of most of the problems in one therapy session. You will never be the same ever again.

Hypnosis

You can visit a hypnotherapist to install the positive beliefs on an unconscious level as hypnotic suggestions. Your NLP Practitioner will likely be a hypnotherapist as well, so you can do both. Another option is a self-hypnosis.

Brainwave Entrainment

Very powerful mind altering technology backed by a solid scientific research. You can use special sound beats to get your mind into trance state and then use visualization or self-hypnosis to install any belief. It is like having a personal hypnotherapist. There is inexpensive software that allows you to do it.

Conclusion

I’ll be blatant; if you are to make any decent amount money online you need to get your shit fixed up. Forget about all the latest techniques, software, loopholes and alike until you CREATE the right mindset for success. How badly do you want it?

To be continued…

How is your link building going? How much time did you spend on link building this week? So you know time (unlike money) is not renewable resource. You only have so many hours in a day and only so many weekends left before you die. Would you like spend more time building links? Of course, not. So, what do you do? The answer is automation. Here are three automated link building strategies you are not using what you should.

1. Article Marketing Automation

Article marketing is a very important source of backlinks. How do you do it?

The old way. Publish your article to as many article directories as you can, hoping other webmasters will pick it up and republish, thus giving you a backlink.

An automated way. Register at article distribution service like Article Marketing Automation where hundreds of hungry web site owners have registered their websites and are waiting for you to give them an article to publish.

Did I mention it is all automated? After you put your article there it gets published day after day, every day giving you a steady stream of backlinks. Over time, as you publish more and more articles, the stream becomes a river that becomes a flood of backlinks.

2. One Way Links

In bad old days people used to use reciprocal linking. I scratch you back, you scratch mine. I link to you, you link to me. The rise and fall of free-for-all link pages and other “spammy” techniques put an end to reciprocal linking. Now you should link to me and I don’t. One way links is the name of the game. So, how you do it?

The old way. Write very cool “pillar” post and hope other people will spread the word and link to you (also known as “link bait” technique), thus giving you a backlink. Or find a lot of high PR blogs relevant to your niche that use do-follow links, post a “smart” comment hoping it gets approved, thus giving you a backlink. Or, maybe, find a forum or two and participate for ten months before posting a link to your signature, thus giving you a backlink.

An automated way. Register at BuildMyRank or similar service, where they have tons of high PR blogs waiting for your post to be published. Outsource the post writing to them, so you yourself do nothing. Watch your site climb up in the ranks. This is a single, most powerful ranking technique you must use now (your competitors do).

3. RSS Submission

When you add your blog’s RSS feed to RSS directory, every time you publish a post, the feed gets updated and you get a backlink from RSS directory. So, what do you do?

The old way. Register at RSS directory. Submit a feed (remember to enter capture). Go to Yahoo Pipes or similar tool and create a mashup of different RSS feeds. Submit the mashup too. Rinse and repeat hundred times for better effect.

An automated way. Install Web Traffic Genius plugin, spend ten to fifteen minutes to configure it, add RSS directory accounts, add decapture. Watch Web Traffic Genius generates different RSS feeds for you and submits them to all the RSS directories. Well, actually, there is nothing to watch. It is all done automatically every time you post to your blog.

Here you go. Three automated links building strategies. Now, pick up at least one strategy and implement it.

And leave me a comment what you did.

PS. This article is flooded with evil affiliate links. When you buy anything, send me an email, I have a gift for you.

One of the easy ways to get free backlinks to your blog is to use social media syndication. What I mean by that is simply using a service like Ping.FM or Hello.TXT to submit your new blog post announcement to a bunch of social networks at once. You post title and URL goes to Twitter, Facebook, Posterous, Tumblr, and so on. Since you are usually limited by 140 characters, both Ping.FM and Hello.TXT are using their own URL shorteners to trim your URL.

Here is how it works:

User click on shortened link

URL shortener service sends 301 redirect to the browser

User gets redirected to you blog post

But what happens to the link power along the way? Is the magical link juice gets transferred to your blog via the link? It depends on a couple of factors.

Is the micro-blogging service you’re updating support do follow links? If they don’t then, in theory, no link juice is passed and it doesn’t count as a back link by Google and others.

Does the link juice actually flow via 301 redirect? Mark from Seer Interactive took trouble to run some real tests with link juice distribution via 301 redirects. You can read the results here. The good news is Google seems to pass the link power via 301 redirect but Yahoo and Bing seem to do not. Either way, some of the link power is still lost.

Here are the results of my own investigation with Identi.ca. Identi.ca is PR8 micro-blogging platform, similar to Twitter, that uses do follow links (free backlink). I’ve check the ranking data for a few of my sites referenced in Identi.ca, some of them via my own URL shortener, other using direct link to the domain. According to Yahoo Site Explorer direct links to the domain count as backlink to this domain, however URL shortener links count as a backlink to the URL shortener domain.

The moral of the story is, do not use URL shortener when syndicating your content via Ping.FM or Hello.TXT. If you use it, backlinks will count towards the URL shortener domain (not what you want). If you need short URL, install the shortener script or plugin for WordPress on the same domain you web site is on. This way you get a link back to the same domain. When posting to Hello.TXT prefix the URL with a star (*) to disable their URL shortener.

Here is a quick and easy way to get your brand new website indexed by Google in 24 hours. I successfully use it to get my brand new niche sites indexed and start ranking in no time. Make sure you follow it to the letter because each step is very important.

1. Domain

Get yourself a good used domain name with back links. Second best choice in to buy a brand new domain but make sure to pay for three year registration. This kinda tells Google you are not a fly by night business. Aim for .com only. Forget about the rest. For more impact register or buy a domain name with your primary keyword phrase in there.

Here are few places to get a used domain name:

Sedo

BuyDomains.com

Afternic

Buy Sell Web Site

NamePros

I buy all my new domains from Namecheap. The best registrar by far.

2. Website

I prefer to use WordPress for all my websites but this is not crucial. The method will work for static HTML websites as well. So, create a website and add five to seven pages of relevant keyword rich content. Now, add and activate Google XML Sitemaps plugin for WordPress or create and upload an XML sitemap for a static website using http://www.xml-sitemaps.com. This is the most important step. I’ve seen websites not being indexed for months because they missed an XML sitemap. Just adding a site map made them indexed in a day or two.

3. Bookmarking and tweeting

Create a few accounts on social bookmark and microblogging websites. Make sure you aim for established and reputable sites. I’ll give you a sample list later. Go there and tweet some pages from your website and socially bookmark some pages. You may also socially bookmark your tweets and tweet your social bookmark website profiles. Do not overdo it or you risk your accounts to be banned pretty quickly.

This will not create proper back links but we are aiming for a quick indexing here, not quick ranking (yet).

Here is a good list of microblogging platforms:

http://twitter.com

http://identi.ca

http://posterous.com

http://tumblr.com

Here are some good social bookmarking websites to start with:

http://delicious.com

http://stumbleupon.com

http://mister-wong.com

http://mixx.com

http://fark.com

http://diigo.com

http://folkd.com

4. Ping

Go to http://www.pingomatic.com and ping your blog URL and all the URLs of your microblogging timelines and social bookmark profiles.

You are done.

I can not guarantee your website will be indexed in 24 hours but it will be really fast. I’ve seen brand new site indexed in just a few hours. Sometimes it takes two or three days. It never took me more than a week to get a website to Goggle index. You can try to do more bookmarking and pinging in a couple of days but do not overdo it. Do not follow a pattern, be as random as possible. And remember, used domains are by far the best choice.

If you’d like to speed up and automate the process of bookmarking and pinging, I highly recommend the software called Bookmarking Demon. It automates the whole process of bookmark submissions and pinging and make it more random.

If you try this method, leave me a comment. I’d like to know your results.
