If you have lower back pain, then this affordable option is well worth the price. I have a condition know as Isthmic Spondylolysis/Spondylolisthesis in L5-S1 region of my lower back/spine. The BKK-200 does an excellent job providing pain relief. I'm not sure why the other reviewer encountered such difficulties. I can only surmise they didn't fully understand how to use it. The instructions are inexplicably lacking any explanation of where or how to use it. Here are the 4 simple steps (of which, only the first 2 are included in Homedics 'Instructions'): Plug it in, turn it on, place in on a chair (or bed), sit back and enjoy the pleasures of the BKK-200. The nimble kneading of the finger like rollers are awesome. For the price, you can't beat it. BedBathBeyond is selling at 1/2 price right now ($20).

I have tried a lot of hand massagers and they have either not worked well, hurt my back or would worsen my back pain. I got this massager as a gift for my mom this past Christmas and she loved it. I ended up trying it and liked it so much that I have ordered one. I would recommend this product if you are looking for something small and easy to use. Works great on my neck and when I have my significant other massage my back with this, he doesn't hurt me.

This backpack is very large inside. It is the third year I am using this brand and style. Being a girl I have to have a new color every year. This one is green. I like the color, it's very vibrant. Last years' was pink and though it was durable, it got dirty too easy and had to be washed quite often. Yes, I wash it in the washer on gentle cycle and hang to dry. It can hold all of my school books, but I'm thankful that I don't have to bring them all at once. Front zipper pocket is very large and holds my pen pouch, a small purse, and cd player. All around great backpack and it's washable, what more could you ask for?

Not a bad little machine. The sound loop for the 6 sounds is pretty good, if you listen (actually listen) to the loop, you can find where it starts repeating. The only thing I didn't like about this machine is that the lights for the on/off and timer are a bit bright! I solve this by putting a small towel over the area. Also, you have to remember to shut it off, or the batteries will wear out quickly! (I'm in Europe and can't use the AC plug.) Other than this, I would recommend it for people who want to either block out surrounding sounds (from outside mostly) or don't like to fall asleep with total quiet.

This is my first attempt at doing an Amazon video review for a product I have purchased. Today I will be reviewing a total of 3 Homedics massage products. This one in particular is the Homedics SBM-500H Therapist Select Shiatsu One Massaging Cushion w/ Heat.

I particularyly enjoy this product because it covers both back and shoulder areas and the rollers for me go all the way down my lower back and the shoulder rollers hit my traps just right (after lowering it to the max)

Pros: Everything about this product I love!

Cons: Shoulder rollers have to be adjusted all the way down for me to use it (I'm 5'6" in height).

I like this particular Swiss army knife because it has a bit more than the standard knife. As a botanist and biology teacher, the hand lens has been used many a time to examine detail on a moss or beetle. The saw is great for camping, as well as collecting specimens. Additionally, you have all the basic handy gadgets you need on a knife: screwdrivers, scissors, nail file, tweezers, etc, as well as your basic, essential knife blade. I've had one of these for over 25 years, and have used it on five continents and for a hundred picnics. My only complaint is that as a lefty, food/muck can get lodged in the grooves of the handle when you use the blade (e.g. cheese, bread crumbs, etc). I use the toothpick to clean it up, but a hassle nonetheless.

I've been looking for a stand for my new iPhone 3GS and I've have visited so many different websites during my search. I chose the M2 Mobile Stand because I wanted a stand that I could use without taking my phone out of its protective case. The stand is very well made and extremely solid. The M2 also has rubber feet on the bottom so it does not move around while it is on my desk so it is very easy to email or text while the iPhone is on the stand. The M2 is made of fairly thick but light weight metal and therefore it is not bendable, however the iPhone lies at a very comfortable angle while it is on the stand. It is very difficult to see in the manufacturer's photos; however the stand also has two small slots in the bottom "fingers" of the stand that matches the speakers on the bottom of the iPhone so the sound is not compromised (genius!).

The M2 will hold my iPhone in either the vertical or horizontal position comfortably and I can use a USB cord to charge the phone while it is in the stand. Aesthetically it looks better when it is charging vertically because the USB cord goes through the slot in the back of the stand; however it will charge horizontally as well so you can watch movies as it charges. I know some people will not be happy paying $30 for a stand with no power or docking cord but Apple supplies one with the iPhone so I'm just using that one. I think it is a great quality product and I'll be buying another one for my home computer. Well worth the money.

I have the 8' x 30" Intex pool. After vacuuming my pool, there was still quite a large amount of sand left behind. This was very easily fixed by attaching a sock instead of the debris bag that came with it. My suggestion to anyone purchasing this product would be to discard the debris bag, and use either a sock or a nylon instead! Other than that, I am Very Pleased with the results, and would definately purchase again and recommend this product to anyone with a children's pool! It does the job!

Excellent closet kit. We ordered two 4-8' deluxe custom kits. My husband and I each have an 8' closet. Kits were very easy to install. By the time we got to the second closet we were pretty fast. Took about 1 hour to install the second closet system. The closet design is great in that there is no cutting with the exception of the last rail cover. Love that the hangers slide easily, our previous closet "system" only allowed a couple of inches either way. The flexibility of the closet is amazing. We also ordered for my husband the shoe shelves, tie and belt organizer, and two sliding pants racks. For me I ordered three sets of shoe rods, two pants racks, and one sliding basket. We also ordered 3 upright extension rods for each closet due to the number of accessories we ordered. I had so much fun playing around with the expandable hanging rods, the shelves, and all the accessories. I now have my closet organized and I cannot believe how much room I have for everything. I even have "room to grow". I highly recommend this closet system.

I received two of these bike lifts as gifts. I installed them to replace my old "hooks-in-the-ceiling" method of hanging bicycles over my car. I had to take care to measure the height of the bicycle (adding a few inches for the pulleys) to ensure they cleared the car. I also measured the length of the bicycle to ensure it wouldn't be in the way of people walking around the car. Finally, I measured between the handlebars and seat so the pulleys were properly spaced. But once that was done, installation was a simple matter of drilling three pilot holes per pulley in a joist and screwing them in.

Although the instructions say to tie a stop knot in the rope and thread it through the pulleys and hooks before installation, it's easier not to do that until after you've installed the pulleys. (I did tie a knot in the rope and run it through the hole before I installed the first pulley, but that that turned out not to be necessary because there's enough clearance to push the rope through afterwards.)

Finally, I installed the cleats low enough to reach but high enough so people don't have to duck under the rope.

Like some of the other reviewers, one of my ropes was frayed. (The other one was fine.) I wrote an e-mail to Racor and a vice-president responded almost immediately. I received a replacement rope two days later. Awesome!

Conclusion: These lifts work very well, are easy to install, are reasonably priced, and are backed by excellent customer service.

After driving for ~2 weeks with both x50 and Valentine One I am
keeping x50 and Val1 will go back to the vendor.

Besides the price differential, x50 offers better pop protection,
is less sensitive in the city driving and offers more up-to-date
interface.

On the other hand it lacks arrows and back window radar (it does
have a back window laser detector, which is not the same as a
full fledged radar that Valentine 1 has patented).

Arrows could come very handy, but this alone does not
justify the ~$120 difference between otherwise very similar
products.

Other than that, both units are very accurate compared to some
other detectors that I've tried. The noise level in the city
driving could get excessive, thankfully x50 comes with a very convinient mute button right on their "smart cord" power supply.

I am deducting a star for the lack of a carrying case,
as less expensive units come with carrying cases out of the box
I was expecting x50 to provide this accessory as part of the
product, not a separate purchase.

The case is well designed and made. The outer material feels durable, the inner shell soft and well padded. The overall case is well formed and seams look carefully done.

I bought this to be used with the Western Digital Passport II (black) WDXMSxxxx drives (5.1"x3.1"x0.6") and the case is a tad too big for it. The drive has a little too much wiggle room despite the elastic strap inside. I imagine the case will be better fitted for slightly bigger drives, e.g. Seagate's ST9xxxxx1U2-RK.

I have very sensitive skin on my neck, and until recently I couldn't shave every day. A few months ago I began trying different shaving products and techniques in hope of finding something that would work for me. For the last three weeks, I've been wet-shaving with this shaver and Billy Jealousy Hydroplane shaving cream with no irritation to speak of.

No, this shaver doesn't shave a close as a blade, but since for me the alternative was shaving every second day, it's way closer than a blade on one day out of two. It also doesn't deal with long hair very well, so I feel like I can't skip a day. That's the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars.

If the Hydroplane seems too expensive, I've also used the shaver with inexpensive shaving oil with good results. The shave is slightly less comfortable during the act, but doesn't result in any lingering irritation. The oil seems to leave a film on the blades and foil, so more frequent cleaning is needed. It didn't work well with any of the traditional shaving creams or gels that I tried. They seem to clog the works and the shave, while comfortable, isn't very close.

Used dry, this shaver wasn't any better than the many others I've tried over the years. I also can't say that this model is any better than the less-expensive Panasonic wet-dry shavers on the market. What I can say is that used in the shower with the right shaving lube it results in the least irritation of any method I've ever tried.

I wasn't familiar with director Kathryn Bigelow's work prior to watching Hurt Locker (she directed Point Break, K-19, and others), but I am now a convert. She directed a brilliant and visceral Iraq war movie, which unlike many of its peers, is also apolitical. It's not overly preachy (In the Valley of Elah or Stop Loss) or pure action (The Kingdom), but manages to strike its own ground. The scenes are gritty, shaky; thankfully the shaky cam/documentary style footage is tastefully done here. The movie was filmed on location in Jordan, lending to the film's authenticity and immersivity. The viewer can almost taste the dust in the air, and feel the stares from the unwelcoming populace. It's the first mainstream movie to highlight the work of bomb defusal technicians , and it's a thankless and extremely hazardous job. The movie is Black Hawk Down good, albeit on a more intimate level.

The movie follows three members of Bravo Company's Explosive Ordanance Disposal (EOD) squad, as they struggle to finish the last few days of their year long tour of duty. Everyone copes differently; Specialist Eldridge (Geraghty) is overwhelmed at times with the death that surrounds them, Staff Sergeant James (Renner) is addicted to the rush of battle, and Sergeant Sanborn (Mackie) supports James as best he can. James is a complex, fascinating and tragic character; he's extremely competent, yet eccentric and even reckless to the point where his teammates consider fragging him in order to make it back alive. In a thoughtful gesture, he respects the work of his adversaries and keeps all the trigger mechanisms of bombs he has defused in the past. Every engagement the soldiers experience until their departure affects them, and we see every emotional impact.

Big Hollywood names like Ralph Fiennes, Guy Pearce, and David Morse make short, but memorable appearances. Even LOST actress Evangelline Lily has an extended cameo as James' wife. The bomb defusal scenes are nerve-wracklingly tense, and the audience sweats alongside the defusing technician. The team constantly scans for snipers, or the suspicious civilian about to make a cell phone call to trigger an IED. The movie does an excellent job of communicating the hazards of the EOD job, and one leaves with a deep appreciation of their work.

The making of honest action movies has become so rare that Kathryn Bigelow's magnificent The Hurt Locker was shown mostly in art cinemas rather than multiplexes. That's fine; the picture is a work of art. But it also delivers more kinetic excitement, more breath-bating suspense, more putting-you-right-there in the danger zone than all the brain-dead, visually incoherent wrecking derbies hogging mall screens. Partly it's a matter of subject. The movie focuses on an Explosive Ordnance Disposal team, the guys whose more or less daily job is to disarm the homemade bombs that have accounted for most U.S. casualties in Iraq. But even more, the film's extraordinary tension derives from the precision and intelligence of Bigelow's direction. She gets every sweaty detail and tactical nuance in the close-up confrontation of man and bomb, while keeping us alert to the volatile wraparound reality of an ineluctably foreign environment--hot streets and blank-walled buildings full of onlookers, some merely curious and some hostile, perhaps thumbing a cellphone that could become a trigger. This is exemplary moviemaking. You don't need CGI, just a human eye, and the imagination to realize that, say, the sight of dust and scale popped off a derelict car by an explosion half a block away delivers more shock value than a pixelated fireball.

The setting may be Iraq in 2004, but it could just as well be Thermopylae; The Hurt Locker is no "Iraq War movie." Bigelow and screenwriter Mark Boal--who did time as a journalist embed with an EOD unit--align themselves with neither supporters nor opponents of the U.S. involvement. There's no politics here. War is just the job the characters in the movie do. One in particular, the supremely resourceful staff sergeant played by Jeremy Renner, is addicted to the almost nonstop adrenaline rush and the opportunity to express his esoteric, life-on-the-edge genius. The hurt locker of the title is a box he keeps under his bunk, filled with bomb parts and other signatory memorabilia of "things that could have killed me." That none of it has killed him so far is no real consolation. In this movie, you never know who's going to go and when; even high-profile talent (we won't name names here) is no guarantee. But one thing can be guaranteed, and that is that almost every sequence in the movie becomes a riveting, often fiercely enigmatic set piece. This is Kathryn Bigelow's best film since 1987's Near Dark. It could also be the best film of 2009. --Richard T. Jameson

I will tell you I was skeptical, three pairs of aviator sunglasses for less then a single pair of cheap WallyMart glasses is just unheard of. But to my surprise these are in fact one of the best glasses I have ever bought.

They are large enough to look and feel right on my big head. They are nice and lightweight and don't put a lot of pressure on the bridge of my nose and are very comfortable to wear for a long period of time. And they have a nice dark tint, which is a must for me because I am extremely sensitive to light.

I am definitely going to recommend these to all of my friends and family because these are such a steal at this price. That and the company, Goggles and Glasses, is a pleasure to do business.

I also did a lot of reseach on these boots, and I am happy to say I LOVE THESE BOOTS! I bought the 12" and they are perfect. I can see if you have a bigger calf to get the 10". My calf measures 13 1/2" and the boots are perfect especially with skinny jeans and work with regular jeans too. I've had the boots for a couple of weeks and the shaft of the boot is loosening up a bit which makes the fit even better. I contacted Bearpaw Boots about the fit and they said "order your normal whole size. Half sizes then go up one" I wear a size 9 and they at first felt kinda snug but after a few wears the shearling inside will begin to conform to your foot and then the boots will fit perfect...they are sooooo comfortable!!! In fact, it seems every time I put them on, they are more comfortable then the last time! I got these in the sand color ...and sprayed them with a rain and stain for suede I found at payless. I found out that Scotch Gaurd could change the color so I wanted to avoid that. I've already told my husband I need a black pair now. If I could get away with wearing them everyday at work I would, but people might think I'm kinda strange...So if I haven't worn them to work, then they are the first thing I put on as soon as I get home! I love these boots! Great product and Great price.

Now this what I call a sitcom! King Of Queens is in my opinion the greatest television comedy of all time, that is correct the greatest of all time.

Set in Queens, NY is an all star cast featuring Kevin James as Doug Heffernan, an overweight IPS driver, that is pretty much the all american fat guy. He eats alot, drinks, is obsessed with sports, watches alot of tv, makes farting noises with his hand, and oh did I mention he eats alot. Also starring Leah Remini as Carrie Heffernan, the outspoken, strong, and alot of times mean, beautiful wife of Doug. And last but not least Jerry Stiller as Arthur Spooner, the outrageous father-in-law that lives in Doug and Carries basement after setting fire to his house, trying to cook on an old hot plate. The three of these actors are a dynamic trio, that without anyone of these characters the show would not have turned out as funny as it did. I have to say that every character created in King Of Queens is funny, I have tried to think of one that maybe I did not quite like, but after thinking long and hard I love them all, from the quirky dog walker starring Nicole Sullivan as Holly Shumpert that Doug and Carrie hire to walk their father, to the mean waitress Doug almost fought with but ends up trying to run away scared. I have watched alot of sitcoms, and have yet to find one that comes close to the King Of Queens. I now use the ignorant word "Shutty" instead of shut up or be quite. I feel that it's nicer than using "shut up", and not quite as nice as "be quite". Even after watching each episode atleast five times, they are all still as funny as the first time I watched them.

This is for anyone who loves over the top funny comedy. That can appreciate the greatness tv sometimes has to offer. Although all the episodes are hilarious, it also brings us back to reality with some very powerful and meaningful moments. The very last episode had me cracking up, but also in tears. That's what great tv is all about.

I'll admit that I was drawn to these speakers by their striking appearance. They are very attractive speakers and also seem very well built, as if Creative had spared no expense on the casing and yellow woven drivers. So that said, how good are these speakers? First off, when watching movies or television on my laptop, these are fantastic. They sound like surround sound and are very clear and very loud. I don't know how Creative got such great results from such a meager power rating (28 watts) but they did. These would be great for a living room if you wanted to attach them to a television. For music, you get similar clarity and volume. The bass is also very impressive and my friends did not believe me that there was not a subwoofer in there somewhere. That said, I noticed something that annoyed me when listening to music: the music sounded hollow somehow. It's a small complaint to an otherwise great set of speakers, but it is still annoying. For audiophiles, this will probably be an important issue so I would recommend my previous speakers (Philips MMS321 2.0, $65 on Amazon) as a better alternative. They are not quite as loud but the sound quality is comparable. The Philips also have more watts (40) and are considerably less expensive.

Update after several weeks of use: I've noticed that after a month or so of breaking these speakers in that they have improved dramatically. I no longer have any legitimate complaints about them whatsoever. When I listen to music on them now, the music sounds natural, very clear and vibrant. My friend has a set of Logitech 2.1 speakers that I was listening to the other day, and while his system has far more wattage and a separate subwoofer, the creatives are infinitely better. The sound on the logitechs sounded very artificial compared to the sound of these speakers.

His brilliant performances brought a larger than life appeal to the Man of Steel that still has yet to be eclipsed. The Superman movies may have their fair share of flaws, but they're still wildly entertaining even after all these years and worth adding to anyone's collection!

The rating is actually 4.5/5, but since Amazon doesn't allow fractions, I put down 4 stars.

[Disclaimer]I work for Microsoft. I think I have been objective in this review--you can draw your own conclusions.[/Disclaimer] Also know that I do not work in the division that makes the Zune, so I have no insider information.

Let's start with my likes and dislikes of the Zune 80:

THE GOOD
* Beautiful, bright, large, glass (not plastic) screen. The size (3.2") is so much better for viewing videos and pictures.
* Size and weight (lighter than iPod Classic).
* Capacity (80 GB).
* Built-in Wi-Fi and associated wireless sync.
* ZunePad.
* UI (both of the device and the PC software).
* FM radio.
* Ability to rent music (allowing one to listen to whole songs before deciding whether to buy or not).
* Build quality.
* Customizable backgrounds.

THE NEUTRAL
* Wi-Fi sharing--if there aren't enough Zuners around you, this is not of much use.
* Simplification of the 5-point song rating scale to a 2-point (like/dislike) scale.

THE BAD
* None of the Zunes work as mass storage devices (portable hard drives)--every other player on the market has this ability, so why not the Zunes?
* Automatic playlists are no more.

Now for a more detailed review of some features...

SYNC-ING: USB OR WIRELESS?

Here's the deal: Over-The-Air (OTA, aka wireless) syncing is going to be slower that USB syncing, but more convenient. So use USB sync for bulk transfers (e.g., when you sync your Zune 80 for the first time ), and OTA sync for smaller, incremental transfers (e.g., nightly updates). To realize the usefulness of wireless syncing, consider this setup: keep the Zune dock connected to your Home Theater (HT) receiver in the living room, then when you put your Zune in the dock, the player gets charged, the music gets synced and you can play your Zune's music through your HT setup! I think the wireless sync is a very useful feature and finally MS is beginning to realize the potential of the on-board Wi-Fi (though more is possible).

MUSIC: RENT OR BUY?

Both. Renting music allows me to try out unlimited number of songs an unlimited number of times. Buying allows me to not worry about keeping up a subscription--I know that my favorite songs will always be with me. Renting also works well for "in" or "hip" music--this type of music typically gets overplayed and becomes boring before long. The subscription model allows me to fill up my Zune with the latest music for (say) a party, while keeping my options open for permanently acquiring some songs. The Zune Marketplace supports both models.

ZUNEPAD

The ZunePad is a great combination of D-pad (Directional-pad) and a trackpad. It took me all of 30 seconds to get used to it. Scrolling through long lists of songs is a breeze and fun too ;-). You swipe up, down, left or right to navigate the Zune. A quick flick of your thumb will send a long list of songs scrolling in the intended direction, and a touch on the ZunePad will stop the scrolling (the scroll will come to a natural rest too). The whole action is very intuitive and works as expected--for example, the speed of list scrolling is proportional to the speed of your upward or downward swipe.

COMPARISON

It is inevitable to compare any new entrant in the Digital Audio Player (DAP)/Personal Music Player (PMP)/MP3 Player market to the corresponding iPod--the Zune 80's natural competitor is the iPod Classic 80 GB. To compare the Zune 80 to any other device in the iPod family would be like comparing bananas and oranges ;-).

How the Zune 80 is better:
* Larger, better screen (screen size vital when watching video)
* Wi-Fi and associated wireless sync (possibility of new features via firmware updates)
* FM radio with RDBS display (a saving of approximately 50 bucks vs. iPod Classic)
* Sound quality
* The UI is far more visually pleasing, both on the computer and on the device
* Subscription-based access to entire Zune Marketplace song catalog
* Zune marketplace has a well-developed social aspect to it (not such a big draw for me personally, but others will like it more).
* ZunePad. Thumb motions on the ZunePad are simpler than on iPod's clickwheel (or so says my right thumb, still recuperating from a serious, though unrelated, injury).
How the iPod Classic is better:
* Mass storage device capability (aka portable hard disk)
* iTunes store has bigger song collection, and has videos too
* Cover Flow (while visually snazzy, CoverFlow isn't very useful for people like me who have mostly individual tracks, not albums).
SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS

1. Enable mass storage device mode/capability (aka portable hard drive functionality).
2. Use built-in Wi-Fi to enable direct download/purchase/rental of songs from/to the device (I hope this is already in the works).
3. Bring back automated playlists.
4. Let users choose 2-point or 5-point rating scale.
