Newt Gingrich said, "Really poor children, in really poor neighborhoods, have no habits of working, and have nobody around them that works. So they literally have no habit of showing up on Monday"

Gingrich's point of "no habit" to me was saying there are a lot of Americans that live off welfare and claim to look for work but really don't and this type of thing which leads to the siblings of this type of individual having no work habits because they aren't exposed to working parents.

Then of course many, especially inner-city kids are, however, exposed to violence, crime, drugs and this by far does not exclude any race, celebrity headlines attest to all of the above as possible ANYWHERE. It's evident in all areas rural, inner-city, etc...

The point above is stressed primarily due to other media viewed which makes the claim Gingrich's statements focused on black neighborhoods which is arguable.

Something else Obama repeatedly stated b4 and after gaining the Presidency was "Let's keep race out of this" and, in comedy or not, nothing concerning us today is benefited by debating race in any conversation. Identify the problem and reach a solution, any human mind can accomplish that process.

Today what irritates me the most is all these "people in the know", those that believe they know all the rights and wrongs and how to fix them. Those that sit back and roll their eyes with a "ya, ya, been there, know what your talking about, blahblahblah. Pffft, try slurping off the bottom your whole life, no matter how hard you tear and claw you can never reach that light, the fucking top just once. Victory met with apathy and mistakes met with scorn. Persistence met with an unjustified slam to the floor, of the well that momentarily once out of again has its grasp and you claw for not, and you work hard for not, and you educate for not, and you spill your guts for not, and you bleed for not, and you watch for not, and you befriend for not, and struggle for not, not a dime, not a pot to piss in, nothing to show for all the work, the sacrifice, the struggle to be upstanding only to be criticized...slapped in the face, treated like spit on the sidewalk. I know the dark-side far better than most and can say with all validity you know not.

These are fairly organized peaceful demonstrations so why is all this police presence so necessary?

When Veterans begin shouting stating they "have no use for them anymore" referring to the police as they arrest protesters simply unfurling signs reality sets in.

We have all been pilfered and used by corporation DSA and the DS (Divided States) Government.

The people have paid debts and fought wars and yet it seems not enough to fill the vast pot of greed.

If we cannot complain about the run of things within our own country in a peaceful
manner then exactly where is our freedom?

That is September 11, 2001 for me. Every since the terrorist attacks my life has been one big devastating explosion after another. No matter what I do, what I write, who I talk to,what I try to accomplish things just doesn't work out. We get by and struggle on through one choking vine after another as the jungle thickens and the strangle hold becomes shackles chaining my feet to the pavement of suffering ,anger, despair, fatigue, restlessness, searching for an escape, smoke a joint, breath in the vial smoke cleaner than the puke of peoples filth that I have to continually drudge through with their chaotic idiocy blanketing the souls of everything they touch filling my void, my invisibility in this disastrous life with hate and loathing for all in the human race that believe they are better! That think for one second their shit pile of money will save them from the karma that will be merciless and unforgiving and I hope I am present to see that and I'll be smiling muttering serves you right as I light a cigarette and move on in thought to other things. Insignificance is an apparent fad and thus my empathy has became apathy and my religion has became anarchy within a controlled manner not the idiotic behavior people dub anarchy to possess. They spread this lie in effort to sway against when in actuality they are really saying wanton violence and lawlessness is are we are capable of, ironic when irony slaps you in the mouth isn't it. The Government naturally wants us to believe we need them and their hypocrisy when in fact we do not need government at all. People have been setting rules and sustaining society for one millennium after another. Without government, without police, without bullshit rules/laws and been successful as an aspiring community. This country has gone beyond divided, too many people of diversity to ever be a united nation and was it ever? Division has been here a long time and predicting that it is going to be that way forever isn't prophetic its simply common sense. Did 'Just the other day' really attribute to my way of thinking these days? I guess to a degree it did. I realized that government, our way of life as they put it, was going to change some for the better some for the worst. The government has failed in so many ways it would be impossible to list and Barack Obama is not to blame. Sacrifices, corporate responsibility, "Cooperation of not just corporations but people in general and as a hole" (Obama, 2009). How soon we forget and has he been getting that? Any of it? NO!!!!! So shut your stupid pie holes idiots. These are the things...this is what I mean...that creates what we see, experience and fucking have to deal with because of bullshit people that can't put their bullshit to the side and do the right thing.

Interaction

As the title may suggest interaction by far is not one of my strong points. I care about people and what happens to them. The injustice that plague's humanity, the hypocrisy that appears to riddle everything, the behaviors that anger and perplex us are things of interest. Interaction simply is not one of them. I do not interact well with people. All people have a certain transparency allowing glimpses or things that make up whether or not we like that person or want to be around them.

I sometimes find myself in conflict with certain ways of people. Cheating would be a quality within people that I may have possessed at one time as a child maybe. Cheating in games, work, relationships and possibly other examples, are just not a part of my general make up. Win or lose I play to win and cheating never has anything to do with it.
There are too many things to example or illustrate within these pages.
This is where people become one and the same because we all in conversation seem to agree with annoyances or complaints against others concerning certain behaviors. At the same time we are hypocritical in that we do the very things we complain about ourselves.

Many people will claim to dislike liars, alas, next thing you know you have caught them in a lie. Usually one of those ridiculous lies that make you raise an eyebrow asking why it was even told to begin with. Common sense rationalizes that it appeared easier given the situation to just tell the truth. To irritate further this is a person that claimed they hated liars and would never tell you a lie. This really rots the apples in the cart, using relativity, in that, these issues often involve other people creating quite the mess.

A person loses trust, loses faith in that person, and as people stack up in this list of distrust interaction suffers.
These people, like myself, become withdrawn sinking deeper into their own world and shutting any and everyone out except a very chosen few. This interaction problem is even apparent online where I am somewhat liked yet not well liked by most association be it online gaming or social nets.

As my blog suggest I am fairly open minded and have a tendency to speak my mind and possibly at times saying the wrong thing. "A little to real for ya?" is the way I look at that observation. I prefer the truth to a lie. I prefer to treat people in the way I myself wish to be treated. I do not stab friends in the back and I do not lie to my wife and children.

These are the main ingredients toward success often without any conflict involved. If a person is holding their end of things and respecting those around them then there shouldn't be an issue. Stands to reason as a logical thought in opinion that could be wrong but, I would criticize an argument.

Anslinger Mellon Connection

One man who first spread myths about marijuana was Harry J. Anslinger, who was appointed director of the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (predecessor of the Drug Enforcement Agency or DEA of today). He was a man who hated jazz music and tried to get jazz musicians herded into prison for smoking marijuana. Anslinger hated marijuana even more. At first, he declared marijuana caused users to go crazy and commit violent crime. As a result of his testimony, persons who used pot could use the insanity defense to get a lesser charge of murder. Later on, after doctors testified at a second hearing regarding marijuana, Anslinger recanted his earlier testimony, conceding that marijuana probably didn't cause insanity or violent behavior, but added that it could lead to opium use. This is how the gateway myth originated. In 1931, Anslinger got his job at the Bureau of Narcotics at the recommendation of a man named Richard Mellon, who happened to be his wife's uncle. Mellon, also director of the Mellon Bank, was U.S. Secretary of the Treasury. Richard along with sister Sarah and brother R.K. inherited Mellon Financial Corporation from their father Thomas Mellon in 1902. Richard invested in major stock holdings such as Gulf Oil and Alcoa and associated with wealthy men such as William R. Hearst, Sr. and the DuPont brothers. Hearst owned a chain of newspapers across the U.S. as well as a large lumber company. The DuPont family had just patented a paper making process using wood pulp some years earlier. As well,they had a new invention, a kind of synthetic cotton called nylon.Unfortunately, the infant hemp industry seemed to threaten these rich men's monopoly in the pulp and paper industry. In fact, in 1937, Popular Science predicted that hemp would become a billion dollar industry. Dupont and Hearst (friends and business companions) feared this of course with hemp being able to accomplish much more more than paper and paint. Since then, marijuana has endured a smear campaign originally instigated by Hearst's newspapers and imitated by other newspaper chains around the world. After hemp was banned in 1938, DuPont came out with nylon. It licensed out the paper making process to Hearst so that wood-pulp could be easily made into cheap paper. Meanwhile, the anti-pot propaganda demonized marijuana whilst the alcohol and tobacco companies enjoyed wide advertising in the newspapers and on TV, especially in the post-war boom that followed the war.Today, both alcohol and tobacco consumption is dropping, due to education about the dangers of their use. Marijuana consumption peaked about twelve years ago, but is now on the rise, especially among today's youth. This is in spite of anti-pot propaganda. New studies have completely overturned the gateway myth surrounding marijuana and indicate that the it is far less harmful than alcohol or cigarettes. A possible reason why the U.S. seeks to control international drug policy may have to do with the economic potential cannabis hemp represents. A single nation with the right tools and the land can grow hemp and supply raw material for paper making and textiles, as well as replacements and substitutes for petrochemicals. Economic sustainability is possible with hemp more so than with trees. Hemp produces 4.3 times more pulp fiber per hectare. Hemp paper products can be recycled seven times while paper made from wood-pulp can only be recycled three times. Hemp seed protein is very nutritious. Fiberboard made from hemp fiber is more stronger than that made from wood-chips. Thus, a cannabis hemp industry can revitalize any country that starts one up, if the capital is there.

How Will You Be Remembered?

I have thought about that question a lot lately. In the life experience many have been met and it is with unfortunate certainty that few if any remember anyway. Childhood snatched away by adolescent ignorance has left this individual with no high school memories. No proms, no date's, no steady anything in life. A picturesque blank wall of time's and place but no real sense of belonging. There were no best friends to struggle with through puberty, acne, and Saturday's dance in the gym with"who can I go with?"being the only question.

14 through 29, in this way does not sound like much. Watching a time bomb of despair slowly count down to the anxiety of freedom for 105,120 minutes makes the mundane seem massive. 12 years is along time through those ages...brings out the bitter worst of most anyone.

Still yet were the right things done? Is there a decency and common sense established that in some eye's invisibly or otherwise became remembered? As long as we are satisfied that they have then all is well at least in our world. This is one of those questions that simply leads to more. The maniacal musings of What if...as the old memories pop up time to time. Then we realize why we held things so deep. There is a point where explanation toward understanding cannot be accomplished, self analysis is a difficult thing, rationality through self-reflection can be dubbed the same. We are prejudice in concerning oneself and to critical in concern of others.

So how do I hope to be remembered? I hope to be remembered as a person that cared for many things, was artistic and had talents unseen by many in his life. I hope I am remembered as a person who was truly the epitome of Try and Try again in the hope there is a lesson there. The fact is, in my own mind if no one elses, I will remember about myself that I gave everything I did my all and some people are just meant to fail.

What are the positive aspects to outsourcing?

Beginning second to first the positive aspects would seem to be from a company standpoint rather than an employee or "American" standpoint. The negative rest with the employees that are now out of job although many will have a new employer lined up before the business closes to move outside of the country...maybe. I would say this would be in a production of goods capacity and the business is moving for cheaper labor outside the country. The businesses US based that practice customer service in other ways, like Dell, outsource 800 number technical support operators for their computers in India primarily, but other locations as well including some parts of the US. Most Americans are fine with this outsourcing because no American wants to do tele-marketing or sit on the phone all night trying to fix "users" computer totally wiped out by his 4 year old (Crying in the background loudly).
I think this could be the positive in that it gives jobs to those potentially in need in other parts of the world and as mentioned Americans prefer jobs with more substance or subsidence, however one wishes to look at it.

Immigration, like the posing of these questions, has became a concern for many. This is not recent news and because of this company's decided the immigration issues arising would be a good avenue to accomplish aspirations of inclusion in the global market. Outsourcing jobs to other country's got around the problem of those outside the country being unable to enter the US by taking the jobs to them. The obvious problem with this to me is that this illustrates a type of dollar sign mentality in reference to the company with no real thought toward those about to be unemployed.
What are your thoughts?

I was in this situation at a factory in South Carolina. The company decided to move its operations to Peru and the move was imminent. This turned out to be true and the plant closed its doors after Fridays shift 2 weeks after the closing was announced to us in a staff meeting. I was lucky and found a job that I could start after the weekend on Monday. The saddest part of the whole thing was that every single one of us wanted to walk out of that staff meeting and straight to the door marked exit. The thing that stopped us, correct...money.

I agree something is amiss...the issue I find most troubling, exactly what can we do with this information?
When humanity concedes that crisis is at hand. When society realizes that blame very possibly lies more with them than the things they blame. When eye's are truly open and awake... what do we do with the information?

According to this attorney the public has not been informed to the dangers of cigarette smoking for over 50 years.

Investigating the large variety of warnings on cigarette packages, cartons, bulk packaging and the FCC rulings concerning cigarette advertisement I found a couple of points of interest.

• There are roughly 50 different types of warnings from the obvious to most cancer and birth defects to heart disease and throat disease's and possible second hand smoke dangers.
