Have a great day ahead everybody!

"Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being "in love" which any of us can convince ourselves we are. Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident. Your mother and I had it, we had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossom had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two."
-St. Augustine

My Life

Tomorrow my son Joshua will turn 1 month. I already lose 25 lbs. and I'm so happy that I am losing weight without doing anything but just breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is good for babies but it is also good for us. It helps us lose weight sooner than we think at least for me. On March 07 is my son's 1st month appointment.

Just to let you know me and sons are going to Philippines for a while, while me and my husband are figuring out what we gonna do next with our lives. He wants us to separate for a while see what will happen to us. To tell you the truth I don't like the idea of separating but I don't have a choice. If you read my last post about I'm tired of crying, this is why. I don't know how we end up like this but now it is time to accept the situation and be positive about it. I'm still hoping we can fix our relationship but only time will tell. Right now I'm hurting but I don't have a choice. Please pray for us.

What I Learned in Life

Here is a Poem that my Mother-in-law sent me when I was feeling so down. I want to share this all of you because it touched me and I know some of you need to know this. The title of this poem is:

What I Learned in Life

I've learned -
that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is be someone who can be loved. The rest is up to them.

I've learned-
that no matter how much I care, some people just don't care back.

I've learned-
that it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it.

I've learned-
that it's not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts.

I've learned-
that you can get by on charm for about fifteen minutes. After that, you'd better know something.

I've learned-
that you shouldn't compare yourself to the best others can do.

I've learned-
that you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life.

I've learned-
that it's taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.

I've learned-
that you can keep going long after you can't.

I've learned-
that we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.

I've learned-
that either you control your attitude or it controls you.

I've learned-
that regardless of how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades
and there had better be something else to take its place.

I've learned-
that heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.

I've learned-
that money is a lousy way of keeping score.

I've learned-
that my best friend and I can do anything or nothing and have the best time.

I've learned-
that sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down
will be the ones to help you get back up.

I've learned-
that sometimes when I'm angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel.

I've learned-
that true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance. Same goes for true love.

I've learned-
that just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.

I've learned-
that maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.

I've learned-
that you should never tell a child their dreams are unlikely or outlandish. Few things are more humiliating, and what a tragedy it would be if they believed it.

I've learned-
that your family won't always be there for you. It may seem funny, how people you aren't related to can take care of you and love you and teach you to trust people again. Families aren't always biological.

I've learned-
that no matter how good a friend is, they're going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for that.

I've learned-
that it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you are to learn to forgive yourself.

I've learned-
that no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn't stop for your grief.

I've learned-
that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

I've learned-
that just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they don't love each other And just because they don't argue, it doesn't mean they do.

I've learned-
that we don't have to change friends if we understand that friends change.

I've learned-
that you shouldn't be so eager to find out a secret. It could change your life forever.

I've learned-
that two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.

I've learned-
that no matter how you try to protect your children, they will eventually get hurt and you will hurt in the process.

I've learned-
that your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don't even know you.

I've learned-
that even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you, you will find the strength to help.

I've learned-
that credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.

I've learned-
that the people you care about most in life are taken from you too soon.

I've learned-
that it's hard to determine where to draw the line between being nice and not hurting people's feelings and standing up for what you believe.

Happy Birthday To Me!!!

Waaahh!!! I just turned 28 officially yesterday! I didn't have a party or fancy dinner nor simple celebration with family nothing of that. It was just another ordinary day added to my life. My life right now is a whirlwind don't know what gonna happen next. Having great friends who greeted me in Facebook and here in blogosphere made my "Birthday" special aside from that nothing really. The best gift I received is having a new baby and great friends. My only birthday wish is to overcome all the trials that we are having now. I'm tired of crying. I will be strong and will continue to be strong for my two boys! Please include me to your prayers! Thank you all! Have a great day everyone!!!

Snowing

Today we are experiencing cold weather. It's snowing outside which is odd because it was warmed two days ago and now we are having snow. It's snowing in Central Texas but compared to where we at and where my friends at they have more snow there than here. I put the kids for a nap. My baby is been sleeping the whole day. He just woke up to eat and now he is sleeping again. In the other hand my oldest son is still awake and busy trashing his room. I got more clean clothes to fold and more stuff need to pack here pretty soon. I will tell you more about the packing thing in my next post. For now have a great day everyone!!!

I'm Back

Last February 07,2010 we welcomed our second child Joshua Stewert Stevenson in this world. He weighs 7 lbs. 19 inches, no wonder I was so big when I was pregnant with him. I'm so happy now that he was out. He is so cute. I love having a baby in the house even though I'm exhausted seeing his cute face and smell him everyday starts my day right. It's been a while since my last post here now I'm back in blogosphere. I miss my friends here who constantly checking my blogs even though it's the same post they read for almost a month now lol. I promised I will be more active now. I will post the baby's pics soon. Some of my friends kids celebrated their birthdays and my hubby celebrated his birthday also this month. He didn't want a party so I just cooked him dinner and baked him a cake. This week we are going to Killeen again not just to attend another birthday party but also to stay with my friend's place while my hubby is out of town for his four days training. I'm almost near to my due date that's why he doesn't want me to stay in the house with my son alone.

<div style="border: 1px solid rgb(0, 0, 0); padding: 5px; overflow: auto; We arrived here yesterday and we will going stay here till Sunday. Today we will going to attend one of my friends daughter's 4th birthday party. Tomorrow another birthday party again, we will be busy this month and the next months to follow. This month we will going to celebrate also my hubby's birthday and next month will be mine but before that we will going to have an addition in our small family. Joshua Stewert Stevenson will be born next month, my due date is Feb. 19th but it might be earlier than that since that's what my OBGYN told us. We went to my 34 weeks appointment yesterday and I had an ultrasound to check if baby is in the right position. During my last appointment the doctor told us that the baby maybe still in breech position so whatever the result of my ultrasound yesterday will affect my pregnancy. I thank God that the baby is in the right position already because the thing I want is to force my baby move or me have a c-section. I'm excited to have this baby and I already feeling exhausted because of lack of sleep. I always have backaches and I can't wait to have this baby soon... Well this is just an update for now and gotta take a rest again before we go to that party. I might take a nap first since I didn't get enough sleep last night. Have a great day everyone!!!

Happy New Year

Happy New Year to everyone!!! I hope everyone had a great time with their family and friends. Since we can't celebrate our Christmas with our family we spent our Christmas eve with our friends in Killeen. We had our Noche Buena and exchange gifts and we went home afterwards. Today we opened gifts and just chill out. All in all we had a great Christmas. Our son enjoyed the gifts he got of course he got a lot of toys from us and from our friends. I will the pics later. I'm having trouble in uploading the pictures. Good night folks!!!

Lazy Preggy

It's been a while since I updated this blog. It's that Holiday season that makes me feel so lazy to do anything plus the fact that lately I always feel exhausted without even doing too many work at home. I am at my 27th week now and the baby is so active. I already gained 23 lbs. and still gaining weight. I'm hoping to lose this weight after I had the baby. I am not comfortable of my body size now. Being short and gained all this weight I look like a ball. Sounds funny huh? Not really. I know I need to gain weight because I'm pregnant but at the same time I'm worried that I might gain too much weight. I am much heavier now compared to my first pregnancy. Oh well I can't do anything right now not until I had the baby. It's quick how fast time passed by. I am almost there, my due date is Feb. 19th. Who knows it might be earlier than that.

Wedding Accessories

Wedding is a one day event that you want to be celebrated with your family and friends. My hubby brought me there to eat my favorite seafood. I love their pot of crabs, shrimp, corn, sausage and potatoes. I love crabs! Mmm mmm yummy! I was so full before we left the place. My son had pizza and fries. My hubby had chicken burger. It's been a while since I had crabs and last weekend I was contented we even brought some home. After we ate we went to store to do some grocery shopping and of course we even stopped by in Pilipino Store to grab what I need. All in all it was a great weekend for us. It's been a while since we had that family bonding since my hubby became a full-time recruiter, he's always busy at work. I wish we can do more of those things once in a while.

Thanksgiving is around the corner. We will going to Killeen tomorrow and stay there till weekend. My hubby have a training to attend so me and my son will stay to my friend's house till Sunday. It will be great, so my son can play with his friends and I will not get bored just staying in our house for four days. On Friday we will attend the Fil-Am Thanksgiving Party. There will be lechon yummy! More eating for me lol.

Professional Law Firm in New Jersey

Marriage is a sacred thing but there comes a time that it's not working anymore. My hubby was so happy and excited to found out it's another boy. He wanted boy and when he found out he was right he can't content his self. I am happy everything turns out good regarding my pregnancy. The baby is active and developing right.
