Results : How much would you pay for a season ticket?

Last week I ran a poll asking you to vote on how much you'd pay for a season ticket.

So here are the results :

No more than £600 - 13%
£600 to £1000 - 32%
£1000 to £1250 - 13%
£1250 to £1500 - 8%
£1500 to £2000 - 5%
I'd pay anything to watch my team 29%

So whilst I'm not surprised that 32% wouldn't pay more than £1000, I'm surprised that 29% of you said you'd pay anything to watch your team.

So, while many ticket holders are thinking of giving up their season ticket, because for them it's becoming far too expensive, there will always be a large number of fans that are willing to pay, what ever the club demands!

POLL: Why do you leave the match before the final whistle?

I'm always amazed at the number of fans that leave the Emirates before the final whistle has been blown.

Given the cost and how difficult it can be to get tickets to see a match, I think if you're luck enough to get to a game, then you should stay and see your team through the bitter end.

Anyway, if your guilty of not staying, what's your reason?

Arsenal vs Blackburn match epitomises our season

In many ways the game against Blackburn summarised our season so far.

Within the first few minutes of the game, we find ourselves on the back foot and a goal down!

Referee gives Arsenal a penalty for a foul by Neil, yet fails to send him off. Why?

Wenger's had a few decisions go against the him which he's been none to pleased about!

Arsenal get ahead but then lose their way and let Blackburn back into the game. Defensively we have moments of panic.

Lehman remains consistent in goal and has a superb match. Let's hope he signs that contract to remain at the Emirates.

We find our form in the last 20 minutes of the match and play some stunning football.

Fabregas was superb, Van Persie was on form and won a penalty for which their can be no doubt (He didn't dive!), Adebayor continues to impress.

When we play like this we're un-beatable! If we play against Watford the way we played towards the end of the match, who knows we could go better than 6!

Have a great Christmas!

Charlton 1: Arsenal 2 – But how many chances do we need?

Well another win for the gunners, so I guess I shouldn’t complain.

But …

how many chances in front of goal have we wasted this season already. Well the game at the Valley proved to be no different.

Latics feel the Hornets Sting

The biggest surprise to me that came out of Saturdays aggrivating draw with Watford wasn't the lost points, it wasn't Jewells refusal to use substitutes or Henri Camara's inability to stay onside. No, the biggest surprise for me was the boos that rang around the stadium when referee Rob Styles blew for full time.

Boos. It wasn't unanimous, but a select group of fans decided to make their aggrivation known to our slow start of the season. Where they deserved boos? Well in my opinion no. Now if we we're bottom of the league, there would be a reason to boo, but some fans need a reality check.

Our goal, outlined by Paul Jewell, this season is again to stay in the league. Nothing more, and five points from five games, considering three of those were away from home and two against form teams in Portsmouth and Everton, that isn'ta bad start. I would have expected to have won our two home games but that it turns out was not to be.
