My experience of today’s photography was to photo-shoot at the street. And the route was kinda dangerous so that’s why we need to stick together as group. Why we take the route? It’s because there are lots of opportunities when it comes to photography. Most of it is all portraits. There are also good for landscape and architectural building to shoot. In my situation; I wasn’t able to shoot lots of landscape because I was using the Nikkor 70-300mm AFs VR ZOOM lens. And talking about the file format, at first I was using JPEG in every shot. I notice that there is lots of result that needs a proper White Balance. And what I did is go for the RAW file so that I can just change the White Balance through View NX. When I switch to my wide angle lens, I change the file format into normal JPEG and start shooting some good landscape. So here are some of the selected shots of the event.

When WordPress release the latest version 3.0. I’ve started developing the theme so that I can finally publish it online if the time comes. At first I was checking up the twentyten latest default theme and then I was a bit speechless because of the new functions and how the theme will run. Every post, tags, search result and categories is change using a loop return. They also change the comment template and turns out to be complicated. I don’t know what will happen if another version is release. Coz it might change to default HTML code.

One of my favorite parts of the latest version was the Navigation. You can easily manage your menu through control panel. A drag and drop was also part of the feature so managing the menu will be very easy.

With the latest version of WordPress functions. The only not WordPress 3.0 functions I didn’t use is the page, post, tags and category loop. Why? It’s because I can’t program it correctly and I’m not really a hardcore programmer. So that’s why I use the old WordPress functions to run the site the way I want it to be. If I want to use the 3.0 functions, I think that would be in pure blogging site. This website integrated as a CMS/Blog and that’s why it’s complicated for me to use other twentyten functions.

And about the update of the latest design, what’s new is the thumbnail out of the box style. And the same also for the other image that will be attached in every blog contents. And Meta Data functions in every portfolio. If you may notice that I no longer have all other old contents of the site, it’s because I want a “Fresh New Start” for my blogging site using the latest functions. The previous function was like hell. Every Meta Data uses custom post option in manual. And I’m getting tired of updating the site with lots of work to do and I’ve got too much post in this site. That’s why I have to recreate the site.

With this latest site version; I’m really happy how everything works in my site. And I don’t know about the English grammar. Coz there’s a big chance of a 10%-30% grammar error.
