<p>Ingredienti per 4 persone:</p>
<ul>
<li>300 g. di riso Carnaroli;</li>
<li>100 g. di gorgonzola;</li>
<li>1 grappolo di uva bianca;</li>
<li>50 g. di nocciole;</li>
<li>40 g. di burro;</li>
<li>1 scalogno;</li>
<li>dado vegetale Bimby;</li>
<li><span id="more-1885"></span>1 misurino di vino bianco;</li>
<li>700 g. di acqua.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Tagliare a metà gli acini di uva privandoli dei semi.</li>
<li>Tritare le nocciole a vel. 4 per pochi secondi e mettere da parte.</li>
<li>Far stufare lo scalogno con il burro: 2 min 30 sec. a 90° vel. 3.</li>
<li>Posizionare la farfalla e aggiungere il riso e le nocciole: 2 min. 100° vel. 1-2.</li>
<li>Versare il vino: 1 min. 100° vel. 1-2, un cucchiaio di dado vegetale e l’acqua: per 6 min. 100° vel. 1.</li>
<li>Unire l’uva e il gorgonzola tagliato a fettine e lasciare in autocottura per 10 min.</li>

<ul>
<li>80 gr di zucchero di canna</li>
<li>150 gr. di farina</li>
<li>un pezzo di buccia di limone</li>
<li>40 gr. di burro</li>
<li>un pizzico di cannella</li>
<li>un pizzico di zenzero</li>
<li><span id="more-1879"></span>un pizzico di sale</li>
<li>un cucchiaino di lievito</li>
<li>latte quanto basta</li>
</ul>
<p>Polverizzare lo zucchero di canna e la buccia di limone a VEL. 9, aggiungere tutti gli altri ingredienti e dare tre colpi con il tasto turbo.<br />
Aiutandosi con spatola e cucchiaio formare dei biscotti che verranno messi su carta da forno.<br />
Cuocere per una quindicina di minuti a 160°.<strong> La foto è indicativa.</strong></p>

<li>900 gr di pesche lavate e tagliate in grossi pezzi (4-5);</li>
<li> 250 gr di zucchero,</li>
<li>una piccola mela,</li>

<li>2 cucchiai di Dietor.</li>
</ul>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO:</p>
<ul>
<li>Mettere nel boccale le pesche, la mela spezzettata grossolanamente, lo zucchero, il Dietor e il succo di limone.</li>
<li>Chiudere il boccale, porre il misurino e sopra mettere 2 scottex inumiditi e un panno abbastanza pesante da cucina.</li>
<li>Cuocere per 32-34 minuti a varoma, vel 1 1/2.</li>

<p>Per la pasta:</p>
<ul>
<li> 250 gr. farina,</li>
<li>100 gr. burro morbido,</li>
<li>100 gr. mandorle pelate,</li>
<li>100 gr. zucchero,</li>
<li>100 gr. amaretti,</li>
<li>1 uovo piu&#8217; un tuorlo,</li>
<li>1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci,</li>
<li><span id="more-1853"></span>buccia di un limone,</li>
<li>pizzico sale.</li>
</ul>
<p>Per lo zabaione:</p>
<ul>
<li>80 gr. zucchero,</li>
<li>100 gr. marsala secco,</li>
<li>4 tuorli.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Tritate 70 gr. mandorle con gli amaretti: 5 sec. vel.Turbo e mettete da parte.</li>
<li>Preparare l&#8217;impasto versando nel boccale, con lame in movimento a vel.3-4 le rimanenti mandorle e la buccia di limone: 10 sec. da vel.5 a Turbo, aggiungete lo zucchero: 30 sec. vel.Turbo.</li>
<li>Unite la farina, il lievito, le uova, i burro e il sale: 20 sec.vel.3 (spatolando se occorre). Lasciate riposare in frigorifero per circa 10 minuti. Nel frattempo preparate lo zabaione: posizionate la farfalla nel boccale, versate lo zucchero e i tuorli d&#8217;uovo: montate 3 min. vel.3, unite il marsala e cuocete 5 min. 70° vel.3 e mettere da parte. Con l&#8217;impasto foderate una tortiera del dimametro di 26 cm. avendo cura di tenere un poco alti i bordi, cospargete la superficie con metà del trito di mandorle e amaretti, versatevi sopra lo zabaione, livellate e spolverizzate con il rimanente trito.</li>
<li>Coprite il tutto con spicchi di fichi pelati.</li>
<li>Ripiegate i bordi della pasta e cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 20-30 minuti.</li>

<li>30 cappelle di champignon</li>

<li>Snocciolare le olive nel boccale:30 sec.vel.3,togliere e mettere da parte.</li>
<li>grattugiare il parmigiano:20 sec.da vel 3 a turbo.</li>
<li>Aggiungere la polpa delle olive e le acciughe tritare:10 sec. da vel 3 a turbo. Unire il caprino e l&#8217;olio,amalgamare:10 sec. vel.2-3 ora farcire le cappelle dei funghi pelate,lavate e senza gambo e unirle due a due servire su un letto di soncino.</li>

<li>3 cucchiai di miele di acacia</li>
<li>la scorza grattugiata di una arancia</li>
<li>2 uova</li>
<li>un pizzico di cannella</li>
<li><span id="more-1849"></span>50 g. di mandorle tostate e tritate con la buccia di una arancia</li>

<li>Pulire le carote tagliarle a rondelle e sistemarle nel varoma, versare nel boccale 600g. di acqua un pizzico di sale e posizionare il varoma cuocere 20m. tem. Varoma v. 2</li>
<li>Pulire il boccale inserire le carote lessate e frullare con la scorza grattugiata dell’arancia le uova il miele la panna la cannella<br />
versare in una ciotola aggiungere la granella di mandorle e arancia mescolare e distribuire in 6 stampini leggermente imburrati coprire ogni stampino con un foglio di alluminio e cuocere a temp. Varoma per 15 m. circa</li>
<li>Lasciare in frigorifero per 3 ore circa prima di servire con una salsa realizzata cuocendo 200 gr. di mirtilli e 2 cucchiai di miele : 8 m. v. 4 80°</li>
