Please share this post to all. The following are the requests on behalf of Leadership Team to RMP company management. The Six points below are being formulated after rounds of discussion with other people in the rmp business and mlm consultants. So far RMP management and the distributors have held their head high.

a. Listen to Leaders voice

Its the people who are the power of every network marketing company. Those who fail to understand this very simple concept, has failed miserably in the market. This phenomenon can be seen around the industry now with other companies and inside our company also. Keep the leaders at the top, and listen to them patients, because it they who interact with the prospects and new people through their Downlines or team members.

b. Periodic Review of Business Plan

RMP binary income plan was one of the lucrative income plans in the industry in August 2001, Not Any more... From 2001 to 2011, the average Indian salary has increased by atleast 70%. Taking in to consideration of price rice/inflation, RMP incentives have deprecated or reducted. Periodic review of Income plan is a must for Leaders motivation. Rs. 1,30,000 is not sufficient to even motivate an average Software engineer who makes at par with this income.

c. Updation of Products

There was a time where people buy a low quality TV or fridge and start the business, Not any more. People are aware about the products in the markets. They regularly visit the Malls, Big Bazzars, Super markets.. Its known fact that with the growth of company, distributors and people, our company management didnt take initiative to improve the quality and service of the products.

d. Make everything Online

Leaders duty is to increase their network or distribution channel. The productive time shouldn't spend for delivering products, standing in the ever increasing line to deliver the products of fight with the store keeper to exchange a bad color suit material. The energy should be channelised for a creative positive change which everybody should agree.

e. Quality of Customer care

Why do the calls made to JustDial.com doesn't even put you on hold ?. You get directly connected to the customer care executive without any interrupt. A company like Justdial whose turnover is 1/5th or 20% of RMP Infotec, can deliver such sweet and best service, why can't we do that ?. Customercare email reply take minimum 3-4 days and most of the time, no response from the other end. Can you travel through the tunnel so long without seeing any light on the other end ?

f. Handle problems legally

RMP has been handling most of the issues legally through the white channel. This wil improve the credibility among the distributors, people and government. Let us face the issue directly. Also when some leaders face issue/pressures from the government, let the company also interfere to safegaurd the person and his status in the society.

RMP management have dealt and will deal with the issues positively and 100% come out clean and safe. As one of the prominent Blue diamond, who was ousted from RMP Infotec always says " Its the simple changes, which make profound implication in the business."

All the pending cheques with you can be dropped from Monday, a message from RMP management. As you are aware, RMP bank accounts were freezed due to the on going inquiry in Andhra Pradesh. Now company has made arrangements to clear off all the pending cheques.

This has come as a happy news for all the RMP distributors. There has been a wide speculation from the other network marketing companies and people that RMP account will not be unfreezed. This has shown the company's credibility and the belief of thousands of distributors. Recently one of the distributor had complained to Leadership Team also that, when he had gone to bank for dropping the cheques, the bank employees were laughing.

RMP bank accounts to be Unfreezed Soon

News from Hyderabad Justice Raja Elango, of the State High Court on Wednesday (30/11/2011) found fault with the Ongole police for initiating criminal prosecution against RMP Infotec Private Limited. Mr Raja Elango stayed the order for seizing bank accounts of RMP Infotec. Earlier the police had initiated the action by framing case against RMP in the form of Prize Chit and Money Circulation. All the RMP bank accounts were also affected due to this. The bank accounts were freezed and the cheques were bounced from the RMP account. All the RMP management and leaders were not affected by this. The news of some of the top level crown diamonds like Abhilash Thomas shifting from the company also, needs to be seen as a separate issue Personal issue.

The petitioners from the RMP company had said that the similar cases were booked against them by the police of the neighboring Guntur district, the High Court had stayed prosecution. Similar cases framed in the neighboring districts was also stayed by the court. Now all the distributors are waiting to get the news of company bank accounts to be released.

Once there is a official announcement from RMP company about the bank accounts unfreeze people can drop their cheques. Till then all leaders are requested not to submit the cheques for clearing.

Some of you might be aware that,

As part of investigation around RMP Infotec company, there have been some developments around the company. On the contrary to what was told by all the rmp leaders about the rmp website not working, it is learned that, due to the enquiry from Andra Pradesh police, RMP website was not functioning. The special police team from Andra pradesh is looking in to the matter.

As a part of investigation, RMP Bank accounts and Website has been disabled by Andra police. RMP has given Complete Support to the Andhra Police by allowing them to check all its offices in chennai and other legal documents. The latest news is that Andhra High Court has allowed RMP Infotec to continue with its operations and bank accounts will start functioning from tomorrow. Even the website will also start functioning within 2 days.

We all should thank RMP Management for taking all steps to make company legal to withstand forever. We RMP Distributors have proved that what ever the circumstances may be, Distributors will always be with the company. This has brought lot of cheer among the leaders and the distributors. RMP Infotec website is not working from the 16th Novemeber 2011 due to some unknown reasons. Leadership Team communicated with some of the main leaders of RMP infotec and get the information. There has been contradictory response from many regarding RMP website not working. Some of them pointed out it is due to the virus attack on RMP website.

This is very difficult to believe since RMP website was being montiored and managed by MaxPro technologies in Chennai. This is has been a serious concern for many active distributors as they are not able to track their business and income.

RMP business is being monitored and controlled only through rmpinfotec.biz website. This website has been the entry for all the rmpians. Now the denial of service to this website has been a talk among many. It is now the responsibility of all the RMP management to explain the actual reason for the website to be not working.

RMP Track ID Rules

RMP Track ID has got a stipulated time frame of renewal. Those who fail to do so will be penalised by the company and extra amount will be deducted from their incentives next time they are eligible for income. The following are the rules created by RMP management for the track id renewal. RMP company has made it mandatory to keep the rmptrack id as the login for the RMP website. Without rmp login it is not possible to access the website details and the business growth.

For first year – Grace Period of 90Days is allowed and for second and consecutive years - Grace Period of 30Days is allowed, with in this period if the Independent Distributor is earning Incentive, he will get deducted automatically Rs.500/- from his Incentive and beyond the grace period if payment is not received, Rs.1500/- (incl. Rs.1000/- towards Default payment Charges) will be deducted from his Incentive. This would be automatically deducted from the same track id incentive in the next time.

E.g. – If a Independent Distributor Track ID is RMPXYZ010203, the validity period will be till 31.01.04 and after that 90Days Grace period is allowed for remitting the payment towards First year Renewal. During this period if this distributor has not paid the payment and if he is getting eligible for Incentive during that Grace period Rs.500/- will be deducted automatically. In case the Independent Distributor is not earning with in the grace period and neither he has paid the Renewal Due amount, then Rs.1500/- will be deducted from his Incentive, whenever he is getting eligible for this amount to deduct. Also a RMP distributor is allowed to renew the track id by paying Rs 500 as DD to rmp company directly within the 90 days of time.

Network Marketing India Needs Regulation

Network Marketing companies in India has always come under controversy. Given the way regulatory framework operate for these businesses, such controversies would keep cropping up unless the regulatory framework changes from being reactive to being pro-active. The main reason for all these issues are due to the Business model which all these companies follow for rewarding.

Typically, in multi-level marketing (also known as direct selling using network marketing) a person gets rewarded not only for referring/selling the goods and services by himself but also by his referred members. Innumerable companies offering multi-level marketing schemes that present lucrative opportunities to their participants to make quick money have come up time and again and many a time questions have been raised on the legality –- at times on the business model per se and at other times on the scheme being promoted. A Division Bench of Madras High Court opined that MLM schemes cannot be declared outright illegal, unless the scheme in question has elements that render it illegal.

As regards the elements that render a particular scheme illegal, the Supreme Court in the case of State of West Bengal v. Swapan Kumar evolved a two-pronged test that finds basis in Section 2(c) of the Act. To hold a particular scheme illegal in law, (a) it must be proved that the scheme is for making quick and easy money and (b) the chance or opportunity of making quick and easy money depends upon the enrolment of members into the scheme.

As any popular scheme involves large number of individuals who earn their livelihood from such schemes and a subsequent finding of the scheme being illegal may adversely impact them, it is important that we move from the present reactive to a pro-active determination mechanism. In order to achieve this and also to overcome a situation of multiple prosecutions being launched against the same scheme by different States, the following is suggested:

1. RBI shall be frame general rules under the Act on multi-level marketing schemes which may be notified by the States at their option;

2. The rules shall require all multi-level marketing companies operating in the States that has notified the rules to get their scheme evaluated by the RBI before commencement of the business;

3. For the already existing schemes, the rules shall provide for a two year window to get the scheme evaluated by the RBI

These steps will go a long way in ending the uncertainty that multi-level marketing business model currently faces and will reassure many who earn their livelihood by being part of such business. This will also ensure that no money circulation scheme camouflaged as genuine business will be able to dupe lay investors or members. Further, this will bring succour to the promoters of multi-level marketing schemes from any Police action that may be initiated at the behest of disgruntled members of the scheme.
