Correction:

I am afraid if you have gone through the CAA 2019. What you have produced is absolute twisted meaning of it.
CAA states about those Non-Muslims who are living in Indian as migrant and migrated till December 31, 2014. It further states that these migrants shall not be considered as Illegal migrant and can be given Citizenship of India. CAA doesn’t state that Citizenship can be given to n-number of Non-Muslims who wish to come back to India.

There is another point that these people must be living in India for 6 Years at least.
I don’t where this threats Muslims living in India or theirs Citizenship. And by any means, if Muslins are threatened in India, they are many Muslim countries where they go and live.
The kind of protest seen in last few days, do u feel by any means that they deprived of any rights in India??

Apart from leaders and agenda, the third factor is organization which is not just important to ‘get out of the vote’ but is also key for long-term survival. Without a strong organizational structure and lack of grassroots mobilization, any gains made will be fleeting.

Dear Ritwik
I really appreciate your writings but this article is beyond reality. The real reasons for emergence of Yogi are not exactly the same which you have described. First let us come to the huge victory of BJP in UP even in those seats where there is 80% Muslim population. Even a layman knows that Law and order problem, Teen Talak, Muslim appeasement by the Akhilesh Government were the reasons for Akhilesh downfall. Before the results no one even think about Yogi”s claim for CM post, but after results there were several claimant for becoming CM. At this time BJP wanted to put a man whom no one can protest. As you know better that in India people have high regards for sant/Yogis etc so to avoid personal expectations and claims of those claimant Yogi got nominated as CM. He was the only one option.

Agree that this is done to catch eyeballs and get attention away from Modi. After all Modi is doing nothing against pollution.
I don’t agree that there should be lakhs of autos. That sounds a little excessive.

What interests me is how people will circumvent the system. There should be a slew of predictions on that. Game theorists should have something to say on this. Organizations that depend on time tables are also going to have interesting aspects to handle. Essentially the time tables will be decided by who owns which numbered vehicle. So if i have an odd numbered vehicle i will throw my weight and say that there are certain days when i will do some work but not on others (imagine what will happen in colleges in DU or Schools across the city: its gonna be an interesting situation there).

dear writer. You’re so liberal. Why don’t you think of entire India? Can you imagine how big a shock to most of India it will be to see people kissing blatantly on road. My dear ask for liberty. It’s good. But that liberty be liberty to choose lifepartner, liberty to marry cross-caste, liberty to have a job after marriage(for women). If you’re looking for adventure, go climb the everest or watch Bear Grylls. Would you allow one to say ch*ot ch*ot in front of your parents? If not, then how could I imagine someone kissing before my parents?
