I personally used these products on my daughter at age 3, and it worked miracles. You must be consistent! I will list the products to use on the ringworm as well as cure the infection internally.

Home Remedies for Ringworm

• Bleach – make sure you dilute the bleach before applying it to the skin. Bleach immediately kills fungus. Get a cotton ball or a q-tip and wet it just enough then put a little bleach on it and dab at the fungus. Apply twice a day for five days.

• Garlic – has been used for centuries to cure infections, due to its antiseptic properties; which is why it’s an excellent remedy for ringworm. It may burn at the beginning but that’s because it’s working. Apply this cure 2 or 3 times a day for five days. You can also intake crush garlic with lemon internally for 5 days.

• Probiotics – you can purchase this at your natural food market. I use NewChapter Organics a probiotic All-Flora. It enhance the immune system, protects against harmful bacterial, viruses, and fungi. A good probiotic is mandatory to raise your baseline of health and strengthen your immune system. Only take this product for two weeks. Rest for a week and repeat if necessary.

• Calendula Flower – This is a potent herb that can be used internally as a tea or externally. The flowers have antibacterial and antifungal properties and speed up the skin healing process.

• Cocoa butter stick – usually a dark spot is left where the fungus was. Applying cocoa butter will eliminate the dark circle. Apply this product at least 3 times a day until the dark circle is gone.

Prevention

• Do not share combs, hairbrushes, towels, sheets, or clothing

• Wear slippers or sandals in locker rooms and public bathing areas

• Shower and shampoo well after any sport that includes skin to skin contact

• Wear loose fitting cotton clothing. Change your socks and underwear daily.

• Athlete’s feet put your socks on before your underwear so the fungi do not spread from your feet to your groin.

• Take your pet to the vet if it has missing hair. This is a sign of a fungal infection.
