And, the best part is, it's a lot easier to accomplish than you may think.

How You Became Out-of-Balance
Stress, anxiety, information overload and countless expectations set upon you by others can easily throw your body, mind and spirit into a state of imbalance, and your life into a state of disarray. It can drain you emotionally and have a huge impact on you physically.

The number one reason this happens is due to a lack of self-focus. In other words, you put the needs of
every one else before your own and over time, this drains the life energy out of you.

When this takes place, it causes you to become "unhappy" and that's where the disconnection happens. It is proven that you cannot function at your optimal performance if you do not have harmony in all areas of your life.

As I mentioned above, getting yourself back "in balance" is rather simple once you recognize that your wellness and well-being must come before every one else. The following are three steps that will easily get you on your way to bringing more peace and happiness into your life.

1 - Make Time to Bring Balance into Your Life
Now that you know your happiness and well-being are not only important to your life, but to the lives of
those who surround you, it is time to make balancing your life a top priority.

This means, how well you take care of yourself is the most essential aspect of bringing more balance into your life. The three areas you'll want focus on are your physical health, your mental awareness and your spiritual well-being.

Balancing your physical health starts by practicing simple exercise and slowly adjusting your diet so you eat food that is better for your health. Notice I didn't say to completely change your life by joining a new gym, engage in a three hour a day workout and set a goal to lose 25 pounds in the next two weeks.

Going from one extreme to the other does not represent bringing greater balance into your life. I know
from experience this method will actually put you more out of balance than do you good.

A sensible way, which will be easier and more enjoyable for you to start, is to take one step at a time towards living a healthier lifestyle. An example would be to take a five-minute walk everyday and cut down on the amount of food you eat at each meal. Another weight watching technique I personally use is not to eat anything after 7:00 PM. My coaching practice has shown me simple bite-size changes usually have the greatest and longest lasting impact on changing one's life for the better.

Balancing your mental awareness is really easy too. In order to think more clearly and have greater focus in you life, you need to put good things and ideas into your head if you want to get good thoughts and actions out.

There are many outstanding audio programs, books and workshops that can help you have greater mental awareness and focus on keeping a steady stream of positive thoughts flowing both in and out of your mind.

I always suggest starting with a book (or audio book) from one of the masters in the personal development field. Continually reading (or listening) to positive information will keep your mind focused on bringing new and wonderful things and events into your life.

Your spiritual well-being is another area that can have a tremendous impact on bringing and maintaining balance in your life.

Spending quiet time each day in prayer or meditation is the most effective way to balance your spiritual energy with your physical energy. It allows you to release stress and anxiety while giving you an excellent opportunity to focus on becoming a better, healthier more happier you.

2 - Clearly Identify What to Want
The major obstacle I see folks struggling with when attempting to find true inner balance in their life is having a clear understanding of how they want life to be.

To bring genuine balance into your life, you must know what your "balanced life" will be like once you get there.

One technique you can use to help you clearly identify this is to schedule some quiet time for yourself and then answer the following questions:

What would my perfectly balanced life look like?
How would I live each day?
What would I do?
Where would I go?
Who would I be with?
How would I feel?

While performing this exercise, it is important to be open and honest with yourself and to try and picture living a balanced life as if it has already come to fruition.

Understanding all the aspects of what your "balanced life" will look like to you, and seeing it in your minds eye, is a vital step in making it a reality.

3 - Learn to Love Yourself
Loving the person you are is synonymous with life balance, and this is why you need to do it. Inner balance leads to external balance, which will make your life and the lives of those around you better.

When you completely respect the person you are, and when you are true to your inner word, balance will be a normal part of your entire life. The significant point I want to make here is you must be true to yourself and love who you are "today."

You are the person you are, and regardless of what others may tell you or what you may think others think about you, up until this very moment, you have defined exactly who you are. Good, bad or indifferent, you are the person you are and you should love that person deeply.

It doesn't mean you have to stay this way; it just means you recognize the "you" you really are and that you are in harmony with who that person is right now. This is a huge step towards finding inner balance and harmony in your life.

If you don't have love for yourself, or you are having a hard time seeing it, here is a wonderful way to help yourself. Metaphysical teacher and author Louise Hay instructs you in her book, "You Can Heal Your Life," to look in the mirror, directly into your own eyes, at least once a day and say your first name followed by "I love you, I really love you!"

Not only will this help you connect to your inner self and see the beautiful person in there, it will put a big smile on your face and fill your heart with love. Try it and see the amazing effects for yourself.

Balancing Your Life
When people who want to improve their life come to me, the three steps I guide them through are, make the time to balance your life, clearly identify what you want and learn to love who you already are.

Together these steps seem to work like a magic potion. But the real magic is not in the steps, it is within you and your desire to bring more peace, harmony and balance into your life. Follow them carefully.

7 Quotes on Happiness - Be Yourself, Be Happy

How can you be happy if you're not being true to yourself at the same time?

How can you be successful if you're living life through the eyes, or values, of another?

What's wrong with you, eh!...

Actually, the question you should be asking yourself is this one: what's *right* with you? It really is better to accentuate the positive, just as it's equally essential, if not more so, to love yourself too.

Yes, it's love (not money) that makes the world go around. And, whilst it's important that you love your partner, love your friends and family and even love your neighbour, it's much more important that you love yourself.

"You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection." -- Buddha

You are unique after all. And when you love yourself, you give of your best, and then you allow others to
love you also.

Remember, you know more today than you did yesterday. You are one day wiser. And, tomorrow, you will make the same progress in life. Isn't that great to know?

"Whoever you are, there is some younger person who thinks you are perfect. There is some work that will never be done if you don't do it. There is someone who would miss you if you were gone. There is a place that you alone can fill." -- Jacob M. Braude

And - thank you Jacob! - you will have also taken another step forward in your life-path. A path that will have much more purpose and potential if you truly believe in yourself.

"You have to trust in something -- your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let
me down, and it has made all the difference in my life." -- Steve Jobs

But it must be *your* path - as I'm sure Mr Jobs would agree - and *your* goals.

And you must not be deflected from what you are trying to achieve in life, no matter how ridiculous it may sound to someone else. Let them live their life by their rules and their hopes, whilst you should live by yours.

"Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great." -- Mark Twain

And never listen to anyone who tells you that you can't.

'Can't' is a negative word that has achieved very little of note. 'Can', on the other had, is more or less responsible for everything great that has ever been achieved in this world.

"The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it." -- Chinese proverb

Yes, 'can' allows you to be (and trust) yourself; enables you to be the best person that you can be. And sometimes your best can intimidate or annoy someone else's worst. Ignore them. You only have one life, remember, and the clock is ticking...

"Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." -- Dr. Seuss

Happiness awaits us all, I'm sure of it, just as soon as we stop pursuing it, and start to recognise that happiness is already within our reach, waiting for us to allow it into our lives. Happiness awaits.

"The summit of happiness is reached when a person is ready to be what he is." -- Erasmus

Happiness is simply accepting who you are, and recognising what you have achieved in life and what you can still achieve.

Happiness is, and always will be, about the moment; it cannot be pursued.

So I say: Be happy, be yourself!

How to live life

Is life worth living without a dream?
We all need dreams and goals to get us through the days and years. If they are big and take years to achieve or rather 5 mins is insignificant, they are all important!

Can you truly be satisfied living someone elses dream?
NO, If you can be satisfied then it isn't someone elses dream but rather your own!

What is your potenial?
More than you'll ever know

Will you ever fulfill it?
If your not worried about going to far then yes you will! "The only people who realise their potenial are those who risk going all the way"

Can anyone do anything?
Yes, the people who don't just have nobody to tell them they can or give them the push they needed or
they would rather write it off as impossible rather than putting themself out on a limb!

Or were they never able or had the potenial themselves to begin with?
Potenial has no limits!

Is wanting success selfish?
I think if you keep things in perspective and don't let the success take over your life and most of all don't think your better than anyone!!!! You just have different talents and dreams.

Are we all selfish?
I do believe we are all selfish , in that everything we do or say positive for someone else is a way of feeling good about ourselves..... What? Well when do we feel the best about ourselves? How about after giving someone a present or donating money to a charity.... so by saying that is being selfish a bad thing? At times, not at all!

How to find true happiness?
I believe balance is number 1 and I believe in our lives we will find our greatest happiness using the gifts
that god gave us and making the most of them.

The Ten steps to enable Happiness after 40

I know -- easier said than done. Most of us go through our lives never really getting to know ourselves. After all, life offers us many distractions. Who has time for self-reflection? The only way to to be happy after 40 is to get to know yourself really well. This includes accepting and loving who you are. This includes accepting and loving the nervous habits that only you know about, those annoying addictions, and that little pot belly or slight jiggle. All your life perhaps, you have been reminded by a parental voice that you are not quite good enough or smart enough. Or maybe it's a loving spouse who, with all good intentions, is quick to remind you of your faults. It may be just society -- and all the pressures to look and act young while buying lots of stuff and having perfect children and lots of money. All this can make self-reflection a scary proposition, but this is the first and most important step towards happiness. Start with this simple
question:

What makes me happiest?

Be completely selfish and honest with your answer

Step Two: Spend time on what makes you most happy

Sounds logical, doesn't it? Examine your list. What are some of the things that make you happiest; and make you feel most alive? Perhaps it's the little things -- like reading the paper in the morning? Or reading a good book? Maybe it's spending time with those you care about? Maybe it's playing on the computer writing music. The point is this: make sure each day contains at least some of these important elements. This will make you happy.
Don't give up these items to satisfy others and their demands. This will lead to illness and unhappiness.

Step Three: Find someone to take of and who can take care of you

Humans need humans. We also need a few -- or even just one -- person we can think about all the time: planning activities with or just daydreaming about. Ideally, this will be the same person who spends their day planning for you, dreaming about you, perhaps making your special cup of tea when you come home at night. With someone to care for in a equal relationship, you will be happy. So many relationships end up lopsided, with one person more dependent on the other. Two people who place each other's needs in high priority in a loving way enables happiness.

Step Four: Laugh a lot each day

Humor helps to focus the mind on the silly aspects of life. Humor helps break patterns such as negative thinking and addictive habits. Whether it's watching funny movies, going to see comedy or just joking
with people you meet, you will lighten the stress of everyday life. This will help you to be happy.

I used to become so angry about sales calls to the house at dinner time. Now, it becomes my comedy hour. The other day someone called to offer some type of insurance. The offer was that if I agreed to buy the insurance, they would send out a ten dollar gift certificate for gas in 7-10 days. I told them I was out of gas today, and asked if they could overnight the coupon, so that I could have gas the following day. Then I asked them when their dinner break was. They told me, and I said I would call them back during their dinner break as I was having my dinner! The person said they weren't allowed to take calls during dinner!! Amazing, but you get the idea!
Laugh with others, and find comedy in your daily life. This will make you happy.

Step 5: Be physical

There are lots of ways to be more physical. You can run, lift weights, swim, do yoga, walk, make love--you get the idea. Motion changes emotion. Stuck in a depression? Get out and move! This will make you happy.

Step 6: Take afternoon naps

A twenty-minute nap lying down will recharge your batteries. Add eight hours of sleep each night, and you will feel rested. When we are rested, our creativity soars, our spirits are lifted, and we look at the bright side of our lives.

Well-rested people are happier!

Step 7: Eat small meals throughout the day

The typical American diet is little to no breakfast, a decent lunch, and a huge dinner. Break this pattern. Start to eat smaller meals throughout the day. I recommend five meals throughout the day, small and healthy meals, of course.

What we eat has a huge influence on our attitude, and ultimately our happiness.Fight the urge for unheathy foods. Healthy eating habits can help make you happy.

Step 8: Become emotionally strong

When we let others and their feelings and perceptions of us worry us all day, this drains our energy and spirit. When we live our lives for the approval of others, we are no better off than the puppet on the string at the local children's puppet show. Become internally motivated, and you will become emotionally stronger. Use quiet time to think deeply about one subject at a time until you reach a conclusion and resolution. In the end, tell yourself you did the best you could at the time. This will make you emotionally strong, and you will be happier.

Step 9: Treat your money with respect

Your money has no loyality to any person or cause. It goes where you decide to place it.Even though there is really great software these days to track your money, start with a pencil and a piece of paper. Examine what comes in each month, and what goes out. That's it.

Make sure you are spending money on things that are important to you and that add value in your life. Certain bills may add value in your life, such as the electric bill, but the multiple credit card bills do not add value, especially if, like most of us, you still have the bills coming long after you have forgotten what you bought. Pay these off. There is no secret here. You either have to reduce expenses or increase income. Both can make you happy. In my experience, reducing the expense side will make you happier!

Step 10: Do the work you love

Of course I saved the best for last. When we spend our days doing work that aligns our interests and our abilities -- and feels just right -- we are happier. Start by examining your work: this can help you progress through the other nine steps. Most of us figure out what work might make us happy, but then we quickly convince ourselves that our dreams are not possible. Think about it, if you don't believe that your dreams are possible, who else will?

START!

Each day, focus on one of these steps and within a few weeks you will learn how to use all ten steps together. Like a well-tuned orchestra, you will start to play the music that makes you happiest.

After 40, isn't it about time for you?

I will be cheering you on as you go!

Craig Nathanson

Craig Nathanson is the author of P Is For Perfect: Your Perfect Vocational Day and a coaching expert who works with people over forty.

Visit Craig’s online community at http://www.thevocationalcoach.com where you can take a class, get more ideas through Craig Nathanson’s books and CD’s, get some private coaching over the phone or in Craig’s office, or read other stories of mid-life change and renewal.

Craig lives and works in Petaluma, California. How did their lives become so adorably sweet? How do they manage to laugh and play despite their circumstances?

The key to maintaining a happy attitude, no matter the circumstances, is simple. You've heard it said - "Love yourself, first." That's true enough but it's not the answer to our question. No, the answer is - "Like you, first.” That's right - Like You! Be your best friend.

Your real life best friend likes who you are right now with all your imperfections, quirks, and circumstances. For true happiness, you must become your best friend before you can begin to love yourself. Loving yourself means not doing things that will hurt you in
some way. You'll never get me bungee jumping or skydiving because I love this body I live in!

You may also have heard it said - “loving means accepting.” Change this to - "liking means accepting." To like yourself, and others, means to realize that we are not perfect beings. You will never be perfect no matter how long you walk this earth. No one living today are perfect. No, not anyone!

Liking yourself means developing an attitude of genuine contentment. When you accept your current job, accept the way you look, accept your family, accept your friends, your home, your car, and all the material things you now have – truly, you know what genuine contentment is. You have begun to love yourself and be genuinely happy.

An unhappy person never accepts the good in their circumstances because they are always comparing themselves to someone who seems to have what they think they are lacking. This is an exercise in
"stinkin’ thinkin’." They see themselves as unlucky and as a failure in life. They don't like themselves.

You will never like yourself if you compare yourself to other people. If you keep questioning life like it has never done you any good or that you are a failure, you will never be able to find genuine happiness. So . . .

1) Snap out of it!

2) Stop the comparisons! Stop seeing others as better off than you are or more intelligent than you are! You really have no idea of the details of their lives so your comparison is flawed from the start. You simply do not have enough information to make a comparison.

3) Stop the expectations! Stop placing unreasonable expectations on yourself and others based upon false information. Are you a glutton for self-punishment?

4) Get over yourself! You'll never be perfect, remember?

Life can be the greatest game. Go at it with gusto. It's about finding out about right and wrong, trying and failing, wining and losing. These are things that happen as often as you inhale and exhale. These are as necessary as air is to living. These are your teachers. Embrace them with enthusiasm.

Is anyone genuinely happy in spite of life's trials and tribulations or are they just acting like they are? Here again we are making comparisons.

Does it matter to you if anyone else is truly happy? No, it doesn't, at this point. You see, you need to get yourself in line with life before you can worry about anyone else. You need to focus on YOU!

You need to focus on improving how you feel about the quality of you own life and your inner being. It starts and ends within YOU!

Here is a revealing exercise.

Start each day with a blank sheet of paper divided into two columns. Label one column - "Positive Stuff,” label the other column - "Negative Stuff.” At the end of each day write down as many positives and negatives that you experienced that day. Write down only those that really stick out. Now, study your lists.

This exercise will reveal just where your attitude needs to change toward all the things in life that you confront each day. As you examine your list, ask yourself two questions:

1) "Why do I feel that's positive?"

2) "Why do I feel that's negative?"

Now, examine your inner definitions of what's positive and what's negative. You decided what's positive and what's negative by using your expectations of how you believe you should have handled what the world threw at you that day, right? The key to finding contentment and genuine happiness is to change your definitions, the way you evaluate how you handle life. But, how do you change your definitions and begin to become genuinely happy?

Everyone has a personal definition of "happiness." Happiness for a writer may mean having a first novel published. Happiness for a basketball rookie may mean getting the rookie of the year award. Happiness for a beggar may mean five dollars handed to him by a generous passerby. Happiness for a businessman may mean a 5% profit margin. But all those are temporary. All those exist in a moment in time.

Would the writer be content with having only a single article published? Would the rookie be content to just enjoy playing the game? Would the beggar be content with just one dollars? Would the businessman be content with a 2% profit margin? Contentment is knowing that current circumstances change minute-by-minute, day-to-day, realizing that "every day above ground is a good day!" Simple.

So, how do you become genuinely happy? Realize that your happiness does not depend upon having the best things in this world. It’s about doing and making the best out of every single thing you have. Smiling at your own mistakes and telling yourself - “Oh, I’ll do better next time” - is a powerful mental tool that you can use anytime the situation calls for it. You possess a willingness to stand up again and try, a willingness that will make you a genuinely happy person.

When you learn to like yourself by accepting your faults, you have begun the journey toward becoming genuinely happy. By accepting yourself first, you will be more accepting of others. You will see life as a great and fun game in which to play. You will accept your wins and your losses with equally positive enthusiasm because it really makes no difference to your inner self.

Let me leave you with one more thought - Most of us know that laughter is the best medicine to life’s aches and pain. But most of us don’t know that the best kind of laughter is laughing at your own mistakes and foibles. Laughing at yourself will truly set you free to live life with genuine happiness.

Did you find this article useful? They proceeded to discuss a $14,000 dessert being offered in Sri Lanka that included, amongst other things, an aquamarine. No kidding. This is how MSNBC characterizes the good life. It struck me how in our culture we define the good life more in terms of the consumption of material goods than in relationship to any other quality.

Simply listen to the vast majority of contemporary music on the airwaves these days for confirmation. I have two teenagers in my house so I know all too well: Cristal champagne, expensive cars, first class jet airline seats, bling…the list goes on and on. This is what our kids are being taught: the good life is about having things, not about who you are as a human being. Where are these values coming from? I believe
it is a trickle down effect from what they see being honored in our society.

So if the good life is about having things, how is it that so many people who have so many things have lives that lack so much satisfaction and meaning? I am not saying that having money is not a good thing, quite the contrary. We all need financial security. We need to know that we can provide for our families and be free of the pressure of struggling to make ends meet. We all want to live a comfortable life. But where is the point of no return?

“Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted.”
Albert Einstein (1879 - 1955), (attributed)

The Worldwide Institute in its 2004 State of the World report explains:

Societies focused on well being involved more interaction with family, friends, and neighbors, a more direct experience of nature, and more attention to finding fulfillment and creative expression than in accumulating goods. They emphasize lifestyles that avoid abusing your own health, other people, or the natural world. In short, they yield a deeper sense of satisfaction with life than many people report
experiencing today.

What provides for a satisfying life? In recent years, psychologists studying measures of life satisfaction have largely confirmed the old adage that money can’t buy happiness—at least not for people who are already affluent. The disconnection between money and happiness in wealthy countries is perhaps most clearly illustrated when growth in income in industrial countries is plotted against levels of happiness. In the United States, for example, the average person’s income more than doubled between 1957 and 2002, yet the share of people reporting themselves to be “very happy” over that period remained static.

So if growth in income has not made people happier than obviously they are not living the good life. In order to clarify what the good life is, I do an exercise with clients that involves seeing themselves at some distant point in the future where they are finally who they want to be, they have what they want to
have and are deeply satisfied and happy. In other words, they have achieved the ‘Good Life’.

Nearly one hundred percent of the time, without fail, clients do not have visions of extreme wealth. They really don’t talk about wealth at all, at least not in terms of money or possessions. They do not talk about living in a house with every known convenience and luxury. They do talk about a home located in a beautiful setting, perhaps by the ocean or on a lake in the mountains. There is always talk about a place that gives them a feeling of peace and serenity…a place they were meant to be.

They never discuss possessions…ever. No talk of cars, televisions or fancy clothes. It just never comes up. They may mention that they are free to travel but certainly they do not say first class.

They describe themselves as a person who no longer fights feelings of depression, dissatisfaction or dissonance in their lives. They speak of a feeling of acceptance of what is. There is love in their lives although they don’t necessarily mention a specific mate. Just love. There is discussion of deep wisdom accumulated over the years. There is also talk of being surrounded by the people who they hold dear.

Often, if they have children, they will say that they are happy that they have been able to help their kids but more often is the description of children who have grown into responsible, loving and fulfilled human beings. They describe with pride children who are contributors to the world. I hear about pets in the house and perhaps grandchildren. These are folks who have discovered what truly has meaning for them and what they really value.

“Happiness is that state of consciousness which proceeds from the achievement of one's values.”
Ayn Rand (1905 - 1982)

Values. What are the things to which you attach value? What is important to you? If you had to create a list of the top five things that you value, what would they be? Would it be money, possessions, power, stature and authority? Would it be love, family, integrity, freedom and compassion? Or a combination?

“Try not to become a man of success but rather to become a man of value.”
Albert Einstein (1879 - 1955)

We have all heard the adage about what the epitaph on our tombstone will say or not say. Will it say that she had a powerful job, she flew first class, that she had a Mercedes-Benz and wore only couture? More often you will read on a tombstone that she was a loving Mother and Wife, a charitable person and an outstanding member of the community. Think about how you would like to be remembered? What would you like to hear people say about you at your funeral or memorial? Will it be on how much money you made or how much you consumed? Doubtful.

I remember the funeral of a very dear friend who died suddenly while he was still in his fifties. The Rabbi said that all we have in the end is our good name. Who we were, how we lived, how we loved, our empathy and compassion, service to the world we lived in and the legacy we left to our children and their children.

My own personal take on the good life, at least for me, involves the following: I want to be a person who possesses a deep appreciation for everything that I have: to be grateful. I want to be able to live without the fear of not being able to take care of my kids and myself and yes, I do want to live well. Living well for me is a lovely home in nature; it is being free to travel; it is having the ability to help my kids get a good start in their adult lives; it is having enough money to be able to take good care of myself and to also be charitable. I want to have a life that is filled with meaning, with a deep connection to the world around me.

What is your Good Life? Take the time now to give thought to the life that you want to live, the life that you would describe as the Good Life. Make certain that it is aligned with your values and your passions and to so you must connect with your values and passions. What are they? Think long and hard about what brings you real joy and fulfillment. Remember those times in your life when you were the happiest…what resonated for you in those moments? Consider how you want to be remembered, how you want to look in your children’s eyes. What traits do you admire in others and how can you adopt some of those traits? What have been peak experiences in your life and what was it about those experiences that made them so special?

These are the kind of questions that beg our attention. These are the questions that will ultimately lead us to the Good Life. Not the $14,000 dessert but a life well lived. With meaning, love, comfort, joy and fulfillment.

How to live a fulfilling life

Life is what we make of it. We are the architect of our own life. Our positive mental attitude can do wonders in bringing sea change in our life and enable us to lead a great and fulfilling life in this world. Optimism is an elixir. The more optimistic and positive we are, the more wonderful and satisfying life we are inclined to lead in this materialistic age. A pessimistic view towards life will only make our life miserable and painful. Therefore it is imperative for us to stay away from pessimism to avoid unnecessary troubles and worries in our day-to-day affairs.
A sincerity of purpose and purity of intention is also what helps us lead a great and fulfilling life. Our guiltless heart and clean conscience really give us great inspiration to have good and perfect life. A heart free of hatred, rancor, rifts, prejudice and ill-will towards others is indeed a great source of happiness and immense joy for us. Fortunate are those who refrain from hurting and persecuting others. They are source of uniting people. They do not severe the
relations.
A religious-minded person may find himself at ease in his search for true happiness and fulfilling life. He seeks guidance from his religion to make things easy for him to enjoy good life. He knows that this world is short-lived. The worldly pleasures are fleeting and temporary. Therefore, He avoids being much involved in this world. He remembers his God day and night, and follows his commandments to live happily. He is not avaricious. He is well-contented with whatever little he gets.
Nature can also make our life great. Those who love natural beauty and can afford some time admire the beauty of nature are indeed very happy, for the artificial beauties of this world do last long. They perish soon. Nature can give us real inner happiness,
which is indeed a true happiness.
A spirit of self-sacrifice and self-effacement can also bring us immense sense of happiness and fulfillment. A selfless service to our fellow-beings is really a true purpose of our life. I would consider myself lucky if am able to wipe out some tears from people in distress and troubles. True love and selfless service is what we need to bring great change in our society where we witness rat race among people to surpass and outdo others in their wild attempt to earn more and more money and get worldly benefits, irrespective of moral and ethical values.

How to Gain Happiness in Life

Happiness is different for every person, and each different type of person has a different habit to gain happiness. Man is a social animal. To live in this society we had to face many challenges of life. Life is not always bed of roses. Thorns are always attached to it. But we had overcome all these sorrows and had to gain happiness in life. To gain happiness in life it’s not as hard as breaking stones. Some changes in life is expected, while rest unexpected. Enrichment in human life is an essential element. Enrichment in life is secret to lead a happy and successful life. Without enrichment life would be dull. It will have no hope.
The ways to gain happiness in life are:

1. Keep life simple and love true

2. Give people a second chance
3. Never hate
4. Be a blessing to others
5. Be earth friendly
6. Live a life of serenity, not regrets
7. Don’t take things too seriously
8. be fair
9. Live within your means and within your seams
10. Set your heart in the things of heaven
11. be too notable for anger
12. Always smile
13. Give a lot
14. Look at the sunny side of life
15. Cherish each happy moment
16. Treat everyone with respect
17. Don’t let your possessions posses you.
18. Delight in simple things
19. Have allot for learning
20. Enough is abundance to the wise
21. Do random acts of kindness
22. best of all, be with GOD

To gain happiness man should posses "happy thoughts”. Then, by doing that "happy things:" More happy things people do they will feel happier. It is always better to avoid negative habits as depression, despair, worry, fear, or apathy, as they create dissatisfaction. Unhappiness comes from thinking about yourself, your problems, or your situation, in a negative or hopeless way. To reverse this, you simply need to reverse this; either A.) Start thinking about, serving, and helping others; or, B.) Teach, train, or condition yourself to start thinking more positively - more "happy thoughts." Happy thoughts lead to a habit of happiness; and people who are habitually happy are happier people than those who are not. If you want to be happy, be happy. Find something good, positive, uplifting, or fun to think about or do; and repeat this process as often as possible until it "sticks" with you. The way to happiness is to be
happy; and that's no Secret.

Man should always possess positive attitude . Whatever may be circumstanced hope should never shatter. As behind every dark cloud there is silver lining. Man should be always being focused. People may say wrong about them he should avoid all the talks of others. But rather emerged as winners. Try to meet good people have faith in god and upon themselves. When god has given life then live the life at your zenith. Sorrows and joys are part of life, but man should find happiness that also, by doing things which gives him utmost pleasure. Positive and constructive thoughts will achieve anything you put your mind to do.

As it is rightly said Happiness is not a hereditary trait we are born with. It is implanted in us by our parents and those we love. It is up to us, then, to observe it, partake in it, and construct our lives
around it. Think happy and you will be happy.

FIND FREE MONEY SOURCE TO BUILD YOUR CAREER.
