It has been said many times that Carl has lived a dozen lives. He dropped out of high school and joined the Coast Guard after obtaining his G.E.D.  He excelled there on helicopter rescue missions. As a life-long learner, Carl obtained his Bachelor's from the University of Florida and holds a Master's in Ministry Leadership, and a Master's in Divinity from Southeastern University.

Having been converted by the Father's love, his primary passion is to help people encounter the liberating work of Jesus and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit.
