Online Payment:
1. How do I pay online?
Currently we only accept Online Transfer Payment (For Malaysia Order) and Foreign Telegraphic Transfer (For International orders) .

2. When should I make payment?
For Malaysian Orders
-We require full payment for orders under RM1000 via online transfer or cash.
-For orders above RM1000, we require a 50% down payment to start production, and 50% before shipping out.

International Orders
-We require full payment via TT for orders under RM3300 / USD1000.
-For orders above USD1, 000 we require a 50% down payment to start production, and 50% before shipping out.

Courier Charges
1. How do you charge for the delivery?
Our priority courier company is POS MALAYSIA. Two type of delivery you can choose from them with different price.

For Local Delivery Standard, delivery standard is based on the exchange of documents or parcels from the delivery destination to the intended ones. Delivery time is various from 2 to 7 working days.

For International Delivery Standard (Air Mail), all transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions(e.g. boat traffic in certain areas) and volume of mail traffic. All transit times given are in accordance with the international standard concluded by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union. Delivery time is various from 7 to 30 working days depend on the country.

For Domestic Poslaju Delivery Standard, delivery standard of next working day is applicable only for areas covered by Poslaju Centres. For other areas, the delivery standard is within 2 to 3 days.
For International Poslaju (EMS) Delivery Standard, all Transit times are subject to Customs Clearance. Delivery is less than one week in general.

Delivery Time
1. How long will I get the product?
Basically, we have three modes for delivery.
A. Normal Mode: This will take about 3 weeks (2 weeks for production and 1 weeks for delivery). No Extra Cost.
B. Fast Mode: This will take about 2 weeks (2 weeks for production and 2 days for delivery). Extra charges applied.
C. Urgent Mode: This will take about 1 weeks ( 1 weeks for production and 2 days for delivery). Extra charges apllied.
