One of my favorite Santa Clarita townhome communities is the Gallerias. These are located in North Valencia in the Valencia Copperhill “area” called Alta Vista. I know. That’s a lot of area names. Just trying to be specific here, for you.

I love how the Galleria townhomes are secluded. Many have views of the Santa Clarita Valley. And they are close to shopping and freeway access via Newhall Ranch Rd.

They’re “newer” townhomes, and they usually appeal to a lot of our homebuyers.

Condos for sale in Stevenson Ranch are starting to become a great value. There are some fantastic condo and townhome communities in Stevenson Ranch. My personal favorite is the Crown Villas North. That’s the gated one. We’re starting to see some very attracitive pricing. This month (September 2011), a 2 bedroom foreclosure in the Stevenson Ranch community of Crown Villas South, sold for just $190,199. It had over 1,100 sq ft!

It’s time to buy for your own primary residence if you’re renting, or to invest in income producing rentals units with prices like these. Interest rates, as you know, are extremely favorable as well.
