• Defined product and led core team for iBEAM’s Syndication Manager, capturing top tier content providers such as MTVi, CNBC, Carsey Werner, Virgin Records, Hollywood Media and Atom Shockwave.
• Defined and managed webcast based advertising solution that combined streaming video with ad insertion and contextual based ad delivery, winning the NFL and CBS deal for Superbowl XXXV media week events on superbowl.com, WWE PPV events and other broadcast media events.
• Identified target companies and led acquisition team to bring DRM technology into iBEAM, adding over 25 customers and increased bandwidth revenues by 20% within first 6 months.
• Partnered with Microsoft and CinemaNow to offer the first Internet PPV of a major talent - Russell Crowe in “Heaven’s Burning”.

• Worked with CEO, CTO and VP of Engineering in executing business plan, product set, pricing models, organization and launch of a new Internet Commerce Services (ICS) business unit, forming what CyberSource is today.
• Authored MRD for Sm@rtCert including the first “in-box” advertising stuffer for digitally delivered goods.
• Drove product launch for CyberSource's Sm@rtCert Digital Rights Manager, resulting in positive comments in 8 articles and selected for on stage presentation appearance at DEMO 98.
• Received US Patent 6,289,452: [Method and System for Delivering Digital Products Electronically] for Sm@rtCert- A secure DRM technology for electronically distributing software and enterprise licenses.
• Led product management efforts in discovering and acquiring ExpressGold Incorporated, adding gift certificates, coupons and a stored value solution that provided merchants a new vehicle for promotions, acquisition and retention programs.
